Puu Tai (3/5): Service not delivered - We were able to check in a bit later than 6:00pm after communicating with the front desk. The front desk lady was trying to help. We booked the chalet for two days. Heating is included in the description, but it didn't work. The front desk temporarily solved it, but it broke down again after two hours. We ended up stayed in cold for the night. We decided not to stay for another cold night and asked for refund for the following day at 10. When we communicated the situation, we got a response saying "this is how campers do", despite we paid more expecting the service they wrote was delivered. The old guy refused our request and commented that we were the worst customer he has ever had. To us, if they communicated the situation before, we could at least be more prepared. Yet, they were not surprised and remained silent until we figured. If you are not ready for staying in cold unexpectedly, do not choose here. The area is nice, but they don't care too much if their services are delivered or not nor your well being. There are also other camping sites around to choose from. Three stars to the lady that tried to help us.

Van Ballaert (7/5): De glampingtent - De glampingtent was netjes ruim proper en gezellig. De toiletten en de douches waren excellent proper. Echt een pluspunt. De plaatsen waren ruim en comfortabel. Ook de hele camping oogt netjes en verzorgd. Aan de inkom van de tent zou een lichtje welkom zijn. De ligging van de glampingplaatsen vond ik tegen vallen vlak achter een vrij drukke baan. Elke auto die passeert heb je gehoord en vrachtwagens die voel je ook nog eens.
David (5/5): - La bul été superbe... Tomber sans eau chaude... Que l'intérieur de la bul la pluie rentrais...
Zjir (9/5): - Om 23.00 berichtje gestuurd om verwarming langs te brengen, half uur later had de eigenaar één langsgebracht. Deken vergeten, kregen we ook van hen. Dubbele sanitaire voorzieningen. Je hoeft niet ver te lopen. Top service. Geluid van de weg die direct achter de koepels loopt.
Sam (9/5): Top! - Fijn verblijf in de dome. Meerdere plekjes om te zitten, te eten, etc. Ook de barbecue en de koelkast waren top. Sanitairfaciliteiten dichtbij en parkeren voor de dome. Ik zou adviseren om of meer bestek, servies, etc. beschikbaar te stellen of aan te geven wat er precies beschikbaar is in de dome.
Kiana (7/5): Uniek verblijf, op een camping - Onthaal was top, vriendelijk personeel! Mogelijkheid om brood, croissant,.. te bestellen & waren heel Lekker! Sanitair blokken waren super proper, werd ook constant gepoetst. Mogelijkheid om wagen op te laden. Het doorzichtige deel van de dome was vuil, heel vuil. Die hebben we zelf schoongemaakt na het vragen van een doek. Ventilatiesysteem en errond veel stof netten. Het is en blijft een camping, maar als er borden aangeboden worden, dan zou ik ook aanraden voor eventueel afwasmiddel & vaatdoeken. Als je 1 of 2 nachten verblijft, neem je dit uiteraard niet standaard mee… Tip, als het killig weer is buiten, neem voldoende dikke kledij mee! ‘s nachts werd dit heel koud.
