Non veniva effettuata la pulizia quotidiana della camera e per tre notti non ci è mai stata pulita la stanza. La colazione ha pochissima scelta. Ci era stato comunicato che il servizio di navetta aeroportuale sarebbe costato 20$ a tratta (17€), all’arrivo ci hanno fatto pagare 20€ e al ritorno in aeroporto l’equivalente di 27€

Le escursioni che si possono prenotare in albergo sono molto più care di quelle prenotate al di fuori. Anche i taxi non vanno prenotati in albergo perché carissimi anche il doppio di quelli fermati per strada.

Rooms not very clean, we left the key to clean the room and they only made the bed, no fresh sheets, no fresh towels, no toilet paper, no vacuuming. We reserved 3 rooms and one of them did not even had hot water and one of them kept having bathroom pipes smell and.

• Mohamed (10/5): Great location and very safe place for families - Location you can see the pyramids from your Room plus we arrive late at night and the waiters night shift they welcome us in rooftop and the prepared nice dinner good customer service. And in morning breakfast the food and beverage manager he did the same welcome us and he did excellent service during the week we stay at the hotel. I observed each floor in the hotel he had cameras 2 to 3 cameras it’s very safe.

• Felix (4/5): No. Not worth the money, not clean, not comfortable. - It was a bed to sleep in, had pyramid view during breakfast, Khalid and most of the other employees were very nice. rooms had a very disturbing sweet and sour stench + apparently smoking is allowed in the rooms (smell) bed sheets and pillows had a lot of yellow/grey stains location is terrible aside from visiting the pyramids -> Uber rides will (if you have a Western name / you can change it to an Egyptian name to get rid of that issue) make up stories to charge you 1000% the price Breakfast selection did not feel clean or well presented In all fairness: we did not give the hotel the opportunity to correct this but since the room of our friends was similar we didn't want to bother with the discussion.

• Diego (8/5): Välkommen till kairo habibi 🤣 - Personalen på restaurangen var helt underbara, speciellt Khaled. Dom såg till att det alltid fanns mat att äta. Stor tack till kökspersonal och servitrisen. Trafiken var mycket lyhörd, inget hotellet kan göra något åt det men det var mycket störande. Som tur är så hade jag med mig öronproppar som hjälpte lite😅🤷

• Iaco2 (7/5): It's best to sleep in the hotel and go sightseeing - Friendly service, good breakfasts with a view of the pyramids. On a busy, not-so-clean street, where children were asking for financial support. Narrow passageways, a tiny lobby, the window was supposed to offer a view of the pyramids, but instead it faced the street. It's a good thing there was a window.
• ΝΑ (10/5): - Generally the hotel was great and as described, the staff team welcomed us and were really kind and answered everything we had questions for. A special thanks to especially Khaled who was by the food and beverages who was always there to help and made us feel comfortable the moment we stepped in!

Some of the staff made us feel a little uncomfortable with our interactions with them at the front desk. They don’t mention that you have to pay for the bottles of water that they freely hand out to you when ask. We only found out later that it was $5 for the bottles of water we had asked them for during our stay. The shower drain was quite blocked and water from the toilet or shower was leaking. The pictures also do not truly represent what the hotel and the room truly look like, particularly the restaurant area.

Paldies par uzņemšanu. - Viesnīca atrodas nelielā gājienā no piramīdām, kuras redzamas arī pa numuriņa un ēdamtelpas logu, taču vai ir vērts piemaksāt par istabiņu ar skatu uz piramīdām? Vērtējiet paši. Luksusa istabiņas un standarta ir plašas. Numuriņi atbilst bildēs redzamajiem, ir ļoti komfortabli, aprīkoti ar kondicionieri un visāda veida apgaismojuma iespējām gan istabā, gan dušas telpā. Ļoti ērti spilveni! Brokastis bij daudz labākas kā cerējām. Arī veģetāriešiem piemērotas. Personās laipns un atsaucīgs. Ja sadraudzēsieties ar Mustafa, tad tiks noorganizētas dažādas jūsu vēlmju izpildes, piemēram, labāks numuriņš, gludeklis vai pat masāža ;) Kopumā viesnīcā varējām justies ļoti labi un netraucēti. Paldies par uzņemšanu. Priecātos redzēt, ka restorāna menedžeris pret saviem darbiniekiem/cēm izturētos tikpat laipni kā pret klientiem un vairāk sekotu glāžu un galdautu tīrībai. Starp viesnīcu un piramīdām atrodas nesakārtots laukums ar atkritumiem un suņu bariem, bet tur viesnīca droši vien neko daudz nevar ietekmēt.

