Die Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht deutlich ueberteuert und fuer vier erwachsene Personen nicht geeignet. Die Schlafmoeglichkeiten sind sehr beengt und insgesamt kaum praktikabel. Besonders das untere Badezimmer ist extrem klein und fuer Erwachsene nur eingeschraenkt nutzbar. Die Sauberkeit war unzureichend, was bei diesem Preis besonders enttaeuschend ist. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar schoen, jedoch nur ueber einen sehr steilen Aufstieg erreichbar und daher fuer aeltere oder eingeschraenkt mobile Personen ungeeignet. Zudem war es nachts an allen Tagen sehr laut durch Muellabfuhr und umliegende Gastronomie, sodass kaum erholsamer Schlaf moeglich war. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhaeltnis aus unserer Sicht nicht. Wir wuerden die Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen.

• Marc (10/5): Nice house for a short term tourist stay - The location is amazing, in terms of being close to the cathedral and alcazar, lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. Beds at the house were comfortable and the terrace is lovely. The back of the restaurant across the street can be a little loud. We were tired enough that we could fall asleep.

La cocina muy bien equipada y es todo un detalle la cafetera de cápsulas y sus complementos. El anfitrión se ha portado fenomenal con nosotros y nos adaptó el horario de entrada y salida a nuestras particularidades.

Fueron muy muy amables y nos ayudaron a que la estancia fuera muy buena. Si volviéramos a Sevilla, reservaría aquí sin dudar. Todo fue bien.

Nos proporcionaron información sobre dónde alquilar un coche, lugar para aparcarlo, lugares y pueblos de interés para visitar, restaurantes con una muy buena relación calidad precio... Para una persona con movilidad reducida o dificultad para andar, el acceso a la habitación del primer piso puede suponerle una dificultad.

La rue n'est pas très passante, mais le fait d'être en face des cuisines d'un restaurant et proche des bars restent très bruyants le soir.

Keď sme prišli večer, veľmi potešili nápoje, pivo, Coca Cola, mlieko, kava a sladké. Takisto vybavenie surovín na varenie je veľké plus! 👍👍👍 Terasu sme si ani neučili, nakoľko sme trávili celé dni vonku. Aj napriek hluku , ulice sme spali dobre. Hluk z ulice, ale za to majiteľ nemôže. Inak všetko ok. Dolná kúpeľňa je dosť mala.

• Luciano (9/5): Excelente localização no coração histórico de Sevilla. - A localização é maravilhosa. O apartamento é bem organizado e possui uma boa estrutura de utensílios. O anfitrião deixou diversas cortesias, como cápsulas de café, brownie, chocolates, etc. Muito cuidadoso e atencioso. Não há um completo isolamento acústico e há bares e restaurantes ao redor que fazem barulho até 1h da manhã. Mas nada impossível de conviver. E as escadas são bem íngremes, difíceis de descer e subir com malas. As cortinas não vedam 100% a luz, mas também nada impossível de dormir.

• María (8/5): Para un par de noches si no tienes problemas de movilidad está bastante bien - La ubicación y lo limpio que estaba. Además el trato fue amable y eficiente. Son tres plantas muy pequeñas y las escaleras no son las más cómodas. En la planta baja se oía todo lo que pasaba en la calle.

• Ricardo (10/5): Estancia y ubicación PREMIUM - Es una casa completa y eso nos dio mucha privacidad. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado de todos los puntos de interés. Se ve que se ha renovado recientemente, todo está nuevo y la limpieza impecable, todo realmente limpio. La casa tiene mucha luz y la terraza es increíble para poder pasar un buen rato con familia o amigos. En la cocina dejan café para la máquina, galletas y unos brownies, que se agradecen para desayunar. En definitiva, creo que no hay mejor opción calidad-precio-ubicación para pasar unos días en Sevilla. Volveremos!

• Alejandro (10/5): Excellent place. - I stayed with a group of 5. Everyone slept really good, great AC specially in the middle of the summer between 95° and 101° F. Clean location and honestly I wasn’t bothered at all by any kind of noise from the street. Pretty close of almost everything. Walking distance from Alcazar, Cathedral and most theistic spots. Recommended 100% for few days is the beautiful Sevilla. Steeped stairs for first and even worst for second floor but nothing to prevent you for having a great time.

