The room was clean and we appreciated the bottled water and replacement towels which occurred twice during our 6 day stay. The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and transportation was easily accessible. The Taiwan Main Station was right across the street which made it convenient to getting to attractions. Location was also convenient to restaurant, eateries and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

- SHOJI (8/5): - 立地はとても良かったです。部屋も清潔でした。ただ、備え付けの洗濯乾燥機の性能が悪く、洗濯はできましたが、脱水機能が弱く、乾燥機能も弱いため、衣類が完全には乾かず困りました。もっと性能が良いものに変えて欲しいです。また、浴室のシャワーの水圧がとても弱く、短髪の人は良いですが、髪の長い人は洗うのが大変だと思います。浴槽が無いので体が冷えて寒くなりました。 立地も良く観光するには便利な場所なので、その点だけが残念です。
- MASAO (10/5): - 2度目の宿泊です！交通の利便性も良いし、静かで空調もよく効いてすごしやすいです。 水も無くなったら準備室から補給出来るし一階にはコンビニもあるのでとても便利です。
- SEONG HWAE (10/5): 훌륭한 위치. 넓은 공간 - 위치가 타이베이역과 가깝고, 시내 주요 지역으로 가기 정말 편한 위치입니다. 방이 넓고 주위에 상권도 좋습니다. 아파트형이라 청소는 직접, 타월 무료 추가 제공은 되지 않습니다.

- hei (6/5): - Just moved in and found that the washing machine was broken. The hotel staff sent someone to fix it on the third day, and after they left, they didn't lock the door. When I came back, I found that the door opened with a slight push, without needing to enter a password. Also, the glass table is broken and wobbly.
- Kaity (8/5): - Amazing location - incredibly close to major transportation and many shops. Comfortable and clean but the microwave and washer/dryer had issues. The microwave didn't work and the washer worked fine but the dryer was inoperable. Overall, a great deal and would definitely recommend to others.

- Karen (10/5): - Excellent, excellent, and excellent! The room was very spacious, very clean, had a beautiful view. It is located right in front of the Taipei station. Lots of choices for food/restaurants/stores. We will definitely come back here in the future.
- Pei Fang (4/5): - This accommodation is cheap for the location. Very convenient. The building and in the lift has strong smell of people smoking. However, there is no smoke smell in the unit. It looks like an office building converted to lodgings. The unit looks clean and has a lot of useful amenities like dryer and washer 2 in 1. Bath tub. Sofa bed.TV. All are nice. However, we got a lot of insect bites on our legs the first night we stayed. New bites appeared everyday. We suspected bed bugs at the 2nd last day and informed the host but were told no other customer complained (this was not true after we checked Google reviews). Nonetheless we did go to the countryside for hot spring and waterfall, hence we don’t want to make a big deal out of it. We had bed bug (or whatever insect bite, although it’s very close to bed bug) experience on travels and this is our worse by far. Anyway, whatever it is, I hope that the host do something about it.
- yan loong (4/5): - The photo and the actual room was so difference , check in was so difficult to find as their company was not shown on the 1st floor directory . I later found out they left me a message at hotel.com regards the check in , which I never expected it , setting up the sofa bed would cost us 500 Taiwan money which is unreasonable. I will not visit them again .
- Whitney Kam Wah (10/5): - Overall speaking, I do recommend this place to people. It is fairly clean and kept in a good condition. Respond time from the app (no front desk) is very good and they will respond to you promptly; so no worries there. The location is exceptionally well and convenient.

Convenient location, close to MRT, shopping, massages. Rental company very responsive, can leave your luggage in locked room to continue exploring or start exploring before check-in time. - YENA (6/5): 욕조사용불가, 간이주방아쉬움, 청결하지않음 - 위치는 정말 좋아요! 청결부분에서는 청소가 안된 부분이 많아 별점을 주고 싶지 않네요, 3일을 묵었는데 간이주방이 있는 방으로 예약했음에도 수저와 포크도 2개씩밖에 없었고 수건도 하나씩밖에 비치되어 있지 않아 불편했습니다. 욕조있는 방은 배수되는 물이 방밖으로 흘러나와 아예 사용할 수 없었습니다. 그 외에는 답변도 빠르고 여행하기 좋은 위치와 조용했던 부분에서 잘 이용하였습니다.

- Pun (8/5): - Conveniently located to many great shops and street vendors. Being across the street from the rail and central bus station is a huge plus. The building and facility is a bit older but the price was reasonable. It was comfortable.

