Guest Reviews
- A. Javier (8/5): - Cada Habitación con su baño. 3 habitaciones aprovechable para 3 parejas. Armarios muy muy antiguos . A quien le guste las antigüedades perfecto.
- Jorge Renato (10/5): - Excellent location and support from the host
- JIAN (8/5): Decent Rome 3 bath 2 bed apartment for a group of 4 (up to 6) - Good location, Decent sized bedrooms, beds are comfortable, 3 washrooms Water volume from the shower is very small. Shower water temperature and volume are not consistent.
The right two burners of induction stove are not working. It took way too much effort to figure out, although the owner did send someone over the second night.
- MAGALI (8/5): - La proximité de la Villa Borghese et des lignes de bus.
Élégance de l'appartement. Propreté. Manque de praticité de l'appartement.
- Strashnikov (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lika (9/5): Superb -
- Kathryn (8/5): Comfortable, but not sure I would call it luxury - The location was perfect and it was very comfortable, convient, and well priced The showers were terrible, the water pressure was difficult to manage and the hot water wasn’t consistent, the shower heads were held up by cable ties in the main bedroom. For this reason I don’t think you can call it luxury.
- Yianni (8/5): Very good -
- Marla (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, close to many restaurants and bus stop. There are 3 bathrooms ( middle one is tiny) with very small water tanks. It would have been helpful to know that you will run out of hot water very quickly if you don't turn it off while washing and back on to rinse off. The beds are very very firm.
- Sergiu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lukas (8/5): Very good - Spacious and very clean, bathroom in every room, looks as advertised Although every room has a bathroom with shower, if two or more showers are used in parallel, the water temperature and pressure starts to fluctuate a lot. Not a big deal but annoying if you pay extra for more showers.
- Hellier (4/5): I would like owners to be HONEST about their apartments, not mislead people - the location was handy to public transport with plenty of amenities around the apartment, stores, groceries, taxis, and within walking distance to some sights the BATHROOMS ... too small, one not working (shower), leak in the other one and having a bathroom next to where we were eating
- Margarita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tsvetomira (10/5): Great host, perfect location exactly next to a bus station going to the city center, as well as stylish furnishing and a - I loved the stylish rooms, fully furnished and great cleanliness. One of the bathrooms is quite small and was not very comfortable to use by 2 people. Nevertheless, the property is great.
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Good size rooms and front bathroom was nice size. Comfortable beds. Small shower in 2 bathrooms, in one the wand was not able to hang up.
- The (8/5): Clean, easy access two-bedroom in Rome, Italy - We appreciated the espresso machine.
Two separate bedrooms and a decent size living room with dining table and kitchen were nice.
Location was far away from big sites, but close enough to step out, dine or stroll around.
The unit was clean, up one level from ground and the building had a charming old, two door elevator to use. The bathroom off the gray bedroom was so tiny anyone with a couple extra pounds could not shower in it. The toilet room was so small, one had to slowly, deliberately prepare to sit on seat and shimmy out to cleanse.
Not enough towels supplied, nor garbage bags (especially as requested to take out garbage
- Diane (5/5): Passable - Location wad excellent for sight seeing.
Bus stop outside door takes you to the central bus and train station in a few minutes.
Close to mini market for essentials for longer term stay. Nothing. A suggestion is to include a dust pan and brush, tea towels and a bin bag for longer stays
- Renata (7/5): Good -
- Ana (8/5): Otherwise, excellent - I really liked the convienen location It did not Java washing machine 😢
- Elisabeth (10/5): Comfortable apartment in quiet area of Rome. I would definitely stay here again. - Very comfortable for a group Refrigerator in kitchen had issues staying closed.
- Julia (9/5): Superb - Very nice-looking and cozy apartment, pleasant design, comfortable beds.
Very good communication from the owner and staff.
Some very good bars&restaurants in the area.
Would recommend "Al Forno Della Sofitta" restaurant and "Gelateria la Romana". Both are located within a 500-meter radius.
30 minutes by foot to the historical center of Rome. Bus station in front of the building. Close to metro station.
The apartment is properly equipped and has everything you might need for a short-term stay. Tiny shower cabins and non-adjustable shower heads.
- Michael (9/5): The apartment is spacious, quiet, with comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms, with a particularl - The apartment is in a very good location that provides access to the metro, restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets and shops. The apartment is easy to access , spacious, quiet, with comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms, with a particularly comfortable and pleasant kitchen . The communication with the kindest and sweetest Lady who owns the apartment was extremely easy, simple & pleasant, and we were all very pleased (my Wife, our two children and I)!!
- Ioana (8/5): Location, good connections to center, noisy - Very clean and spacious, very good location ( two busses on our door steps) taking us straight to the center, two small supermarkets 2 minutes away. The staff was very fast in replying and very helpful. Even though the windows looked like modern PVC ones, they must have been very poorly installed because they didn't insulate at all: open or closed, made no difference. The noise of the street was quite loud. Pity because you didn't hear the neighbors at all ( thick walls) so, if they fixed the windows, you could sleep well.
The kitchen was very basic (plates but no bowls, salt but no pepper and not one sharp knife).
- Andrea (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to the public transport. Nice neighborhood. The apartment is clean. Host Magda was very helpful. Sometimes too loud because of the traffic, but that's the cost of living in the center. :)
- Daly (8/5): Authentic Italian city stay. - The location is great & the apartments are lovely, with great facilities. As another review stated it is noisy outside but that’s city living. Host is really good with communication we had a great time.
