It’s the first time we brought our cockatoo to a hotel. Sunshine enjoyed her stay with us. Limited options for someone with Celiac as most hotels are. We were prepared.

• Judith (5/5): This hotel was below average. - Convenient No mention was made on the Booking website that the hotel did not have an elevator. We had to make numerous trip up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Small breakfast area. Just average breakfast.

People, there is no need to chill a hotel room to fridge temperatures before anyone is even staying in it.

• Dan (5/5): Booked this property because the rating was high but it is not a 4 star or an 8.1. - Convenient location close to restaurants. Not inviting. Could use some flowers or something to brighten up the entrance. No elevator as there is only 2 floors but that makes it difficult to get luggage to second floor. Front worker not very knowledgeable

• Austin (7/5): Would return. - Location is decent. We were travelling to Alberta and it was along the way for us. Parking lot was big enough for our uhaul and towing trailer. Obi who worked at the front desk was excellent in accompanying our needs. Great customer service on his part. Busy location. Was difficult to leave the exit with a uhaul and towing trailer.

• Kremenik (5/5): A premium price for a place that leans more motel than hotel. - Good location off a main road, close to restaurants and shopping. Limited accommodations in sault saint Marie when I booked, so I picked this hotel as it was one of the few with availability. The staff was great, but it was (for the level of accommodations) is ridiculous amount of money per night compared to any of the major hotel chains.
