• Monique15® (10/5): EXCELENTE 10/10 - Lora y su esposo,personas amables y solidarias, me ayudaron desde el principio, salieron en mí búsqueda porque me había perdido. Lugar grande, cómodo. Impecable limpieza, iluminación, amplias ventanas al exterior. La cama grande y cómoda, muy bien descanso. Toallas y toallones limpios y en excelente estado. La cocina bien equipada y moderna. Además de la maravillosa atención por parte de los dueños en dejar café, te, azúcar, condimentos, aceite, vinagre etc. Baño limpio y con buen caudal de agua caliente en todo momento. Calefacción por aire acondicionado. Lavarrropas y secadora. Encantadores!!Lora siempre dispuesta a ayudar, desde el inicio hasta la reserva del taxi al aeropuerto. No duden en alojarse aquí!! Todo está impecable. No tengo queja alguna.

I wish there were more towels available and another pillow choice. Also, the carpet in the living room was a bit of a trip hazard, but it was easy to re-adjust. None of these were major concerns to us. We would return again!

• Sanlı (10/5): Except car park was great. - Good location in the center of sofia. Clean and has a big balcony. Owner has a good communication with us. Parking place for our car was a problem. Owner left us 3 park cards for 1.5 hour total time. After 1.5 hour you have to find a parkplace and it's not easy to find it.

The communication is great with the owner, luckily told us no metros to the airport at night when google maps showed there was, and organized a taxi too, was really nice. Nothing

Riscaldamento perfetto letto comodo. Cuscini forse sarebbe meglio avere due scelte. Letto comodo peccato che la coperta non era matrimoniale ma singola. Rivedendo alcune piccole cose per rapporto qualità prezzo consigliatissimo Doccia molto buona peccato che manca il box doccia e dovevi togliere l acqua con la scopa presente in bagno. Una grossa carenza è la mancanza di assistenza fisica da parte del gestore. Risponde subito ai messaggi ma se dovesse capitare qualcosa non c'è nessuna persona fisica

• Letizia (10/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno - Posizione perfetta, vicina a fermate di metro e tram/bus. Le finestre affacciano su strade laterali quindi molto silenziose. Appartamento spazioso e con tutto il necessario, fantastica la cucina attrezzata di tè e tisane, così come condimenti vari. Pulizia impeccabile e tocchi di stile nell'arredamento e nel decor che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Имаше всичко необходимо за нашият престой - кана за вода и кафе, тостер, ютия - ние това използвахме :-) Има климатици и в двете стаи и се затопля добре целия апартамент. Според мен и да останете по-дълго там няма да ви е никак скучно - има книги и игри за развлечение. Голям плюс е и терасата, която е огромна. Ключовете се взимат лесно, а комуникацията със собственика е отлична. Бих се възползвала отново да остана там, а бих го и препоръчала с голямо удоволствие.

The host Laura was very helpful with advice for local restaurants. Very quiet street, definitely recommend this apartment and will stay again there if visiting Sofia.

• Christina (10/5): A place to return - Everything was great! The place was warm when we arrived and everything was tidy and clean. The place is really cozy and really close to city’s centre and Sofia’s mall. The only issue for us was the bathroom because we had a newborn with us. For couples and families with kids is far than great!
• Farfan, (8/5): Very good - Nice location! And lots of space. It had a little smell of garbage, but it was clean. Also, the shower situation is unique.
• Tamas (10/5): Exceptional - It is in the heart of the city surrounded by public transport, cafes, shops, pubs, etc. yet it is a quiet apartment. It has been very nicely refurbished retaining original features. The kitchen is well equipped.
• Maria (10/5): Lovely little flat in central Sofia - Central while quiet location, very comfy flat with everything you could possibly need (including pots, pans, plates, ironing board etc). The apartment was spotless and had very good Wi-Fi. The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

• Phixia (10/5): Bright apartment in Excellent central location - The location was ideal, steps away from parks, restaurants and NDK. The apartment was very bright, the balcony quiet and spacious. Although it did not come with a parking space, the city secured parking was only 2 mins away. Only a mini fridge but was alright for a short stay.

• Chris (8/5): Great place to stay just ensure you have the cash up front - Location was great close to metro and many of the sights restaurants and shops. Bed was really comfortable, great cooking facilities and all kinds of utensils. Air conditioning worked really well. Washing machine did not work very well, tried many different programs but clothes were either not washed or even fully wet when cycle finished or came out with detergent still on them and dripping wet. Also had to pay cash no (receipt given) this was not stated in any information prior to our arrival.
