• Calvin (7/5): - The location is excellent, if your GPS can find it. The main door is hard to open from the inside. The stairs are fairly steep and certainly unattractive. The shower curtain is moldy. The appart is in a building with others, but generally few were rented. When an appart on the 3rd floor is rented, you can hear everything.

• Robert (3/5): I think that having enough hot water for a shower should be one of the minimum requirements for a rental property. This - Good location. This property only has enough hot water for a 3minuet shower and then takes over 40minuets to heat back up again. I like to have a long shower so this was a massive disappointment for me. We were 2 people so there was only enough hot water for a very short shower for one person.

Very responsive manager It is a historic building with a historic entrance and stairway. Not great for people with large suitcases or seniors with knee or balance issues since there is no elevator and apartment is up two floors

• Alma (7/5): Buena ubicación, muy limpio, pero se encuentra en un callejón peligroso - Me gustó la ubicación, las utilidades y que estaba muy limpio. Aunque es muy céntrico, el apartamento está en un barrio peligroso. Está en un callejón y de noche se escuchaban peleas y gritos. El piso es bastante oscuro, y recomendaría poner más espejos/alguno de cuerpo entero.

• Jill (8/5): - the use of the app for door security was new to me but efficient. I appreciated the ability to get into the apt earlier than expected. Great location. great apartment! The area is loud at night and the alley is a bit sketchy. Alot of people calling up and trying to get into the building at all hours.
