• Аладжов (5/5): - След като полета беше пренасочен и обявен, че ще закъсне, за което беше уведомен домакина, същия реагира положително и по телефона ни отвори дистанционно входната врата въпреки, че беше около 03:00 часа сутринта Два дни преди настаняването ни поискаха допълнителна такса в размер на 36 евро, която не беше спомената при при вече направената резервация и платен престой. След като се настанихме само едното легло беше оправено,а за другото нямаше дори и завивки, поради, което се наложи единия гост да се завива с кърпата за баня.На следващия ден ни бяха предоставени завивки.

• Katharina (6/5): - Große Wohnung, viel Platz. Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Bus und Straßenbahn waren gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig und nicht sehr gemütlich. In der Küche war nur das nötigste, kein Wasserkocher, keine Handtücher. Die hat Daniel am nächsten Tag gebracht. Im Schlafzimmer ließ sich die Jalousie kaum öffnen, sie war kaputt und Daniel sagte dass es zu teuer wäre diese zu ersetzen.

• Berger (10/5): Ich hab mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Supermarkt war gleich vor der Tür. - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Standort relativ zentral und ruhiger als in Trastevere. Etwas hellhörig in der Wohnung aufgrund der Bausubstanz.

• Katarina (9/5): The host was very kind but not very helpful about the transport from the airport to the apartment. Everything else was g - Big apartment, very clean. The supermarket and the bus station is near. We didn’t have enough towels, only 4 and we stayed 6 days.

• Julia (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was perfect: close to public transport, great restaurants and all the main attractions. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for my stay. Also the host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome ❤️

• Luke (10/5): Excellent and highly recommend Daniel’s place. - The flat was very spacious and incredibly clean. Daniel was very attentive to anything we needed and helpful. The beds were very comfortable too and it’s in close proximity to a great cafe and restaurants nearby. It’s not as close to a public transport hub that I would have liked but not a big deal as it’s a ten minute walk to the tram and or train.
• X3taylormarie13 (6/5): A decent place, but a little odd, needs some easy fixes - We liked the size of the apartment, and the size of the main bedroom. The location was in a nice, local area, which meant most restaurants were cheaper than the main city and no tourist traps. Also a very short walk from a bus stop and tram station. The washing machine was great, and super helpful having come from the amalfi coast and needing to do some laundry. The living room had a pullout bed, which was nice as well. And the host, Daniel was very helpful for most things. He even let us store our bags in the room a little longer while he cleaned it, because we had a lot of time before our flight and didn't want to drag our bags around Rome. When we arrived, the elevator was not working. We had tons of bags, so we were not going to walk up 5 flights up stairs with them. Apparently, the 8th floor door doesn't close properly, so my husband had to run upstairs and close it before it would work. This happened 3 times during our stay. Not Daniel's fault but it was very frustrating for us. The balcony was alright, but we were facing a hundred other apartments so it felt uncomfortable and we had no privacy or view at all, which was a little disappointing. The shower did not drain at all when we arrived. After a long day of travelling, I went in the shower and the water just kept filling up the tub. I was standing in 3 inches of water by the end and it took almost 15 minutes to drain. Thankfully, Daniel did come by really quickly to come fix it. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels anywhere, so we had to resort to using a bath towel to dry our hands in the kitchen or to dry any dishes. Daniel said there was some rule about him providing too many amenities (like paper towels) would somehow classify the room as a hotel? It did not make much sense to us and we did a bit of research, but couldn't find anything online about it. Some of the cups in the cupboard were very dirty when we arrived too so we had to rewash them. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom or anywhere else. Daniel did offer to bring us some when we asked, but it seemed like an odd thing not to include automatically. Daniel, while helpful when we asked and quick to respond, bugged us about a 10/10 review from the first day we got there, till we were leaving with our bags, which we found off putting. Would have liked to leave a better review but I don't want to be dishonest.

