• Lukasz (9/5): Zdecydowanie polecam na krótkie wizyty do kolebki demokracji! - Lokalizacja apartamentu w samym sercu miasta a jednocześnie w zacisznej uliczce była zdecydowanie najlepszym jego atrybutem. Komunikacja z właścicielem była bardzo dobra, dostaliśmy dokładne wskazówki jak wejść do mieszkania oraz listę polecanych restauracji i obiektów do zwiedzania. Apartament jest bardzo ładnie wykończony, praktycznie nowy i przy tym bardzo czysty. Biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację, jest odrobinę ciemno, ale dla kogoś kto spędza cały dzień zwiedzając to piękne miasto nie powinno to stanowić znaczącego problemu.

• Milica (9/5): - Apartman je bio izuzetno čist i uredan. Lokacija je prilično blizu svim bitnim znamenitostima mada nam je trebalo malo vremena da se naviknemo gde je šta, jer su sve ulice slične. Komunikacija sa domaćinima je bila odlična i jako smo zahvalne što smo uspele da uđemo u apartman pre uobičajenog vremena ulaska, jer smo jako rano sletele u Atinu. Krevet je bio jako udoban. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svime što nam je bilo potrebno baš kao i kupatilo. Apartman je dovoljno blizu svega, a opet dovoljno udaljen da nam ne bi smetala buka. Rado ćemo ponovo doći u isti apartman. Jedina zamerka su jastuci i to samo zato što ja volim čvrste jastuke, ali mojoj sestri su bili odlični

Ingresso all'interno di un contesto davvero affascinante e situato proprio in una zona dove trovare cibo e vino di qualità. I proprietari pronti a dare risposte a qualsiasi manda. Niente fronzoli, prezzo onestissimo e comodità!
• Constantinos (10/5): Exceptional flat and hosts! 20/10 Overall satisfaction. - I don't even know from where to start! Everything was exceptional!! Katerina and Constantinos texted us days before with all the information regarding checking in, and suggestions for food, drinks, etc! Arriving at the property is super easy as it's 3 minutes walk from Monastiraki metro station so the location is absolutely amazing, couldn't be better. Walking distance to everything. Right in the center. Got the keys from a lockbox. Safe lockers are located right outside of the door of the flat and i could use them before checking in and after checking out so i didn't had to carry my bag around until my flight which was an amazing add on and help. The flat feels more safe than other because being in a close gated stoa in the afternoon and all night. The flat inside is cozy, sparkling clean with all the amenities you will need. The bed is outstanding! i think is the best bed i 've ever slept on. The flat is soundproof and you don't hear anything at all 24/7. I even had a sleep during the day and you couldn't hear anything. Everything is new and you could see and feel that everything is high quality. Bathroom as well is better than even some 5 star hotels. Katerina and Constantinos were responding right away with whatever you need to ask them. In general the flat has exceeded my expectations. The hosts are simply amazing, wish all the hosts were like them. I think this is the best flat i 've ever booked on holidays and i travel a lot. If you find availability on the dates you are looking into, then don't skip it even for a minute. I repeat, don't skip. Don't even look for anything else. Just book it straight away and you won't miss. 20/10 Overall experience. Thank you again and keep up the amazing work guys!

• Chiara (9/5): - Appartamento piccolo ma in pieno centro, alle spalle di Piazza Monastiraki. Può sembrare un po’ isolato, ma in realtà la zona è tranquilla e comoda anche la sera. I proprietari sono gentilissimi: ci hanno mandato una lista di suggerimenti utilissima e, quando abbiamo avuto difficoltà, ci hanno risposto subito aiutandoci. La cioccolata e la bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo sono stati un pensiero davvero gradito. Noi abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi, usando solo la metro per andare in aeroporto. L’unica cosa può essere l’assenza di luce solare però stando sempre fuori porta non pesa

• Louis (10/5): Incredible gem in heart of Athens - Wow! No words to describe how great our stay was, but I will try to be as detailed as possible! First of all the apartment itself was extremely clean, cleaner than a surgery room! We felt welcome immediately! There were water bottles in the fridge and some traditional snacks waiting for our arrival. We stayed there 8 days, and we were offered a cleaning service around the middle of our stay which we truly appreciated. Impeccable service! The location was incredible. In the heart of Athens, super lively, full of places to visit and different new tastes to try. We literally had Acropolis on our plate. Just a straight line from the apartment, around 10 to 15 minutes by foot! And the metro was accessible within 3 minutes, Monastiraki station. Special thanks to our hosts Konstantinos and Katerina that made our stay super special with their kindness and responsiveness. They answered to our messages almost immediately and provided us with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The check-in and check-out where both smooth and quite stress free. Everything worked out as expected! And Konstantinos took the initiative to give us some amazing recommendations of things to try in Athens which added a lot to our experience, we found some gems we otherwise never would have, really made it feel like we explored the city like locals. We are definitely considering coming back the soonest! 10/10 in everything! Definitely worth it! Konstantinos and Katerina, you have our sincere thanks! Till we meet again!
• Christelle (9/5): Appartement au top - L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé, la literie est exceptionnelle et l'emplacement est top. Le couloir qui mène à l'appartement mérite d'être rafraîchit, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

