• Mathias (8/5): Sono stato due volte in questa struttura, se dovessi tornare a Zermatt sicuramente cercherei una stanza ancora qui. - Curata e pulita, ottimo connubio tra moderno e alpino. Stanze molto belle. Purtroppo sotto la struttura è presente un bar che causa rumori anche fino a tarda notte. Con le finestre chiuse si sente solo se alcuni avventori esagerano con gli schiamazzi.

• Barbara (8/5): Comfortable hotel, well located - Location was brilliant just 5 minutes walk from the station. The main shopping and restaurant area is on the doorstep. Hotel was spotlessly clean and warm with good shower pressure. The Receptionist was very helpful with finding a Swiss USB adaptor for my phone and with general advice . Managed to get a kettle for the room but there was one teabag provided per day. A more generous allowance would have been appreciated. The Reception is not staffed after 9pm. A phone number is made available in case of emergency. I tried it to no avail for a housekeeping issue. Breakfast was adequate for me but maybe less so for a skier who might expect something more substantial.
• Reddy (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Elite! Our room had been recently updated and was perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet changed daily and it was a great way to start our day of skiing. The coffee machine was amazing also. And everyone who worked at the hotel was so kind and helpful! And the location was great. It was easy to get to Sunnega to drop the kids at ski school and also get to Gornegratt for the adults to get to the mountain.

• Edward (10/5): Quick overnight. - The location is on the limit of a comfortable walk from the train station. The service was great, including leaving our keys to be retrieved when we arrived to an unmanned desk. Check in/out was a breeze. The breakfast was very nice. Some of the Mountain views from the balconies were through gaps in buildings or through trees. Ours from the back of the building was great.

Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, aber an dieses Sauberkeitslevel kamen die wenigsten dran. z.B. mein erster Blick ins Bad. Hab zuerst gedacht, oh das is blöd, weil das Duschwasser wahrscheinlich Richtung Waschbecken spritzen wird. Erst ca 5 Sekunden später hab ich die Glaswand bemerkt, so extrem sauber war sie! 11/10 Punkte! Weiter so. Nichts. Alles tadellos. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The bed frame was also really creaky, and kept waking me up in the middle of the night if I rolled slightly in my sleep The room is very dated, and could do with modernising. There was no air con but despite being summer it didn’t get hot at night so this is not essential The listing on booking.com stated that we would have a mountain facing balcony however there was no balcony at all in the room we stayed, but it did have the spa bath so I assume it was the correct room and the listing on booking.com may be wrong

• Barbara (7/5): Good Spot for a Short Visit to Zermatt - The hotel itself is quite old and rustic but clean and comfortable. When we arrived our key was waiting in the counter in the lobby and we let ourselves in the room without any problem. When we did meet the lady in charge, she was very nice. It was a bit on the older side and a bit dated. But the location was very good.

• Jo (8/5): Centrally situated 3 star hotel - 3 of us stayed in the top apartment. 1 double bad and a sofa bed. View of the Matterhorn, quiet room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very central, clean, breakfast was decent. It’s a 3 star which is pretty accurate for what it offers. We liked the sports bar below (more of a locals hang out) and the Italian restaurant Marlo next door was excellent. Complimentary taxi from train station was much appreciated. Very expensive accommodation but that is Zermatt and it was a great position. Hooks in the bedroom for ski gear and in the bathroom for towels would have been useful. Lift only goes to 4th floor, apartment on 5th but the staff would have helped with bags

Das Zimmer war schön modern eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Beim Frühstück war nicht so viel Auswahl. Es gab nur Schweinefleisch für die wo kein Schweinefleisch mögen gab es keinen anderen Auswahl. Es gab kein Wasser auf Anfrage mussten nebenan vom Restaurant kaufen.
