Alle interessanten Orte in Venedeig waren zu Fuß und/oder mit dem Vaporetto zu erreichen. Eine große Zahl von Cafes und Restaurants waren ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Property was very clean and the reception was very friendly and helpful 3rd floor position, lots of stairs , room was very small and compact and lacking a bin other than in the bathroom

Довольно шумно, апартаменты на первом этаже, слышен каждый шорох с соседних апартаментов и от прохожих… не удобная кровать, два отдельных матраца, вместо одного!

La ubicación es extraordinaria, muy cerca de la librería Aqua Alta, la Plaza de San Marcos y todos los lugares imperdibles. La atención del personal fue excelente también, atentos y muy agradables. Volvería a hospedarme con ellos sin dudas si regresara a Venecia.

• Sarah (8/5): Good location but room quite tiny and stairs are difficult for luggage or those with mobility issues - Great location and despite lack of assistance on arrival and having to really beg for assistance on check out, at least some support with bags was given during check out which was appreciated. Too many steep stairs and not communicated well prior to arrival. No help with bags on arrival despite explaining hernia condition and that disclosure did not occur that room would be 3 floors up. Hernia likely worsened given negative symptoms were experienced after taking 3 flights of steep stairs up with bags so not a pleasant experience.

Très bon accueil sur place de la part de l'hôte, la chambre était impeccable et le check-in facilité. Je recommande !

Також було одноразові тапочки. Не хватило ще одного стільця і не поменшало би столик журнальний. Постіль була зручна білизна дуже чиста. У ванні були все зручності для миття міні шампунь, мило. Einrichtung hochwertig, schöner Natursteinböden abgestimmte Möbel, Alte Fotographien und hübsche Bilder und Spiegel .Zwei große Fenster auf einen kleinen, sehr ruhigen Platz.Sehr freundliche Amsprechpersoneen. Preis sehr gut. Sehr gut per Vaporetto zu erreichen und nah zu Rialto und Markusplatz. An der Wand fehlte ein Stück Putz, die LED der Aircon ist sehr hell und sehr weit oben, leuchtet voll aufs Bett. Ein Wasser zur Begrüßung wäre nett gewesen.

• Gayelene (10/5): Unexpected hidden gem - far exceeded expectations as was booked last minute and I originally selected it based upon price and location ( close to vaporetto and st marks). It has lots of extras and was cleaned daily and immaculate. Very friendly and helpful onsite assistance available during the day. Easy after hours access instructions. A little bit of noise from upstairs guests but it is an older building and it's location and amenities are fabulous

La cama es grande y cómoda, el aire funciona perfectamente y en pocos minutos se enfrió la habitación. La ubicación es buena, ya que tiene la laguna a la vuelta de la esquina donde se pueden coger los barcos para ir a los sitios. Nos dieron una habitación de la tercera planta sin ascensor. La escalera es estrecha, lo cual subir el equipaje puede ser algo complicado.

Macchinetta del caffe', bollitore e frigo molto graditi. L'accesso non e' agevole per chi ha problemi di deambulazione a causa delle scale alte e mancanza di ascensore. Consigliato per la tranquillita' della zona.

• Federica (9/5): Bellissimo soggiorno in una camera molto tradizionale che ci ha permesso di vivere una vera esperienza veneziana tra i v - Molto bella, tra i vicoletti di Venezia. Posizione buona ma non centralissima, ottimo se si vuole approfittare per esplorare la città a piedi o tramite vaporetti. Ci hanno fatto lasciare anche i bagagli dopo il check out, ma dopo un tot di ore non sarebbero stati controllati - noi comunque abbiamo ritrovato tutto, mi sembra una zona tranquilla e con pochi turisti. Tutto ok, il prezzo un po’ alto ma è comunque nella media dei prezzi alti di Venezia.
