• marika abbà (7/5): Vicino all'aeroporto e curato - Tutto pulito e molto curato. Ci sono capsule del caffè, pasticcini e una bottiglia d'acqua a disposizione, oltre ad asciugamani e sapone. A due minuti a piedi ci sono anche due piccoli alimentari ben forniti. David è molto gentile e disponibile e le sue indicazioni sono chiare e precise. Si sentivano i rumori da fuori, e le voci dei vicini come se fossero nell'appartamento. Il quartiere comunque è tranquillo. È facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto a piedi, ma bisogna passare un breve sottopassaggio che di notte non è molto rassicurante (specie se si viaggia da soli)

• Kathy (9/5): Ideal location for the airport - There was everything you'd need for a short stay. Ideally located for travel as it's only 5 mins from the airport. There was a bottle of water, shower gel, lovely fresh towels. The host was super quick to respond to questions we had and was really helpful. We booked at exceptionally short notice not giving enough time for the host to open windows to allow fresh air in.

• Karl (1/5): Poor handling of the complaint - We were extremely disappointed with this apartment and could not stay the night. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odour throughout the property. As we looked around, we found it was also infested with insects and spiders, which made the place feel unclean and uncomfortable. We contacted the manager straight away to report the issue. He apologised and assured us that a refund would be issued, so we left the apartment and booked alternative accommodation at additional cost to ourselves. However, after we had already left, he called back asking for proof of the issues despite the fact that we had informed him immediately and vacated the property based on his promise of a refund. The whole experience was stressful and highly inconvenient. We would strongly advise others not to book this premises due to the infestation and bad odour, and the poor handling of the complaint. We were extremely disappointed with this apartment and could not stay the night. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odour throughout the property. • Carol (7/5): Ideal for one night before or after a flight. - Proximity to airport. Very clean. Excellent response from helpful host to solve minor issues. Well equipped. Ideal for one night before an early flight. Area is safe but unattractive and parking is on the street. Fine if you arrive before everyone gets home from work, otherwise expect to park a few streets away. (Note - no restaurant or bar nearby so ensure you have everything with you).
• Hanne (7/5): Perfekt tæt på lufthavn. - Tæt på lufthavnen. Passede os godt da vi skulle flyve tidligt. Der var alt for mange dufte i lejligheden. Skyllemiddel/vaskemiddel gennemtrængende og duftlys. Det var ikke rart for mig som har lidt astma.

Den var meget ren, men der var fugtskjolde øverst oppe på væggen. Se billeder. Vi spurgte naboerne om, hvor der lå en SPAR. Den finder du på denne måde: Stil dig ude foran lejligheden, således at du har lejligheden på din venstre side. Kig op på det store hvide hus på hjørnet længere fremme også på venstre side. Gå op til huset - og gå bagved huset. Så vælger du sidevejen til venstre ned langs med huset, og så kommer SPAR frem. Den lukker kl 21:30. Der er en taxa holdeplads, men vi var nødt til at ringe og bestille en taxa på forhånd, fordi vi skulle være i lufthavnen tidligt om morgenen. Taxaselskabet ringer dig op 5-10 minutter før den tid, du har bestilt taxaen til for at bekræfte aftalen. Beliggenheden, kommunikationen med udlejer udelukkende digital. Inden du får koden af udlejer, skal du gennemføre check in digitalt via et link, som udlejer sender til dig. Det er frivilligt at indsende billeder af sig selv. Hvis nøgleboksen driller, kan udlejer sende dig en video om, hvordan du gør. Den viste sig at være hjælpsom. Der var fugtskjolde højt oppe på væggen. Belysningen var meget heftig - sidder højt oppe på væggen i par og kan ikke reguleres 1:1. Lejlighedens beliggenhed var alt for øde til os. Den opfyldte dog vores primære behov for et overnatningssted tæt på lufthavnen.

• Andrii (9/5): - Брали номер на одну ночь перед ранним рейсом. Удобно , в 15 минут от аэропорта. Хозяин был всегда на связи. Номер очень чистый, комфортный. Хорошо оборудован. Большое спасибо! Плохая звукоизоляция стен. С 12 до 1 ночи были слышны громкие разговоры соседей. Из-за этого не выспались перед рейсом.

• John (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect if you have an early flight, the apartment has everything you need and is very clean with good wifi. David was very responsive and provided clear instructions in the days leading up to the booking. The location is very quiet and is small. I walked from the airport to the location on arrival so that I would have my bearings the next day and I am glad I done this so that I was aware of my route the following morning as I was leaving at 4:30am.

• Eddie (10/5): Excellent experience, I would certainly recommend this apartment. - The apartment was really impressive. Very modern with excellent facilities. We booked the apartment for the proximity to the airport as is was our last night in Gran Canaria, so only a few minutes to the airport next morning. The host was very helpful on WhatsApp to recommend local bar etc. There was nothing that I did not like about this apartment. Good host who communicated requirements effectively. Clean and modern facilities. Good wifi which allowed login easily yo Netflix to watch a movie. Super kitchen and bathroom facilities

• Ашот (3/5): Stay away from this place - Apartment seemed fine at first sight: spacious and well equipped. Before someone flushed the toilet upstairs and sewage started dripping from the ceiling in the living room. Getting to the airport was a problem: we kept calling the Radio Taxi for 40 minutes to hear "the driver will call you shortly" - which they never did. Apparently the place is too close to the airport for the taxi drivers to bother. We ended up WALKING 1.5 miles to the airport, at night on the garbage-strewn roadside, with 4 heavy suitcases and a baby.
