• Natacha (8/5): Appartement bien placé, un peu sombre mais calme. - Appartement très bien placé, calme. Literie ferme. Cuisine bien équipée. Appartement assez sombre. Porte saloon entre la pièce et la chambre qui laisse peu d'intimité. Douche assez peu fonctionnelle avec un rideau. Un seul jeu de clé.

• Simone (6/5): Nette Wohnung, zentrale Lage, Geruch inakzeptabel - Die Lage ist sehr gut: mitten in der Altstadt. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass es abends - gerade am Wochenende - sehr lauf ist. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir wussten aus Beschreibungen anderer, dass das Badezimmer sehr klein ist. Das fanden wir nicht so schlimm, zumal der Duschvorhang gewaschen war. Ein Problem ist der Geruch, der aus den alten Rohren des Badezimmer kommt. Der ist tatsächlich sehr unangenehm und nimmt die ganze Wohnung ein. Das ist unser Hauptkritikpunkt und daher würden wir diese Wohnung auch nicht mehr buchen. Für andere vielleicht relevant: Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Das Treppenhaus in die 2. Etage ist so eng, dass ein Koffer nur schwer in die Wohnung zu bringen ist.
• Dr.Christof (8/5): Schöne zentrale Lage in der Altstadt - sehr freundlicher Empfang - Absolut komplikationslose freundliche Übergabe nach Nachfrage auch vor dem eigentlichen Check in möglich gewesen. Sehr zentrale Lage in schönem Altstadtviertel Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist etwas ungemütlich (u.a.Wohnungstür neben dem Fernseher) Wohnung hat Fenster zu zwei Gassen, so daß es einige Male trotz weniger Autos auch für Stadtlage durch Stimmen oder Mülltonnen etwas zu laut war.

• Jesse (9/5): Wonderful apartment and location that made our experience truly unique! - Excellent location within walking distance from major historical sites and delicious food options. Even though it was close to busy areas, the apartment building and street outside were calm and quiet. The host was very kind and met us late at night to give us the keys. The shower was exceptionally small. Otherwise, no issues!
• Rastislav (9/5): Superb - Great location of the apartment, easy check-in, good bed, we didn't use the kitchen but the size is just right. Due to the location the apartment is out of direct sun and a bit noisy at night. I recommend the apartment. The shower corner could use a little renovation

The sofa was very comfy and the aircon very effective The local host David was understanding when we realised that we would need a late check in We loved Valencia - it is so full of history and green parks. Had an excellent bike tour down to Les Artes - its a great city for cycling. The kitchen has very few utensils and the fridge location is not ideal. The bathroom is the smallest we encountered in Spain, the shower cubicle miniscule - my husband had to wedge himself in! The shower fixture is leaking and one of doors was unattached and loose (we tried to fix it but couldn't). Despite it looking like it had been recently refurbished it is looking for worse for wear. It would have been helpful to have been more upfront about the EUR300 security deposit as part of the initial booking information. On our trip in Spain it was the only apartment that required it. As others have commented - it is a very noisy location - bring your earplugs if you're a light sleeper!