Apartment very big, clean, spacious with a big balcony, massive and comfy beds and with everything you needs to have an amazing holiday. I really enjoyed this apartment. And Daniel it’s always there to help. I have nothing negative to say.

• Ramon (10/5): Authentic Roman experience. - Awesome location, you are living among the local Romans. Truly authentic experience. Extremely close to shops, restaurants, and bars. The tram is a five minute walk and the Trastevere station is a 10 minute walk ( direct line to the FCO airport). Very responsive with communication and gave excellent recommendations for food and activities. I will stay here again! N/A

The host was kind and allowed us to check in earlier The bathroom sink was clogged, there was a strange smell in the bathroom, the space felt a bit outdated, and the espresso machine was broken.

• Lev (10/5): Exceptional - Nice big apartment. Very clean and cozy. On the first day the shower head was torn off, but the next day a repairman came and replaced it. In the evening there are no free parking spaces for the car.
• Long (9/5): A spacious place with good value for money - The apartment is clean, spacious, has enough space for a family or group of 4 or 5 people. It has enough basic kitchenware and there are at least 2 supermarket nearby so you can cook if you want (but I doubt that you would cook because you're in Italy :D). The host is super supportive and quickly response all your inquiries. Its location is not convenient if you want to mainly travel around city center. It has many bus stops nearby but the public transport in Rome is hardly on time and crowded. Nevertheless, if you travel with car, then it's all good.

• Bhushan (10/5): Cozy and comfortable place - Nice and cozy place, comfortable bed and services. Reachable with public transport or by cab easily, I recommend the place as it's value for money.
• Eva (8/5): Nice stay in Rome - The flat is older but very nice and equipped with everything you need. Good location close to the Trastevere train station. You can get to the center quickly by tram 8 or buses. Nice and helpful host. Cleanliness could be better, the floors were dusty. Noisy neighbors.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Good ratio money/what you get. Perfect location, with google maps we had so many ways of transportation to center of Rome and all of them was less than 1/2 an hour. Very fast internet, even for European standards. Equipment of the kitchen could be upgraded, have there some basic things as salt, oil etc. Also we have missed regular knife.
• Jack (7/5): Not bad, a few touches could make this place better but it’s spacious and affordable - The property is spacious, as described and fairly comfortable. The wifi works well in all rooms, the place was clean and the kitchen has adequate items for what we needed (couple) but maybe missing things if there were more of you. Supermarkets close, decent links to the city centre. Lift (although very small) to get to up to the property entrance but if claustrophobic then you can always take the nearby stairs. The host was quite rude and forceful, contacting me outside booking.com to ask for passports and money when I hadn’t even given permission for that person to whatsapp me, so we found that very unprofessional. Also the TV didn’t work for Netflix etc and everything else was in Italian so we couldn’t use them. The shower has a certain amount of hot water so if more than 2 people shower then last person my end up with freezing cold water. The kitchen has some utensils but maybe not to everyones standard plus there’s and no real cooking aids such as oil, salt pepper. And also limited tea, coffee and toilet paper. Another thing is there is no control over the heating and when we stayed it was chilly in the evenings. There was also a damp musty putrid smell in the bathroom for the duration of our stay so we had to leave the window open when possible. Finally there was no manual or welcome guide so no helpful info about the house, blinds, washing machine, wifi, oven etc. Plus it meant there weren’t any recommendations on food, things to do, places to eat either or how to get into the city.

• Timo (10/5): Recommendable apartment in Rome! - Very spacious and nicely furnished apartment, clean and everything there you need! Highly recommendable for a trip to the Eternal City! Good priced. The bed in the small bedroom is hardly suitable for two adults. Key for the front door of the building was inside the building. Should be solved differently.

• Ervin (9/5): Superb - The apartment is plenty big for 4 guest, a taxi drive to city center is approximately 15 minutes, the convenience of a grocery and a home goods store steps from the building. Great place to stay.
