Mouldy stink in the whole apartament. 4. Nice pictures but far away from reality: Old, dirty, filthy bathroom, unacceptable at that price Level. 5. Very poor and Bad Kitchen Equipment, even knives not possible to cut tomato! 6. Stinky bed clothing, Old, washed out, stained, to small to sleep on (maybe big enough for a big dog). 7. I would strongly suggest reading low score comments. There is a 100% True. Such places should be banned or offered for 10 Euros a night! 8. Total nightmare. 9. Even electricity Sockets not working! 10. Greasy, Stinky kitchen. 11. I was eating all the week out due to this conditions. 12. What a shame.

• Philip (7/5): We had a delightful stay. - The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from the seafront in Abades, which is a quiet resort with a lovely beach. No hot water in the shower from the Thursday onwards. The 'kitchen' facilities are limited to a single hob and sink on the landing area but that didn't impact us as we only had breakfast at the apartment each day. The main room itself is quiet and comfortable.
• Saveria (1/5): Better not take it if you don't have a car or scooter!!!! - I didn't like anything, because I didn't find cleanliness point before, and neither honesty from the owner. Also I got the location wrong and not having a car it is impossible to go down to Tenerife center. 😡 There are no taxis that want to pick you up until Abades, you can't easily reach the bus stop, because the road is dangerous, but the owner said otherwise. 0 * I had to look for another house to be able to enjoy the island at night too, and so I paid two plus 350 for a taxi to be able to go out for two nights, If you don't have a means of transportation, never in the world.
• Harracksingh (8/5): First trip to Tenerife - I loved the location. It was only a short walk to the beach and to the local shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely with friendly people.,felt safe and at home in the area. Lastly I appreciated the teas , coffe and water. The wine was a lovely touch. Both myself and partner was happy to meet the host. Was not happy to have towels and bedding with bleach stains. I was very disappointed about other guests using the outside space which belonged to the apartment. Maybe it should be better marked for what outside space belongs to which apartment. An anti slip mat in the bathtub is something the host should really think about..

• Georgie (10/5): Amazing, thank you. - So impressed by the apartment, super spacious and kitchen set-up for cooking. Can easily walk to beautiful beach. You don't get the sun as a basement apartment, but just need to go to the beach! No basic cooking supplies - e.g. oil, salt, pepper, seasoning.
• David (9/5): Superb - Location was great, bed was very comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from beautiful sunrises. My first few days on the stay had some incredibly noisy neighbours going well into the night, ending around 1am. Once they went away sleeping was much easier

At least replace silicon and provide suitable shower curtain. For those long term guests, who like cooking, please provide serving dishes, sharp scissors and cleaning products.

• Jure (8/5): Great little apartment for holiday times! - Great place for a couple or a family. Clean room near the beach and everything that you need on a vacation to relax. You have whole apartment for yourself! Stubborn front entry lock (hard to lock/unlock). 2 roles of toilet paper (we were there for 5 days). Non ventilated bathroom. Small shower space with curtains. It takes very long time to hit water to come.

• Estera (9/5): Superb - The location of the place, the size of the apartment and its equipment and cleanliness. One of the disadvantages is that there is no hot water in the shower, but warm, even lukewarm And the light for the kitchen turns on/off on the terrace.
• Tabeluga (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely designed appartment with everything necessary. A lot of toiletries were provided (even a shaver), and we got a bottle of wine as New Year's present. There also is a big TV with an appartment Netflix account! Easy access and Abades definitely is worth a stay. Also the manager is very kind - didn't meet him/her personally, but I lost one of my earphones and we found a solution for me to get it back.

The welcome kit was available as water, tea, coffee, sugar, etc, and also the bathroom kit as soap, shower gel, etc which was very nice 🙂 We were able to enjoy our BBQ evenings. Good location, close to the local beach and restaurants. There are 2 local supermarkets with everything you need. We are glad that we chose this place and we truly recommend it! 🙂
• Olga (10/5): Perfect vacation - Very good location, apartment was located few minutes walking from the beach and local restaurants, bars and shops. The town of Abades was calm, yet had everything we needed, so we were able to travel through whole island and also take a few days of break to relax without leaving the town. The apartment was very spacious, modern and private, it was located in semi-basement but every room had its own windows which provided natural light and fresh air. We also had a little patio area in front of the apartment with bbq. Everything was better than we expected, price was very reasonable, we will definitely come back next year
• Klaudia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Well equipped big kitchen, big flat screen tv with access to Netflix, sofa in the living room and comfortable bed with another tv in the bedroom. Our preffered part of the house was outside terrace/patio area with bbq surronded by plants, great place to enjoy the evening! The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the beach, local restaurants/bars and shops, furthermore Abades is a beautiful small city with nice sandy beaches, located in the middle of south coast of Tenerife. We were able to travel to both south and north of Tenerife very fast. It's recomended to rent a car, however it's not neccessary as there is a bus stop with direct connection to Los Cristianos or Santa Cruz. To sum up, we had a very pleasant stay and spent great time here, very good price for such quality, 100% recomended :)
