• Petra (6/5): - Byt byl opravdu krásný a čistý. Samoobslužný check-in. Lokalita trochu mimo centrum, ale nám to nijak nevadilo. Ale zarazilo nás chování majitele. S tím, že nám den před odjezdem volal v kolik odejdeme, aby tam mohl co nejdříve poslat lidi na úklid. A následně když přišel požadavek na zaplacení škody, kterou jsme ani neudělali.

• DmmP (9/5): cool and air conditioned. 45 minutes to get to city center. friendly host with great communication - The hosts were very easy to reach and responded quickly when we needed anything. They explained very well how to get into the apartment. We arrived quite late at night but we had no problems. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was really nice to have air conditioning in the room. Public transportation is very close by. Internet and the TVs worked well. The bathroom is very modern and there is soap and everything provided. We each got a bath towel and a hand towel. There were no kitchen towels, so we had to use our hand towels. The washing machine was easy to use. There was a large refridgerator and freezer. There were dishes and silverware as well as "tupperware" type dishes to store leftovers in. There was salt and sugar and a few other spices. Breakfast is across the street, about 1 block away. Breakfast is only 1 croissant and 1 juice (and a coffee if you want it), but they do taste very good. Sometimes the cafe was very full. The apartment is located quite far from downtown. It takes at least 45 minutes with public transportation. There were no laundry clips to hang up our laundry, so I had to buy some because the lines for hanging the laundry are out over the balcony. They MUST be clipped or they will fall 5 stories down to the ground. Occassionally the elevator didn't work and the elevator is VERY small. It's fits about 2 people. The apartment is not accessible for someone who can't climb stairs at all, as you have to go up a few stairs to get to the elevator. There is no living room, just 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. (There is an additional room about the size of another bedroom but it was locked up and inaccessible.) There were only 5 chairs in the kitchen and only a small table, so while there are beds for 6 people, you cannot all sit together in the kitchen. There is only 1 key for the main apartment building, so if you want to leave in 2 groups, you have to arrange to arrive back together or else it can get complicated.

• Maurice (8/5): Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome met het gezin. - Ruime locatie voor gezin met 5 personen. Goede uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken. Ook veel faciliteiten in de directe omgeving. Goed bereikbaar met eigen vervoer zonder echt het drukke centrum door te hoeven rijden (5 min rijden vanaf het centrum). Duidelijke communicatie met de eigenaar over binnenkomst en ontbijt. Hou rekening met 40-50min reistijd met het openbaar vervoer naar de toeristische ‘hot spots’. Maar openbaar vervoer halte is vlakbij. Auto konden wij kwijt langs de weg (In juli).
• Michelle (1/5): Schrecklich und nie wieder ! - Sehr schönes Bad Extrem schlechte Lage! Das Angegebene Parkhaus, konnte unsere Fahrzeuge nicht über Nacht behalten. Daher auf einen Öffentlichen Parkplatz gestellt. Daraufhin wurde wir Überfall und die Autos zerschlagen.

• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful - the owner was very helpful and responsive, the room was the cleanest I've ever been in. There were instructions provided along with the videos on how to enter the apartament and Google Maps locations for everything. Highly recommend :)
