- Kobie (5/5): - Location was great. Close to Cycling event at FNB stadium There were people making a noise all night. I woke up at 03am hearing people talking loudly. I could hardly sleep. The inside parking was also a problem. I was parked in all the time

Lizzy assisted us with check-in and was very helpful and friendly. the garden is very well kept. Other guests were very loud and noisy. The space does need some maintenance. The bathroom door in room 5 is broken and struggles to open. those couches also require replacement; they aren't aesthetically pleasing, and they are broken.

- Danei (10/5): - It was a beautiful property set in a quiet neighbourhood with the mountain on the one side and views of the sea on the other. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well equipped, they even provided coffee grounds. Vanessa was extremely friendly and went the extra mile.

- Xolani Chikwanje (5/5): i hope they procure new bedding or ensure that the old one looks clean, otherwise it was a good stay - the place is beautiful very cosy and quiet. the bedding was dirty (or very old so it had stains on it.) When I arrived, the pillows did not have covers, and they are very thin and not pretty to the eye. The kettle had water that looked like it had been there for a while, and the water was brownish, or the kettle was dirty. The intercom was not working, so you had to wait outside for someone to open for you. I returned very late every day, and I was worried about my safety. The parking lot also is small, especially when every room has a guest who has a car.

- Michael (10/5): Little paradise in the middle of a big city somehow. - From the road it doesn’t look like much but then you go inside and it’s like a little paradise. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and very narrow.

Everything we needed was available to us, and the wifi speed was excellent. The staff were very friendly and informative upon our arrival. The parking space was a bit cramped.

They also mentioned a heated pool but there was no heated pool which means they lied . The housekeeping numbers were also not available when I called them by my room.

I had to leave very early in the morning and come back to the hotel for my pick up - the staff cooked me a breakfast (out of hours) that was very much appreciated As it is single story you can hear people talking around the property (but it was no big deal) They only do breakfast but you can call out locally for delivery from KFC etc

This is now my number one hotel , Sleep Haven thank you for being my piece of heaven on earth. Visit this place guys you won't regret it !! Nothing