- MIYUKI (10/5): - 普段からAirB&Bをよく利用する方ですが、こちらの 施設は必要な物が全て備わっていて、快適で完璧 でした。 1番助かったのは、台北駅K-12 の入り口が目の前 だったことです。少々の荷物があっても全然問題 なく、すぐに台北駅の地下街に移動出来、MRT までスムーズに行けることです。 他にも、何か困ったこと、聞きたいことがあっても LINEで問い合わせが出来、そのお返事も超早い ことです。感動の対応でもありました。（海外 で無人のホテル利用時は大変心強いですから） 備品についても、管理も行き届いていて、特に 洗面所の自動ハンドソープや、ドライヤー、マルチ タップ、２リットルの水が２本もあり本当に 完璧なホテルだと思いました。 今回、初めての利用ですが、我が家のように くつろげることが出来、いい旅行になりました。 本当にありがとうございました。 次回も又、利用させていただきたいと思います。

- Mike (10/5): Great place, great city view - The room was very clean and well maintained. It had all the necessary equipment along with extras like washer dryer in the room. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop off our bags before check in. They later delivered to our room. I highly recommend this hotel as it was tops. Also it’s right across the street from the main station, so plenty of whatever you need at your doorstep.
- YOUNGSUN (8/5): 가족여행할때 이용하기 좋았어요~ - 급하게 숙박을 예약해야해서 하게됬는데 생각보다 숙소는 좋았구요 무인체크인인지 몰라서 처음엔 조금 걱정도 되고 놀랐지만 미리 짐도 맏길수있었고 숙소 담당하시는분을 만났는데 친절하셨습니다 5인가족이 묶는다고 해서인지 쇼파베드도 설치해주셔서 편하게 잘 쉬었구요 역접근성도 좋았고 주변에 아침일찍 여는 식당도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다 다음에 또 이용할께요

- Julian (8/5): - Clean comfortable and well appointed this apartment next to Taipei Main station was perfect for our first night in Taiwan. We were lucky to pick it up last minute at a reduced rate. It was well appointed with two large double beds. The shower was good and the small kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. My only criticism is that there are no bedside lights and only one has a power socket. Communication was clear and easy to follow. We would definitely look to stay here again.

(10/5): - 3人で宿泊しました。 台北駅Z2出口から徒歩30秒くらいで着きます。 立地が本当に便利でした。 建物の一階にファミリーマートがあります。 スターバックスやマクドナルドも直ぐ近くにありました！ 空港で換金をし忘れて、土日だったので街中の銀行もやっていないなかで直ぐ隣の三越で換金できたのが助かりました（レートは悪いですけど仕方ない、、） アメニティは、基本的なものは全てありました。バスタオルやフェイスタオル、スリッパ、歯ブラシセットなど。 シャワールームにはシャンプーとボディソープのみなのでトリートメントやスキンケア類は持参すると良いです！ 綿棒、歯間ブラシもありました。 カトラリーも全て揃っているのでとてもありがたいです！ お水は1Lサイズのペットボトルが2本用意されており（2泊だからかな？）、お水がなくなったら補充をさせてもらえました。 ベッドの寝心地も非常によく、よく眠れました。2台クイーンサイズのベッドがある部屋に追加NT$500でソファベッドと寝具を準備してもらえます。3台ベッドがあるホテルは少なく、その中でもかなり安い方なので助かりました！ 私は現地でスタッフの方に追加料金を現金で手渡しをしました。 テレビではNetflixやYouTubeを見れます。 何より、スタッフの方の対応がとても親切で素晴らしかったです。 LINEで連絡を取ることができ、基本的にすぐに返信をくださるので宿泊前からとても安心できました。 また最終日にマグカップや体重計を破損させてしまったのですが、弁償などは不要とのことで、こちらのケガがないか確認くださいました。 とにかくよかったので、台北に行った際にはまた利用したいです！ 長々と書きましたが、参考になれば嬉しいです。

Next door to a department store full of shopping, eating, and stuff for the kids! Staff is very helpful, via WhatsApp. Next time we are in Taipei we will stay here again. Great price!

- KAYOKO (8/5): - 建物は、古い感じでしたが部屋は綺麗な内装で広くてとても良かったです。施設の目の前が台北地下街のZ2なので便利でした。 エレベーター乗り場から、右手と左手に分かれるように部屋があります。 左手側の部屋だと台北101も、少し遠いですが見えます。 不満な点は、シャンプー、ボディーソープはあるのにコンディショナーはありませんでした。あとタオルは大•小１枚づつのセットで2泊でも3泊でもこのセットのみです。。 新しいタオルが欲しければ追加料金です。。 ホテルは要望すれば１日一回新たらしいタオルに変えてくれるイメージだったのでビックリしました。。 あと、今回2部屋利用したのですがどっちの部屋も鍵のパスコードが同じだったので（普通、部屋ごとに鍵は違いますよね？）全部屋同じパスコードなのかな。そうだとすると、知らない人が入って来そうだな、と不安になりました。 ゴキブリも小さいのが1回でました。
