• Taylor (7/5): Very nice hotel, great location but not worth full price. - Room was really nice, rooftop bar and pool very cool and bellboy staff extremely polite and helpful. Generally reception staff not the most approachable and didn’t come across as genuine. Slow and reluctant to provide us with water, when it’s 40 degrees outside…Breakfast very average for 5 star hotel though the eggs and dessert made at the time were great.

• Olivia (10/5): Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken, wenn ich Bangkok wieder besuchen sollte. - Zentrale Lage, in 5 Minuten bei der Schwebebahn. Tolle Skybar sehr nettem Barmann. Preise für Cocktails völlig in Ordnung. Für Gäste, die einen Nachtflug haben, besteht die Möglichkeit, die Koffer unterzustellen und vor der Abreise zu duschen. Von der Größe des Pools war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht. Aber das ist Ansichtssache.

• CAHIT DZHAHIT (2/5): The place where will never come back again - Nothing 15 years l am visiting Bangkok and stayed at different 5 and 4 stars hotels, but this is the first time to see such a unrespectful and aggressive front manager lady called Rin - since we entered the hotel after a long day trip the manager behaved like she is the owner of the hotel dominating at the reception without allowing the other staff to do their jobs properly and telling us the laws for foreigners in Thailand - no welcome phrases, no any information about the hotel facilities, wifi usage and welcome drinks(upon our departure we have seen that they do that for other customers). Before check out we were called twice at the room with the warning that the check out time is at 12:00 am and when we're on the lobby has seen the same lady manager on a duty with a that negative attitude... Contrary of the front desk the bell boy staff (K. WASACHAI) was very helpful and we got all information about the hotel facilities (pool, rooftop bar, etc). No value for money at all

Keine Balkon Das Hotel liegt außerhalb und wir müssen immer mit Taxi oder Tuk Tuk fahren und was zu sehen. Rooftop schwimmen Pool ist viel zu klein mit 5 oder 6 liegen das immer besetzt war

• Vanessa (10/5): - We booked this hotel for the breakfast and location (walking distance to the train to the airport). It was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff let us store our bags after we checked out, so we could explore the city. They also invited us to shower and use the pool after exploring the city before heading to the airport (we had a late night flight). The breakfast was incredible- so many delicious choices! The pool looks over the city from the 16th floow and we just lounged, swam and took in the incredible city views. Highly recommend this hotel, we were so happy with our stay and the staff who went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable!

• Rachel (8/5): Lovely place to stay- near all the malls. - Very nice room. The most comfy bed ever! The staff all so friendly and helpful. A 10 min walk to get to the markets and malls. You walk down a very busy road but it has a lot of local cheap restaurants and places for a massage. We actually took tuk tuks for the most part when we went out. The rooftop bar is amazing. I really liked the hotels so this is not a complaint as such- but there are only 4 sun beds by the pool. Luckily there was one each afternoon free. Great view from the pool.

• Richard (9/5): Elegant - A beautiful elegant hotel and easy 25 to airport by train which is why we chose it. Stunning rooftop swimming pool snd bar above looking at the Bangkok skyline. We ate in the hotel every night of our 3 night stay and the food was delicious and a great choice. Our flight wasn't til midnight and it wasn't a problem as we could leave our cases, go out and use all the hotel facilities by taking a shower up until we had to leave. Lovely afternoon thai tea served in the lounge daily. Would highly recommend A little far out from the main attractions but taxi was easy and so was the metro

• Dhruti (3/5): This hotel does not deserve a 5star. It’s more of a 3star. - Room was very clean and staff is nice. The location is horrible. One side of the hotel faces the railway tracks and metro and the other side is the highway. Both are extremely noisy and a complete chaos. Barely any options for room service. Even a glass of milk is not available for room service. Rooftop restaurant food is horrible. Everything stinks of fish and it’s tasteless. There is no facility to even call for a taxi.

Nous avons été bien accueilli je n’ai rien à dire. Je dirais que ce n’est pas l’idéal pour des longs séjours car la chambre est petite et quand on a une grande valise on ne sais pas où la mettre.

Great location for getting to the airport. - We ate at the restaurant and the staff were very inattentive compared to other places we had stayed over the 3 weeks in Thailand. The food was expensive for what we got. The overall feeling in the hotel was not good. • Zsofia (9/5): Superb - the pool was nice, also the hotel's interior was pretty. there was no hot water in the shower in the morning
• Rose (8/5): Comfortable hotel with rooftop bar. - Bed was very comfortable; lounge access was a nice little extra. Food was very good and the bar on the roof was very pleasant; staff were very attentive. The round bath;,very awkward to get in and out of . It was a trip hazard .