• Marco (10/5): - I proprietari sono molto simpatici e disponibili. Ho ricevuto via messaggio tutte le indicazioni per entrare facilmente. La struttura è confortevole, pulita, proprio nel centro di Atene, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Acropoli, e nel quartiere di Monesteraki. I proprietari inoltre hanno lasciato acqua in bottiglia e cioccolata per rendere l'accoglienza più piacevole. Inoltre mi hanno accordato un check-out alle ore 13. Sempre simpatici. La cucina è molto ben organizzata. L'appartamento non è molto grande, ma comunque funzionale. Dispone di finestre, ma le finestre sono affacciate su un corridoio praticamente senza luce... Manca luce naturale... Ma si tratta di un dettaglio, se si è interessati per visitare Atene, la posizione è ottima e il prezzo corretto.
• jasoing (10/5): Excelente alojamiento! - El apartamento es muy bonito y acogedor, está muy bien remodelado y tiene todo lo necesario, además nos dejaron una guía de lugares para visitar y sugerencias de transporte, también detalles como dulces, capsulas de café, la respuesta de los anfitriones fue muy oportuna, pudimos llegar rápido y sin problemas. La ubicación es envidiable a tan solo 3 cuadras de la estación de metro de Monastiraki y a 4 cuadras de la plaza para apreciar la vista de la Acrópolis. Es un sitio muy turístico así que hay restaurantes, bares, supermercados y de todo se consigue! El edificio es un poco antiguo y solitario pero el apartamento es muy lindo. Si algún día regreso a Atenas volvería a alojarme acá, súper recomendado.
• Tiziana (9/5): Host attento e ambiente curato - La pulizia, la posizione centrale a pochi minuti da Monastiraki, la vicinanza a tutti i negozi utili durante il soggiorno, l'accortezza dell' host nel far trovare prodotti da bagno, per la casa e di prima necessità (caffè, zucchero, acqua), i locker per il deposito bagagli. La notte si può riposare tranquillamente. Host super disponibile! Locali un pò bui seppur con grandi finestre che davano su una piccola area aperta circondata dai muri di vecchi palazzi (le stanze sono comunque ben illuminate dalla luce artificiale). Per trovare la stanza bisogna guardare il video dell'host altrimenti si cerca in tutte le porte del palazzo.

• Leonardo (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno! - Struttura posizionata in posizione strategica per visitare i principali siti turistici. Proprietari davvero molto gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per brevi soggiorno. Un plus è sicuramente la presenza di locker per deposito bagagli. Se tornassi ad Atene sceglierei nuovamente questo appartamento. Purtroppo l’appartamento non è perfettamente insonorizzato pertanto, se ci sono vicini, si sentono rumori. Nonostante ciò i proprietari si sono resi più che disponibili a fare ciò che potevano per minimizzare il tutto.

• Marco (10/5): Athinais nel cuore di Monastiraki - Per quanto l'ingresso del portone non sia dei più belli, l'appartamento è molto carino e molto pulito. La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Atene ed i quartieri più famosi della città oltre che per raggiungere facilmente l'aeroporto (si trova a 5minuti a piedi dalla metro di Monastiraki). Inoltre, in caso di volo serale Catherin e Konstantinos (i proprietari, molto gentili) danno la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli chiusi in un armadietto accanto alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento. Negli armadietti ci va uno zaino da cabina pieno ma non una valigia più grande.

Les gérants ont été très arrangeants. Tous les centres d'intérêt sont à 20 min à pied grand maximum. Rien, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

It was easily accessible from the metro as well. The place was super comfortable and was equipped with great extras (coffee, honey etc.) Everything was really great and the hosts helpful tips made it even better.

• Jan (9/5): Great choice to explore Athens - Great location, major spots all in walking distance. Clean and broad space incl. kitchen, fridge and bathroom. Very helpful owner, incl. free luggage storage after check out. There are tourists who might take into account that the apartment does not have a view.

It is consistent with what is shown in the picture, and even better than that in the picture. The room is in a great location, and it's within walking distance to the city center's attractions and pick-up points. The room is full of surprises! Katerina and Konstantinos are the most considerate landlords I have ever met. The guide book which they provided enabled me to experience the most authentic culture and cuisine in Athens! Thank you so much!

• Axanne (8/5): Well located apartment - Well located in the centre of Monastiraki, modern equipments, clean apartment and easy way to do the check in/ check out. Good internet connection as well. The building looks creepy when entering and the apparement a bit claustrophobic and stuffy as the windows are facing a wall which is very close to it. There is a big sofa in the bedroom that prevents easy access to the bed which could be replaced by a smaller one to gain some space.
