Eduard (8/5): Very convenient location for a short business trip - The property is very clean and very convenient for a few days business trip. It has plenty of light and it’s quiet. It’s comfortable if you need to do some work with your computer. It has also a small kitchen and you can even have your breakfast at the balcony. The staff is very helpful and supportive with any problem you may have. I traveled in summer and it was really hot, especially during the nights. The room has a fan but it was not enough. To be more comfortable the room should have air conditioned.
David (7/5): Nice apartment, great communication. - Location in a new residential building. Nice bathroom, compact and practical. Included tiny kitchen is enough to cook simple meals. Skylight on the 5th floor is lovely! Be aware that the surrounding neighbourhood is not the nicest nor cleanest, however the building is brand new and offers privacy. As there is no AC and no way to shade the skylight, the room tends to get hot. (July weather)
Hanane (5/5): Neighborhood not recommended - The apartment and building are very clean, equipments are very good and modern. The check in/out process is smooth. Location is very sketchy and though it's close to city center but I did not feel safe walking in this neighborhood especially at night: Many drunk and homeless people, trash everywhere, groups of guys doing shady business in the street at night, and I was whistled at and commented three times even during daytime. Not to mention the noise and loud music at nighttime. I do not recommend this neighborhood at all, especially for women.

Marek (9/5): A comfortable stay without major problems. - The house is new, as is the equipment of the apartment. Drinks and chips are available for purchase in the apartment which can also be a plus. Due to the diversity of its inhabitants, the location does not inspire much confidence. Honestly, I definitely wouldn't let my daughter walk the local streets alone at night. There is no TV available in the apartment, which may bother some.
Maheswaran (9/5): Awesome place to stay - Location is good and close to the supermarket. Calm and quiet place to stay. Easy accessible to city center. Atleast there should be 1 person in the front office for any guidance to new people visiting Brno for the first time.
