Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Pralinkaproductions (6/5): A/C and heater need fixing - 1 Location - great for exploring Cape Woolamai, close to the local shops and supermarket. 2. Very spacious - upstairs comprised of open plan kitchen/dining/living room and outside deck with table and BBQ. Downstairs had three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry room. 3. Fully equipped kitchen - coffee maker was a nice bonus. 4. Free Wifi and streaming services. 5. Washing machine. 6. Reverse cycle A/C in the living area, wood heater and one portable heater. 1. We were charged $30 extra for linen. 2. A/C unit was extremely noisy, the whole house was vibrating and it was too small to heat the lower part of the house. 3. Electric heater supplied was also making a lot of noise - needs servicing. 4. No electric blanket on the bed. 5. Given there was a wood heater, it would have been nice if some fire starters and large logs of wood were provided or at least information where we could get some wood.
