• Martine (9/5): Une maison canarienne et un patio andalou - Cette maison ancienne, une des rares à avoir été conservées "dans son jus" dans ce quartier central de Las Palmas, a beaucoup de charme. Le gérant a été très aimable et s’est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée tardifs, moyennant un supplément de 5 euros, ce qui est peu, vu qu’il ne vit pas sur place. Il manquait juste un peu de savon pour se laver les mains dans les salles de bain et la cuisine... Et une double prise électrique était à refixer dans la chambre.

• Christopher (9/5): - Quirky place, room at the back was very quiet, no traffic noise at all, even though it's on a busy street. I sat on the balcony in the evening and watched the world go by. Very peaceful and restful apartment.

• Paula (1/5): Para pasar la noche y poco más - Lo único reseñable a favor es la ubicación aun que si vas con coche propio como era el caso olvídate de aparcar medianamente cerca aun que eso es así prácticamente en todo lo que es zona centro La habitación estaba super anticuada y tanto la cama como el suelo crujían muchísimo, efectivamente las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente todo. En nuestra habitación había una puerta cerrada con un pestillo que comunicaba con la habitación de al lado, no tuvimos problemas con eso pero daba bastante mal rollo y no pegue ojo en toda la noche. El baño estaba sucio y el espejo todo salpicado de pasta de dientes reseca, no encontramos papel higiénico en ningún sitio de la casa ni en la cocina ni en el segundo baño, menos mal que llevábamos kleenex y con eso nos pudimos apañar. No esperéis gran cosa nosotros llegamos para dormir y nos levantamos para irnos y menos mal

• ISRAEL (1/5): Película terror - Lo único bueno es la ubicación tan centrica Horrible experiencia. Entramos con la linterna del móvil porque todo oscuro y los interruptores no tienen luz para localizarlos. Los colchones tienen 1000 años, totalmente vencidos y sucios. Sábanas machadas, toallas que fueron blancas cuando las compraron. La bañera de película de terror, las camas hacían muchísimo ruido, las habitaciones con 1 solo bombillo, enchufes casi caídos de la pared…. Fue tan mala la experiencia que dormimos la noche del viernes y el sábado por la mañana nos fuimos a otro alojamiento. La verdad que si booking tuviera un seguimiento de unas condiciones mínimas, este alojamiento sería totalmente descartado. Cobran carísimo por una pocilga. Nunca me sentí tan estafado.

• Rui (9/5): - 房间很大很漂亮，地理位置不错。 遇到一个金发女的，住在厨房隔壁房间。因为厨房是公用的，我们只能等别人做完了再去做饭。等我们吃完晚饭差不多十点的样子。结果这女的冲进厨房把灯关了冲着我们喊“闭嘴、安静”。第二天早上八点我们去做饭这女的又来指责我们，于是和她大吵了一架。本来好好的心情弄得很不舒服。建议房东可以贴一张时间表在厨房，告诉客人那段时间是要保持安静的，免得像我们一样遭受无妄之灾

Ogromny plus do lokalizacja, w starym mieście, bardzo blisko do dworca autobusowego, w pobliżu różne sklepy, regionalne oraz normalne restauracje, kawiarnie i miejsca gdzie możesz zjeść pyszne śniadania. Na krótki pobyt, na przykład rejs wycieczkowcem to dobra opcja. Wszystko bardzo dobrze słychać między pokojami, rozmowy na dziedzińcu itp. Drzwi wejściowe do pokoi też nie trzymają dźwięku.. Rano o godzinie 6:00 pewna grupka młodych postanowiła zjeść hałaśliwie śniadanie we wspólnej kuchni, słychać ich było tak jakby się specjalnie talerzami tłukli.

• Aarón Jacobo (7/5): - Muy fácil de llegar a pie desde la estación de guaguas (autobus) principal. Habitación grande, camas cómodas y todo limpio. La entrega de llaves fue algo rara pero fácil. Lo único que no había recibido toallas y entiendo que ha sido por error. Al ser una casa antigua, si otros huespedes hacian ruido (abrir puertas o pasillo), se escuchaba bastante.

• Stefan (3/5): Vor der Buchung negative Kommentare suchen und lesen. Es gibt garantiert zuverlässigere Optionen. - Die Lage und das Apartment Der Check-in war eine Frechheit! Am Anreisetag wurde uns plötzlich viel spätere Check-in Zeiten mitgeteilt und wir standen mit unserem Gepäck vor verschlossenen Türen. 2,5 Stunden später mussten wir dann die Schlüssel im Restaurant gegenüber abholen. Indirekt wurde mir dann noch vorgeworfen, ich hätte mich ja nicht rechtzeitig gemeldet. Hätte ich nur vorher die anderen negativen Kommentare über Casa Andrea gelesen! Das ist nämlich definitiv nicht zum ersten Mal passiert. Im Zimmer gab es dann nicht mal Handtücher und weitere Anfragen wurden einfach ignoriert.

• PM Traveler (9/5): Old Spanish Villa Vibes - I liked the location of the hotel. It was pretty central, close to the waterfront, on the main road with supermarkets and restaurants. The owner was responsive know whatsapp and we didn't have to wait to get the keys. There was no soap in the shower. Room was a bit cold may be due to the rain that day.

• Francisco (1/5): No lo recomiendo - Buena ubicación y barato. Obtienes lo que pagas. No hay calefacción y tampoco mantas, tan solo unas de esas finas baratas que no abrigan, pasé mucho frío. Se oye todo el ruido de la gente y molesta mucho, no dejan dormir, hay gente anormal cantando por la mañana... El agua caliente se gasta muy pronto, si alguien se ducha antes que tu no tendrás agua caliente.

Я таке люблю.🤗 Перше, я так і не зрозуміла, як можна потрапити в готель, якщо немає рецепції. Друге - це чистота, так постільна білизна була чистою, а от готель, нажаль- занедбаний, дуже шкода 😒. Як я зрозуміла, в цьому маєтку жила дуже розумна та всебічно розвинута пара, тож в пам'ять про неї - будь ласка виділіть час цьому закладу 🙏

• Samantha (10/5): Good price performance ratio! - I found the location very quiet because the rooms are not to the street, and generally it was clean and comfortable. For me, very good price performance ratio! One bathroom did not have a lock on it. That should definitely be fixed!
• Elena (6/5): Compared to our experiences in other hostels, this one is quite ok - Dani is very pleasant and polite, always happy to help guests. You can prepare food in the kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms on the floor, so there was almost never a queue, but one bathroom doesn't have a lock. -The cleanliness was questionable. -There often wasn't enough toilet paper in the bathroom for all the guests -There were no blankets (there were throws on top of the sheets, which weren't changed when new guests arrived) -The soundproofing was incredibly poor; you could hear what guests were saying inside the house, which often even interfered with sleep. -Doors closed with a loud bang. -The lighting in the room was very dim, and some rooms for guests didn't even have a window facing the outside.

• Marina (5/5): Great location but some things to improve - Great location and simple accommodation that met our needs. Perfect view of the processions for three kings! No soap or lock on the bathroom, few things are broken and the bathroom mat was very dirty but the place was generally clean as cleaners did come every day. The host didn’t answer us when we asked for soap and an extra pillow but did help us with an extra blanket.