Pedimos pollo empanado con queso por encima, había solo dos trozos pequeños y arroz, eso y un plato de patatas fritas, pequeño nos costó 22$. Sin bebida ni postre. Tuve que devolver el pollo porque no se podía comer. Es muy caro, desaconsejable 100%.

Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Camas confortáveis, com enxoval novo e tudo muito limpo. A janela do quarto era muito pequena e dava para o espaço de ventilação do prédio, ou seja, a visão era de uma parede, sem acesso à luz do dia ( muito claustrofóbico). A região muito pobre, suja, sem condições para sair à rua.

I prezzi di qualunque cosa extra (acqua, transfer) sono caricati alle stelle. Il gestore non è stato molto trasparente e ci ha dato l'impressione di volerci sempre fregare. Non è quello che ci si aspetta da una struttura professionale.
• Aiping (7/5): Unexpected. - Staff in kitchen were very friendly, specially Khaled, who always showed his kindness to guests. Breakfast was good. The view from restaurant was amazing. Drinking water provided. Room service. We were told that the hotel has a modern minivan good for our group. We had never used that. All vehicles we booked from the hotel were terrible. So, don’t book any tour from hotel. It’s much better to book a vehicle online, for instance, bookaway for a group. Wifi didn’t work stably, very very weak. The manager asked me to write a review immediately before we leave.

• Flora (10/5): - It’s nearby Giza pyramids, beautiful view from the restaurant. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Khaled from R&B for his hospitality and care throughout our stay. He made sure we had a good meal.

The hotel decor is beautiful and the room view was really nice. The room had an unpleasant smell. The bed was very hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The windows are not soundproof, so traffic noise was very loud. Breakfast had limited options and the omelette was soggy and watery. We were quoted $20 by the hotel manager for transport, which felt overpriced compared to using Uber directly, and it was unclear how much of that actually goes to the driver.
• Aliya (6/5): Hôtel correct en apparence avec un personnel agréable et une bonne literie, mais trop de défauts pour le prix, surtout a - Le personnel à la réception est très gentil et serviable. Le lit est immense et ultra confortable, avec des coussins à mémoire de forme incroyables. Le restaurant offre une vue magnifique sur les pyramides (probablement la seule vraie vue de l’hôtel). À l’arrivée, les draps étaient très poussiéreux et même après changement, le problème persistait. L’hôtel paraît beau de loin, mais en regardant les détails, tout semble cheap et les finitions sont décevantes. La chambre “vue pyramides” (avec supplément) donne surtout sur des poubelles et de la saleté, la vue réelle sur les pyramides est très limitée. Très mauvaise isolation : on entend tout, le couloir comme la rue, à toute heure. La porte de la chambre est mal conçue, difficile à fermer. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre au début. Les serviettes ne sont pas changées si on ne le demande pas. Petit-déjeuner peu copieux. Une commission supplémentaire de 2€ est demandée à l’arrivée sans être annoncée à l’avance.

• Maria (10/5): Εξαιρετική - Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο , το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό , είχε ακριβώς αυτά που έπρεπε να έχει για την τιμή του , το δωμάτιο ανακαινισμένο πλήρως και πάντα καθαρό , 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν και φύλακας όλη τη νύχτα έξω από το ξενοδοχείο! Είναι σίγουρα value for money! Η τοποθεσία οκ δεν είναι καλή , αλλά αυτό το γνωρίζεις πριν πας να μείνεις στην περιοχή της Γκίζα. Παρόλα αυτά το σημείο που είναι το ξενοδοχείο είναι οκ , δεν έχει άμεση επαφή με την κακόφημη περιοχή. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα
• Marta (9/5): - It is really nice hotel, and price is very attractive to this standard especially in Giza. What I would like to highlight it is clean and safe for me as a mother traveling with teenage daughter to Cairo was the most important. Restaurant is on the 5th floor with beautiful view on the pyramids. Khaled who is manager of the restaurant there is very helpful every morning take care of us to be sure we have water and coffee during the breakfast and asked if we have everything what we need. It is also clean there. Reception is also helpful and always with smile and kindness. We ordered there taxi from the hotel to the airport. Everything was perfect and on time.

The room that we got was comfortable and clean. If you open the window, it stinks and it’s because the land next-door is just a trash zone. It’s really dirty. When they offered to switch our rooms, the other room had a strong smoking order.

Very small place. Guys smoking in the "Reception area" No housekeeping. Noisy street - cars hooting and dogs barking the whole night.
