Tom (7/5): Basic, but good! - Great location Comfortable beds Great washing machine and drying room/bathroom Quiet neighbourhood Very timely and responsive hosts over message. It was pretty basic and bare bones inside. Nothing to write home about in terms of the 'creature comforts'. Not necessarily a bad thing, but wasn't a place that we could relax well in.

nuri (7/5): Stay in the Alba Cerezo was good, the location was superb as near to go everywhere, the room was spacious as well. - The location was superb, its just few mins walked to station Kitaikebukuro, and 15 mins walking to Ikebukuro. The neighborhood was quiet and has some shop and convenient store nearby. The room was spacious as well enough for 3 of us, and its clean. Will come back again and stay here whenever we are visit Japan. Can provide for bathroom floormat, if the guest stay a bit longer can give spare for towel so dont need to keep on requesting via email, can provide smart TV so we can connect ourself to watch english channel.

Кирилл Михайлин (9/5): Хорошо расположенное жилье за свои деньги - С учётом цены в начале сезона сакуры жилье расположено очень хорошо. В пешей доступности район Икебукоро, в котором есть почти всё. До Синдзюку, Сибуи и Уэно на метро тоже довольно недалеко. При заезде вечером были мелкие косяки, написал хозяину, ответил сразу же. Квартира просторная и светлая. Есть стиралка, сушилка, микроволновка и набор посуды. Окна и балкон выходят на школьное бейсбольное поле и вишневую алею тихого района, что тоже приятно. Заселение выселение полностью автономны и понятны. Несмотря на минусы ниже, это все равно очень хороший вариант размещения. Тапочки в номере будто на женскую ногу, мужчине с 44 размером ноги такое носить неудобно. Вайфай был откровенно слабоват, часто приходилось переключаться на мобильный интернет. Хотелось бы, чтобы смена полотенец производилась хотя бы раз в 5 дней, а не если очень попросишь. Шумоизоляция на улицу так себе, поэтому в будни приходилось просыпаться в 7 утра под приветствие ста школьников дежурным
Nastassja (9/5): Tolles Apartment - Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, so als wäre es meine eigene Wohnung. Für Alleinreisende eine optionale Option. Zu zweit könnte es etwas eng werden. Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Yukari (7/5): まあまあ - とりあえず、1週間とロングステイには洗濯機とお風呂場の乾燥機能がかなり役に立った。北池袋駅からかなり近いのがいい。以前は池袋駅で泊まったが、その時は10分は歩かないといけない。最悪、池袋駅から歩くことも可能。部屋自体は、まあ及第点程度。でも、掃除機もあるしクイックル系もある。クローゼットが奥行きがあってスーツケースLサイズが広げておける。北池袋駅は、かなりローカルなのでその隣の駅がよかったかな。新宿に行くのもそちらなら一本だが北池袋駅からは池袋駅まで出ないといけない。とにかくコンセントが少ない。お湯を沸かすかレンジを使うか… 延長コード等持参したのでなんとか。洗剤系がことごとく空っぽ。清掃の際に補充して欲しかった。お皿はなんか、IKEA系のやつだったのでダイソーとかでいいので普通のにしてほしい。スプーンとか一つしかなかった。スタッフは、メールのやり取りしかしてないけど日本人ではないので質問して半分の内容しか返ってこない。

Sze Wan (10/5): 環境乾淨舒適，有居家感。 - 環境很乾淨，空間寬敞，全自助入住。離車站距離很近，到池袋站轉車也很方便。樓下有luup 可租借。有微波爐，方便加熱食品。房間內的插頭只有一個，如果晚上回去要為電子設備充電比較不方便，要拿到浴室/廚房區域充電。因為沒有電梯，拿大型行李入住要注意一下。

Hanna Helena Radot (8/5): Nice, comfortable, and convenient. - The location is just a minute away from Kita-Ikebukuro station, a Lawson, and a coin laundry so it's super convenient. Other than a nice comfy bed, they also provide futon, extra pillows, and extra blanket. Body wash and shampoo are also provided. Overall a nice place to unwind and rest after a long day of exploring. The room we got was on the 4th floor and there's no lift. So we have to carry our big luggages through stairs. And after 20.000+ steps, it's kinda tiring to have to take the stairs to our room every day. The walls are quite thin, so noises from other rooms and the street can be heard if loud enough.

きしぼんメンタ (9/5): 十分に大満足でした。また機会があれば是非利用したいです。 - ・お風呂がユニットバスではなく、セパレートタイプなのでゆっくり使用できた。・部屋のお風呂前に洗濯機が置いてあるので、着替えた服をすぐ洗濯出来るので便利だった。・キッチンで簡単な調理をしたが、電磁調理器ではなくガスなのが嬉しい（微妙な調整ができるため）・部屋に大きめの分別用のゴミ箱が用意してあるので使用しやすかった（燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミ、ペットボトルと空き缶用の3種類）・贅沢な話だが乾燥機があると便利かも（でもベランダが有るので、雨天でなければ外干しで十分でした）・キッチンやトイレの洗剤は用意が有ったので、可能で有れば洗濯洗剤も有ると嬉しい（今回は用意していなかったので近所のお店で購入）・建物すぐに学校が有るので、時期や時間帯によっては騒がしい場合が有るかも（自分はほとんど気にしないが）
dooby3Dfan (8/5): A mostly quiet and comfortable stay with some oddities. - Great & quiet location, wonderful room and kitchen. For bigger dudes, you will appreciate the larger bathroom , shower space AND bigger than usual bathtub. There is also a balcony and a large walk in closet. You have a washer too but I wish you luck on the "dryer" as it's the kind in the bathroom and not via a machine. The entry & checkout process is relatively simple. Instructions from the host are very helpful for entry instructions, trash sorting, etc. Internet was fine, but spotty at times during the evenings likely due to peak hours. Only had issues streaming on one of my nights. No elevator but I wasn't honestly expecting one. Just gave me a few extra minutes on bringing up one large suitcase at a time. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink did not have working hot water but thankfully the shower/bathtub did after you turn on the hot water via the panel in the bathroom (there is a panel for it in the kitchen too). Thinking out loud - the process of "turning on" hot water is totally alien to me after staying in over two dozen places in Japan, but maybe this was the "process". Maybe I missed this guide? The walls here were super thin. My neighbors were fairly loud in the afternoon/evening. Then you occasionally have a person who is banging like a pinball nearby for 2-4 hours doing god knows what. The night after this, the host gave a mass notice not to make noise during late evenings which was nice, but when I asked if there were more details and if anyone complained about me directly, I got no response. Hours later, I got a notice about check out that felt automated. To note, prior to entry, they replied right away when I uploaded my passport. Weird. FYI for anyone with dust allergies, the vents here were pretty filthy but it didn't affect my experience.
