- Disponibilità a check-in anticipato, cordialità, pulizia. La struttura non è proprio in centro ma molto ben collegata con la tramvia e a 15 min a piedi dal Careggi (motivo per cui per me era perfetta).

- Andrea (9/5): - Camera spaziosa e pulita. Idem bagno.

- Nathan (10/5): Great value, very close to the tram stop which takes you to city center - Breakfast was in a nearby cafe, 1 capuccino 1 pastry. I liked the pistachio filled croissant.
- Zavienne (4/5): Overall could have been better. - The host was very receptive and the property was very close to our train station. My husband and I stayed here for a few days, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
To begin with, the check-in process was confusing. There was no clear signage or instruction about where to go once inside the building, which made our arrival unnecessarily stressful. Additionally, we had to carry all of our luggage up a long flight of stairs without any assistance, despite the host being present at the time.
The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor—both in the bedroom and bathroom—which made it difficult to feel comfortable. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the host requested that windows remain closed when we were not in the room, limiting our ability to resolve the issue. That said, I did mention the smell, and she did make an effort to reduce it, which I appreciated.
The breakfast offering was also disappointing. It consisted only of a croissant and a coffee, which was quite limited—especially since my husband doesn’t drink coffee. Furthermore, the café staff were unwelcoming, and the café opened later than stated, to the point that we were unable to get breakfast at all on one occasion. There was also no clear communication about breakfast hours; when we arrived one morning, we were told it was too late, but no specific time was ever provided. We were simply told that breakfast was unavailable basically once the croissants had sold out.
Finally, the room was located in a particularly noisy neighborhood, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest.

- Zhivko (9/5): Superb - Great place, great host! It was a little noisy from the street traffic even during the night.
- Lao (8/5): Very good -
- Miroslav (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. The accommodation was comfortable, the room spacious. The housing is very close to the tram stop, which gets you quickly to the center. Chiara is a very friendly and hospitable person. We will have wonderful memories of Florence and if we go back, we already know where we will be staying :)

- Мар'яна (9/5): Pleasant stay in Chiara Room - It was a very comfortable stay. The owner was very lovely and friendly and allowed me to keep my bag after checkout in the corridor. The room is exactly as in the photo. Very cozy and comfortable. There was also a breakfast which was a sweet thing in a cafeteria nearby. I would suggest to expand it to a possibility to order something salty too. I don't eat sweet food for breakfast, for me it's rather a desert. But I didn't have a choice to choose something else in that cafeteria.
- Wioletta (10/5): Exceptional - Chiara was a great host, very helpful, she recommended places for dinner and the breakfast at the cafe downstairs was delicious.
- Thi (10/5): Exceptional - Chiara is really nice and friendly. Her place is big and clean. Easy to get into places.
- Hsiao (10/5): Relaxing. - Beautiful and artistic room. Great AC. Chiara was very friendly and provided us suggestions for café and restaurant. We have the bathroom all to ourselves.
Great closet. None
- Julia (10/5): Well-connected big room with a wonderful host! - Our stay with Chiara was amazing! The room is extremely spacious and with the bathroom it's practically like staying in a hotel! Chiara provided us with breakfast coupons which was extremely generous and allowed us to check out closer to our train time. The air conditioning is great for a hot Firenze summer and the place is extremely easy to get to with the trams (which have tap-on contactless payment). Chiara is very responsive and helpful - highly recommend this place!
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Veronika (10/5): Clean, lovely room on good location - Communication with the host is really easy and Chiara is lovely host.
Really close to public transport which goes to city centre.
You have the breakfast available, unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it.
Everything seemed clean. None
- Noemi (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place! Will definitely be back , so close to Florence main attractions and all transportation are working 2 minutes walk . Chiara is an amazing host!!!
- Tanja (10/5): diving into life in Florence - It felt like a little home - nothing
- Tushar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ericson (8/5): Very good -
- Marta (10/5): Great accommodation for Florence - Our stay was amazing thanks to Chiara! The room is really spacious and has everything you might need, including small fridge, a kettle, some tea and sweets, and also some additional blankets! The bed was really comfortable. Everything of course was very clean, the bathroom also was really nice, with a bathtub :)
Chiara is a great host! It was very easy to contact her, when we had questions or needed help. There is a also a compilation of restaurant recommendations, which was very convenient. The bakery/gelatarie that provided our breakfast was amazing! They had a very nice coffee and tasty pastry, and for small price one could buy delicious sandwiches to have a fulfilling breakfast.
There is a tram stop 5-7 minutes away from the apartment, that takes you directly to the centre in a 15 minutes. There is a also bus stop only a minute away from the apartment. And if you'd like walking, its only ~30 minutes to/from the centre :) There is a also a big supermarket near the tram stop.
Genuinely one of the best stay we had in terms of comfort and facilities!
- Jonas (9/5): Superb - The host was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in her accommodation. We can definitely recommend this place.
- Terence (9/5): Top class B&B, highly recommended. Fab hostess. - Chiara was a fantastic hostess, that preempted your requirements. Very friendly, quick replies and fab communications.
Highly recommended, if you don't want to stay in the middle of Firenze. The tram is just 200-300m away from the place.
Bed was the best I've slept in at a B&B, and she gave you options on types of pillows as well, soft to the firmer types.
Big room and great bathroom.
It's living like a local in a "suburb" of Florence, but still very close to the centre. Cheaper to eat out here than the tourist centre.
Breakfast is at one of 2 cafe's down the road, 3 and 8mins away. Not a criticism, pls note it's on the 4th floor with no lift. This may be an issue for some. It was fine for me. Chiara, just needs to give the name of the apartment on the confirmation so you know which bell to push when you get to the front door.
- Bruno (9/5): Chiara is an amazing host! Lots of good tips about the city and always eager to help if you need anything. She is a beau - Huge bedroom and a very, very comfortable bed. Everything super clean and tidy and I even had space for my yoga sessions! 🥰
- Damien (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Great place to stay for exploring Florence. - The host is exceptionally kind and the tram station is very close.
- Xhulio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
- Dániel (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything about staying at Chiara's. Stayed for one night only.
- Sasha (9/5): Absolutely recommended. - The room at Chiara's place was really comfortable and big. The appartment is clean and Chiara was responsive and comunicative. I spent only 2 nights but I had a good time. The place is also not so far away from the centre, as it can seem (10-12min by tram).
- Rie (10/5): 素晴らしい - Location is good. It takes about 10 minutes by tramvia (from S. Maria N. to Poggetto and walk 2 minutes)
Coop(supermarket) is also very near.
Chiara is very friendly and kind. She helped me about the train strike.
There’s no elevator, but there’s everything you need.
I really recommend.
