• James (9/5): Great place. Very central and spotless. Would certainly recommend to others. - Very clean. Very central no problem with check in etc Could not get air conditioning to work. We could have phoned the owner but managed to open the roof windows. I looked through the instructions but could only get so far with them. I would suggest an “ idiots guide” could be left giving a stage by stage instruction on how to work the a/c system. It did not however detract from our stay.

• Mariya (10/5): Превъзходно място за настаняване! - Превъзходна локация, изключително любезен и отзивчив домакин - за 15 минути собственикът реагира да дойде на място, когато имахме нужда от резервен ключ. Чистота; всички удобства са налице Капандурите на тавана създават изключително романтично усещане. Прекрасно място, ще го посетим отново с удоволствие! Единствена миниатюрна забележка: имаше само кърпи за тяло, но липсваха кърпи за лице, което е пренебрежимо на фона на останалите достойнства на апартамента.

• Phuong Lan (9/5): Nice small apartment - Nicely decorated small rooftop apartment with lift. A small kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed for 2 all in a living room is too tight. We had to move 2 chairs to have space around the kitchen.

• Vera Apostolova (9/5): Перфектно място за кратка почивка - Перфектно местоположение. Комфортно обзавеждане и оборудване. Прекрасен изглед към главната улица - затова е естествено, че е малко шумно. Цената - твърде ниска за мястото за настаняване. С удоволствие ще гостуваме отново! Шумно поради местоположението.

• Весела Начева (10/5): - Наех апартамента за пътуване по работа и останах супер доволна. Компактен е, уютен, топъл, има всичко нужно за престоя и локацията е изключително добра.

Ще оставя няколко препоръки за наистина отлично преживяване , а именно смесителите в кухнята и банята е хубаво да се сменят , защото за разбити . Някакво перде и праг , за да се отдели душа , ще бъде чидесно .Щорите на капандурите , да са по-затъмняващи!

• Laura (5/5): Păcat de amplasarea și the view, are pontențial însă mirosul e groaznic - Amplasarea bună a apartamentului, curat, parcare în fața, personalul foarte responsive. Miros îngrozitor de mucegai în tot apartamentul, în baie mucegai, muzică de la clubul de la parter de vibra podeaua, săpun la baie aproape spre deloc.

• IulianB (10/5): - Locatia este centrala, totul arata ca in poze, magazine si restaurante in apropiere. Gazda ne-a ajutat cu alegerea locului de parcare si ne-a acordat gratuit inca doua ore de sedere pentru ca orasul are foarte multe de oferit iar o noapte a fost prea putin... dar cu siguranță vom reveni !

• Duta (10/5): Perfect - Locatia este excelenta, situata aproape in centru, am gasit curatenie, si pot sa confirm ca totul arata ca in poze, ne-a placut foarte mult si gaza ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Am stat doar o noapte dar cu siguranță vom reveni ! Nu au existat aspecte neplăcute

• Cristian (5/5): - The location is right in the middle of the town. Parking spot (public) in front of the unit. The most overrated unit we stayed in. The bathroom has no shower cabin. If you take a shower, you have to wipe out the entire bathroom in order to use it again. The windows are not sound proof. You can hear all the traffic, all night. And there is a lot of traffic there. The air conditioning machine is strange, you cannot turn it off. Very old doors, not closing very efficiently. The apartment needs a lot of improvement for this price!

• Lora (6/5): Maybe depends on the season - Location in the heart of the city Nice interior design It was clean and well equipped The air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was very hot outside and it couldn't help at all. Opening the windows didn't work as well because there was a constant loud noise from something mounted in close proximity. It was literally hard to breath with the windows closed and impossible to sleep with the windows open.

• Svetlana (5/5): Passable - Windows didn't open ( maybe for better as there were too many cars driving by and it was dusty) and it was not possible to change temperature of the air conditioning. Late in the evenings - the bass from the nearby bar could be heard.

• Razvan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is pretty central, fast access to anything to be honest and the host is very nice as well. The building has an elevator and the rooms are clean, and they have appliances in the kitchen as well + plates / glasses etc Beds were overall comfortable (bed and sofa). You have free parking (in the weekend, paid during the week) in front of the building though they are almost everytime full,; parking can be done on some smaller streets though. This is more as a headsup for other people, the building is next to the main road and some bars so expect noises when you chose this apartment; if you have a light sleep i wouldnt recommend. Also, the fridge is a bit noisy sometimes but thats not an issue for me.
