• Marko (10/5): - We spent an unforgettable holiday at Villa Aleksandar in Protaras! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern design of the house and the fact that everything inside is brand new and spotlessly clean. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, perfectly equipped for a relaxing vacation with family. One of the highlights is definitely the large private pool and the beautiful, well-maintained garden, where we enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings. The outdoor space is truly a little oasis, offering privacy and plenty of room for everyone. The location is excellent – only a 5-minute walk to the wonderful beach, as well as to several great restaurants and bars. This made it easy for us to enjoy both the sea and all the local amenities without even needing a car most days. Aleksandar, the owner, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from the very start. He gave us all the information we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. All in all, this was one of our best vacation experiences! We highly recommend Villa Aleksandar to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay in Protaras. The best feature is definitely the location – it’s only a short 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The villa itself is stylish, very clean, and well-maintained. The spacious garden with a private pool is ideal for relaxing or socializing, and the shaded patio area is great for both daytime and evening gatherings. Having a private parking space in the yard was also a big plus for us. Inside, the villa is bright and comfortable. The living room is generously sized with plush sofas, a large TV, and a nice dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals just like at home. The bedrooms are tidy and furnished with quality linens and air conditioning, which was wonderful for the warm Cyprus weather. The villa exceeded all our expectations – spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool is a true highlight, offering a perfect spot to unwind at any time of day, while the spacious terrace is ideal for enjoying meals or simply soaking up the sun. The location is fantastic, close to stunning beaches, great restaurants, and all the shops you might need, yet the villa itself feels peaceful and secluded. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available for any questions and made us feel right at home from the very first moment. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches – from comfortable beds and a fully-equipped kitchen, to fast WiFi and plenty of outdoor space. This is easily one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Villa Aleksandar is a true gem on Cyprus – highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

• Garry (10/5): Lovely spacious villa. We would definitely book again if back in Protaras. - Large villa. Lots of space. Large pool. Great outside BBQ and dining area. Plenty of shade for when it was really hot. Cant really think of anything. we had a great stay.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing villa, very comfort and clean. Lovely yard, big swimming pool and barbique, everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Beach is very near, just few minutes walk. There is a lot of good restaurants and few markets near villa. We will come again.

Beautiful fenced yard with palm trees and two cosy terraces, with just right sized pool. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 150 meters from Kalamies beach. Private street with no trafic. 50 meter to the store. Everithing is renovated and new. Beautiful barbeque near the pool. Every room climatised. The owner is so pleasant and friendly. Everything was so easy to arange. Perfect, perfect. We are sure to come again. We didn't like that we had only 6 days free for holidays. I realy can't think of anything we didn't like in this villa.
