• Sahil (10/5): Serine and relaxing - One of the best places we have stayed in Victoria and we have travelled a bit in Victoria. It have beautiful rooms, space for our boys to ride their bikes, fun filled gardens and maze. The hosts were amazing who also run a cute cafe on site. We could have stayed for longer. 🙂

Everything about the place makes you feel very relaxed. It's only a short drive away from many great wineries in the King Valley Wine Region. Our hosts met us on arrival in person to provide us with the key to our accommodation. They were very friendly and polite. We even had some Easter eggs and chocolates left out for us upon arrival which was a really nice gesture considering Easter was only a few days earlier. The only thing I feel that needs attention is the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned as it didn't appear to extract the steam in the bathroom very well from the shower and made the mirror all fogged up.

We checked in at the same time that the hedge maze and gardens closed to the public, which meant we had the whole place to ourselves! It was a lovely stay and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing.

• Eva (10/5): Thanks for having us in this house. - The host has the eye on detail. They are very thoughtful in all the arrangements from bedding to kitchen supplies. The playground, maze and chess at the backyard are so cute and well managed. All is good. A bit of a long drive if you are going to other vineyards.

• Daniel (10/5): A Blissful Birthday Weekend - The accommodation, the property, the cafe, everything is amazing! A family run business that has everything an accommodation needs. Very cosy cottage, lovely grounds and amazing backdrop. The cafe food is of great quality and the coffee excellent which is needed when chasing around two little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and two nights is simply not enough. There was nothing we didn't like.

The house was very spacious with homely comforts. We were VIPs exploring maze & grounds all to ourselves after hours. Must stay! • Antonia (10/5): Pefect country getaway for friends - Perfect location for 2 couples get away, cottage had everything and more to make it comfortable with all the little touches to make it special. Location in the Ranges was ideal place to visit local wineries, rivers and see wildlife. Only downside was due to it being a very dry period, we were not able to catch any fish in the creek.!

We did find that despite having the fire going and heater on the wall going, that we were still pretty cold. Lucky a warm spa and blankets to cover us with on the couch helped.

• Anne (10/5): Just a great start in country Victoria - Hi we enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day stay while visiting an aunt in Benalla. It was great to be out in the country and appreciate all it has to offer. Access to the gardens was a bonus. Being able to give our 90 year old aunt a trip out to the property and being able to cook her a home made meal for her was great. The hosts were fantastic and respected our privacy. Thank you.

• Natalie (10/5): Nice comfortable place in a beautiful setting with lovely hosts. - Met on arrival by the hosts who were lovely. The guest house itself is really spacious and comfortable. It includes big features like a beautiful bathroom, spa bath and fireplace, but also the little things like good range of kitchenware, different types of milk and tea etc. The surrounds are beautiful with a French style (i think) ornate garden in the private area that is full of beautiful native birds. You also have access to the Brookfield maze area including the hedge maze itself and the larger flower gardens to walk in. All good.
