Es gab sehr spät und nur auf Nachfrage Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe. Ich habe den Schlüsssel nach einigem hin und her an der Rezeption bekommen habe, brauchte dann aber noch einen Code für die Tür, den auf Nachrage per WhatApp bekommen habe.
