• shikin (10/5): - Professional and helpful staffs, namely Ahmet, Yusof, the Azerbaijani young lad and the cleaning young lady. Hotel is located near the hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, topkapi palace and grand bazaar. The roads in that area are rather flat and the infrastructure is stroller-friendly. Despite it's location which is near to the main attractions, amazing cafe and restaurants, it is peaceful and quiet at night. The room is new and clean. Nothing.

The breakfast is decent, but don't expect a buffet—you'll get a plate with everything you need. You won't go hungry. However, the hotel does charge extra for extra coffee. It's not about the money, but the principle. This spoils the overall impression a bit. There are some minor issues with the rooms, some broken or non-functional. The hotel should pay attention to these. Special thanks to Ahmed, the receptionist. He's a great guy, helpful, and a pleasant conversationalist.

• CAROLINA (10/5): Excelente opción para alojarse en sultanahmed - Un hotel pequeño, hermoso! El diseño y gusto se le nota! La habitación nos pareció súper cómoda. Nos dieron desayuno y bebidas, los host super atentos y demasiado amables, hicieron nuestra estancia muy tranquila. La ubicación genial, cerca del tram y de la mezquita azul, lleno de lugares para comer y comprar. En realidad es igual a las fotos que se ven la página. Realmente todo me gustó! Lo único a puntuar es que la nevera minibar no enfriaba mucho, pero cero inconveniente.

• Abdul Fattah (10/5): Spacious, conveniently located accommodation! - The location is great! 2 minutes walk away from the Sultanahmet tram station, and around 5-10 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. There’s also plentiful of dining options nearby, including a great coffee down the same road. Would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to Istanbul!

Πραγματικά νιώσαμε πολυ άνετα Θα θέλαμε πιο πλούσιο πρωινό και με εναλλαγές καθημερινά. Επίσης δεν λειτουργούσε η τηλεόραση.

It's very close to the T1 tram, Marmaray, Sultanahmet Square and many cafes, however quiet and peaceful, we couldn't hear any street noise. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels, water and toiletries provided every day. The Wi-Fi was stable and worked without interruptions. We always had hot water and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so we stayed warm even when the weather got colder outside. The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Und trotzdem liegt das Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Außerdem sind sehr gute Restaurants (auch sehr ruhig ohne Autoverkehr gelegen) 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel scheint sehr neu. Es ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da die Zimmer (Fenster und Türen) nicht gut isoliert sind ist es ein bisschen hellhörig. Allerdings ist es in einer sehr ruhigen Straße gelegen
• Hirayda (10/5): Una agradable sorpresa en el centro de Estambul. - La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Me encantó que está muy cerca de las principales mezquitas, a unos 4-5 minutos caminando. El hotel está ubicado en una calle tranquila, sin mucho tránsito de vehículos, lo cual es ideal para descansar. Quedé gratamente sorprendída con la habitación: era exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Era bastante amplia y tenía todo lo necesario para que mi estancia fuese cómoda. De todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel, lo mejor es su personal. Todos los chicos de recepción son muy amables y con buena disposición, en especial, Ahmet, quien además de sugerir paseos y lugares a visitar, me ayudó a instalar el Internet en mi teléfono, ¡lo que fue para mí una ayuda valiosísima! 😆 Definitivamente, volvería a hospedarme en este hotel y lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados. No es una queja, más bien una sugerencia. Los artículos de aseo del baño no son de muy buena calidad, en especial el jabón en barra para las manos. Cambiaría a artículos de aseo de mejor calidad y que los jabones y geles de baño sean colocados en un dispensador fijo en la pared. Colocarlos de esa forma va más acorde con la línea boutique que el hotel quiere promover, además de que ese tipo de dispensadores son más amigables con el medio ambiente que colocar frascos individuales para uso de cada huésped.

• martin ka (10/5): A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Old Town - 1) An excellent hotel -- pleasant design, cozy, small, comfortable rooms with kind of French windows. 2) Perfect location -- quiet street, right next to the hotel, there's a super cute little café (No. 4), just a few meters from Hagia Sophia etc., or from the tram stop to Pera and other destinations. 3) And last but not least, the friendly and always helpful staff -- We were lucky to have willing Yusuf at the front desk (thanks for helping in contact with transport driver). The value for money here is truly outstanding. We’d love to return and definitely recommend it.

The staff was lovely, especially Ahmet who has supported us with a lot of things we needed, advice about locations to visit and others. The rooms have been cleaned on a daily basis and bedding and towels changed also. Location wise is also great, very close to the popular places and easy to walk everywhere you need. Great restaurants around. We couldn’t have had a better experience and honestly, it was the best experience we have ever had from a hotel. We definitely recommend it to everyone . Nothing.

• Ksenia (7/5): Хороший бюджетный вариант, чтобы остановится на пару дней - Расположение отеля отличное, до всех основных достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Также рядом есть трамвай и метро. Номер обставлен достаточно современно. Очень приветливый персонал, ребята старались помочь в любой ситуации и в случае каких-либо проблем очень быстро всё решали. Номер очень маленький, нет никакой даже минимальной прихожей, приходится снимать обувь прямо возле кровати. В номере было не очень чисто. Матрас, подушки и одеяло были в каких-то пятнах и волосах. Кажется, что за 5 ночей проживания постельное белье не менялось ни разу. Неудобная система завтраков. Завтрак накрывается для каждого индивидуально и о времени нужно договариваться накануне на рецепшене. То есть у гостя нет варианта утром проспать или позавтракать пораньше. Завтраки однообразные, без возможности выбора. В случае размещения на 2-3 ночи пойдет, но на более длительное время - надоедает.

