Guest Reviews
- Jill (10/5): Great time Rome, great location and helpful hosts. - The location is great you are right in the centre of things, despite this it’s very quiet as it’s off the main road. Although you don’t see the host they were very accessible, responding quickly and with kindness. Highly recommend.
- Lisa (8/5): Amazing hosts and great location - Location
- alara (5/5): - roma forumuna yakın. temizliğinden emin olamadım. Çamaşır makinesinin arkasından önceki müşterinin kıyafeti çıktı ve toz içindeydi.Yatak ve yastıklar rahatsızdı
- Jean Armielle (10/5): Owners are very kind and attentive and it’s a good value for money - Near the centre can easily walk to tourist spots
- Susan (9/5): It was a good property and the host was very responsive. - The property was in a great location. Near everything we wanted to see and experience. We liked that it was close to a market, restaurants, and caffe bar. A few more supplies in the apartment.
- Beata (10/5): Great place to stay for a couple of days for Rome site-seeing. - Great locations, very good contact with the owner N/ A
- Tabitha (9/5): Great location, nice place in quiet area - Location was fantastic! Super close to everything, all the main sites were within walking distance but there were also several bus stops around to get to other areas of the city. The neighbourhood was quiet and calm which was great considering it’s so close to the centre. The hot water wasn’t working for a little while but it came back on later so not quite sure what caused that. Shower is very small and bathroom is quite tight so just keep in mind

- Steven (3/5): Poor and should not be listed as suitable for 4 people. - The location The door locking system was a nightmare. It requires a mobile phone app to lock and unlock both the apartment block entrance door and the apartment door. We got locked out of the building 4 times because the app didn’t work. That was on 3 different phones, both Apple and Android.
There is no way this apartment should be listed as suitable for 4 people. Even 3 is pushing it.
The dinner table only had 2 chairs and a sofa large enough for 2 people.
There was barely enough crockery for 4 people.
All in all, the location was excellent but the rest was pretty awful.
- Marisavljevic (8/5): Very good -
- Maree (7/5): Good - The location, it was close to the coliseum Not as big as described in the picture. Pokey kitchen, not enough hot water. Floor was dirty underfoot
- Anna (3/5): Poor -
- Yelenys (6/5): Pleasant - Very well located. The personal bed and the futon bed are awful. I recommend it for a couple, not for a family with children. The hot water in the shower only lasts one shower.
- Jennifer (10/5): Loved the position and quietness of the area. - Breakfast was not provided. It was in a very convenient spot for restaurants and coffee shops and a shop for supplies. Could not fault it
- Robert (9/5): Superb Stay in Historic Location - My dad and I stayed at Foro Romano for 4 nights total. Absolutely perfect; the location is second to none - when you walk out the door you’re right in the middle of 2000+ years of history, with Foro Romano 30 seconds from the front door and only a 2 minute walk to Circo Maximo. There are also some really fantastic restaurants nearby for an aperitivo or dinner.
The apartment, while small, has everything you could need - a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, shower with good water pressure and comfortable beds (dad used the main king sized bed while I was on the pull out sofa).
The entire complex is secure with gated entry which added a nice sense of security, although overall the neighbourhood is very safe.
Luisa was an exceptional host, giving us detailed instructions on how to do the self check in.
Would definitely stay again! The only complaint is that, as this is a ground level apartment on a street corner, it can get quite noisy with all of the people walking past and mopeds. That being said, once it hit 11:30pm it was all quiet again.
- Ion (8/5): Very good - great location, friendly and responsive staff, lots of facilities pillows and bedsheets could be better
