Guest Reviews
- NC (7/5): Tania, thank you. Location awesome - Tania, thank you. As its a big place, it was rather quiet whilst i stayed. Bit eerie without others around.

- Margaret (10/5): I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful guest house, finding a moment of peace in the sunroom - The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The sunny verandah.
My favourite is the peaceful, plant filled sunroom.
I could walk to shops, dinner across the road.
- Meredith (7/5): Great location and nice old world charm. - Great location and nice old world charm. Heat lamp blown in the bathroom.

- Mark (9/5): Good location, lovely staff and good continental breakfast - Location in the middle of Lancefield is great; breakfast was good and overall a great experience. nothing
- Emily (8/5): A delightful place to stay due to the welcome and Victorian charm, all at a very reasonable price. - The guest house is charming and I was welcomed very well . There is a kitchen for guests and a dining room where breakfast is available with great fresh coffee and enough options to make it work. The only downside was my bed was bearable but not very comfortable and the room was a little run down. This said the price was fair for the accommodation I was given. I was by the back exit door in a very small room. All said, due to the charm, the kitchen and the welcome I would stay again, but I would book a double, as I think I would have a larger room and perhaps a comfier sleep. The room was very small and the mattress felt quite low quality.
- Marcia (10/5): Staff were very welcoming and informative about the history of the buildings past. The breakfast station was welcoming w - Beautiful building with history I liked everything

A short walk to the Brewery for meals which were excellent. The bed was firm - would benefit from a pillow topper?. Everything else was good.

- Katy (8/5): Nice place to stay, great location, quiet, wonderful breakfast. - Breakfast in the dining room was wonderful. A great range of breads and jams and cereal. As a late morning person it was wonderful to be able to still have breakfast later in the morning. I would have liked sports channels on the tv. It was the weekend of the Australian Open finals and I couldn't watch them but this is a very personal issue. At any other time of the year it would have been just great.

it was dark even though there were lamp shades, so maybe a skylight just to brighten up the corridors.
- Kristin (8/5): Very good -

- Jess (7/5): Great location and beautiful property - Great location, beautiful old house with lots of history. Breakfast facilities were simple but good and it was great that you could access them whenever you wanted to Rooms didn’t have much sound proofing, there was a very noisy party of guests staying on our first night who came home late making a lot of noise. The TV also had very limited reception, we had one channel available on each day we were there and one afternoon where we couldn’t access anything