• Kornelia (9/5): Comfortable and peaceful stay at Erba was pleaseant and happy. - The place is located really conveniently, it’s literally five minutes walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque so that’s great. Room was clean and the bed comfy, the wifi has strong signal. Generally the whole place is new or maybe was refreshed lately because its visibly in very good shape, the elevator is shining gold like a million dollar 🤩 The breakfasts are tasty, well recommended to book stay with breakfast. Also, room service was done everyday. Owners are friendly, will always find time to have a chat with guests and give some tips regarding the local attractions and places to visit. They will do anything to help you and make sure your stay is comfortable. Find it difficult set up air conditioning in my room, it was also a bit noisy at nightime, but Im not complaining as It was entirely my choice I did not ask owners to fix it for me. Maybe in other rooms jt was working well.

Breakfast also met our expectation as a local style. I will recommend only to change a bath soap bar to gel (more easy to use) and add some heating facility to bath room (quite cold compare with bed room)

They did us a great bread, meats, cheese and spreads breakfast each morning. The location was perfect. Close to the blue mosque area and the grand bazaar, and also near lots of restaurants and cafés. Would stay again.

Quite clean Considering hotel is still quite new some things were already broken and not fixed well. The bed side light was held in place with sticky tape for example. Cleaning staff didnt just cleaned the room but touched and moved all my things. Even closed up my suitcase which was lay on the floor and stood it up in another part of the room. Too much invasion of privacy

• Rene (10/5): Very nice hotel right in Eminönü, close to the main sightseeing places of İstanbul - Very good location, just a street away from the noisy main streets so a quiet and convenient location. Tram stop is just a 3 minute walk. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is very new and clean.

Behjälplig personal dygnet runt. Läget är 10/10 några meter ner till stora gatan och alla sevärdheter. Ett plus i kanten var att sängarna var jätte sköna!

Die Inhaberin ist ein echter Herzensmensch, und auch der Herr an der Rezeption war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist top: ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse gelegen und trotzdem super zentral, mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Bahn. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit – das mit Abstand sauberste Hotel, das wir bisher in Istanbul erlebt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

We were greeted warmly and offered Turkish tea straight away — a simple but thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel at ease. The hotel’s art-deco design is stunning: stylish, sleek, and elegant without being pretentious. It feels carefully curated yet relaxed, striking that rare balance between beauty and comfort. As a family-owned hotel, there is a sincerity here that you simply don’t find in larger establishments. The staff take the time to get to know you, greet you personally, and help with any request — always with warmth and care. My girls and I were made to feel less like guests and more like part of the family. We visited in winter, and even while snow fell outside, the hotel felt like a comfortable refuge — warm, cosy, and inviting after long days exploring Istanbul. The food was outstanding, from traditional Turkish dishes to beautifully prepared kebabs at the hotel’s restaurant. Every meal felt generous and thoughtfully made. The location is excellent. The area is clean, safe, and welcoming, with many restaurants nearby to suit every budget, and the locals were genuinely kind and friendly. Right next door is Coffee Number 4, a lovely café with a great atmosphere that serves traditional sand coffee — such a special bonus to have so close. Getting around was effortless. The hotel is close to major attractions and public transport, and the surrounding streets are flat, making walking easy and enjoyable. The staff also organised an incredible hammam experience for us, including a car that picked us up from the hotel and dropped us back afterward — completely seamless. All of our airport transfers were also arranged perfectly, without a single issue. Erba Hotel truly felt like a home away from home. It is rare to find a place that combines style, comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. Nothing, I loved it all.

• MARÍA (8/5): - La ubicación excepcional. A unos pasos de los monumentos a ver en el centro histórico. Muy cercano a la parada del tranvía para desplazarte. Camas y almohadas cómodas. Habitación limpia en general. El personal de recepción, una chica y dos chicos, muy amables y atentos a gestionar cualquier incidencia o servicio. Hicieron un esfuerzo por comunicarse en español e inglés a través del traductor. Muchas gracias a los tres por vuestra amabilidad. El desayuno era aceptable, aunque poco variado (cada dia es idéntico) y sin nada de fruta. Lo traían ya elaborado de fuera, pero no considero normal que se nos cobre el café y el té del desayuno (10 euros x pax) como extra. Las instalaciones, aunque de reciente reforma, eran bastante ajustadas e incluso deficitarias. El aire acondicionado hace ruido durante toda la noche, aunque lo apagues. Desde la habitación se oía todo el ruido del pasillo, especialmente del ascensor con su aviso de llegada. Las ventanas no aíslan adecuadamente del sonido o el frío de la calle (suerte que nuestra habitación daba a una calle peatonal y tranquila) En el baño, el espejo tenía la luz fundida y ni tan siquiera hay un calefactor de toallas que haga más cálido el ambiente. Hacia bastante frío en el baño, aunque estuviese encendido el aire acondicionado en la habitación.