• Karageyik (8/5): Very good - The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. However, due to the proximity of nearby restaurants and cafes, it can get quite noisy in the evenings, which made it a bit challenging to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, we noticed a couple of bugs on the ground floor during our stay. Overall, the location is fantastic, but some improvements in cleanliness and noise insulation would enhance the experience.
• Dins (9/5): Superb - The house is located in the old town and has everything what's needed for successful stay. I was alone but there is enough space and beds for 5 guests. Perfect communication with host via WhatsApp. View from the windows and terrace is not splendid as there is a back door of some restaurant across the street but then again it's better to go out and experience everything.

• Rosieter (10/5): GREAT APARTMENT IN SEVILLA. GREAT HOST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - We were in Sevilla for the Holy Week. The owner of the apartment, Antonio, was a great host. He was very helpful and allowed us to drop off our luggage at the apartment before check-in time. He communicated very well, was very helpful, and gave us tips and itineraries for the Holy Week processions. He was also a big help with transportation and transfer services. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is centrally located and within walking distance to all the tourist destinations of Seville. Several processions passed by the street, so we were lucky to witness the Holy Week processions from nearby. I highly recommend this apartment, especially if you're in Sevilla for the Semana Santa. The area was noisy since there are restaurants and bars below the apartment. A lot of people have also converged on the street for the processions, but honestly, the noise didn't bother us. Antonio even advised us to bring earplugs, but we were so tired, we slept well.

• Stuart (10/5): Perfect location on lovely cobblestone street. - The location was central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants. It’s on a lovely narrow cobblestone street, and just steps away from the breathtaking cathedral. We didn’t find the street overly busy as it’s not a main thoroughfare, and enjoyed the locals and tourists passing by, as well as the clip clopping of the occasional mounted police. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with small dining table, full bathroom, and a bedroom with full bed. Indeed there is the back door of a restaurant directly across the street and you will hear kitchen activity and employees on break from the ground floor bedroom, but it didn’t go that late in our opinion, and honestly added to the charm. These are the sounds in the heart of the city. One could use a white noise app or earplugs if you want to go to bed early, and all windows have solid blackout shutters. The second floor has a small living room with tv and pull out sofa which was quite comfortable to sleep on. Also a bedroom with a full and twin (bunk) bed arrangement. Windows open to the street and we always had them open. The third floor is the outdoor roof deck which was wonderful. We sat in the sun with coffee in the morning and had a drink or two in the early evening. There’s also comfortable furniture which is covered by a roof. There’s a washing machine as well and we did our laundry and hung it to dry in the sun. Our kids enjoyed having their own space to hang out up there. Note that all the stairs are very steep so might be tough for someone with mobility issues, however you could just stay on the first floor. There’s kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook meals. We loved the espresso machine with coffee provided (as well as chocolate and cookies), and we did buy bread,meat,cheese (at prices that are eye-poppingly lower than in the US) and made sandwiches in the panini press. Nothing. Some complained about noise but you are in the middle of the old town and those are the sounds. For every clattering of a dinner plate there is the ringing of church bells and the sounds of happy conversations.
• Karen (10/5): Perfect spacious apartment in a prime location - Location amazing! Right in the heart of Seville + many good places to eat + drink immediately on the doorstep. Big property for the price. Both good sized bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Coffee machine with pods + milk creama supplied. Nice terrace although we didn’t use it as the weather was wet. Host very helpful + responsive. Highly recommend, thank you! Street noise loud but that’s what comes with such a great location. So just take earplugs.

A bit of street noise, but this is to be expected with the location. (But there are nice black out shutters) Just download a white noise app and you'll be fine.

• Marie (10/5): Great stay. Would return. - Very central location from which it was easy to walk to the main tourist attractions in Sevilla. I received clear instructions on how to open the lock box. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette and a small full bathroom. On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a bunk bed, (I think double on the bottom and a little smaller bed above it). There is also a small sitting room with large TV and sofa bed next to a larger bathroom. We were three friends so we spread out, one person in each sleeping area. I used the sofa bed and found it to be surprisingly comfortable. On the roof there is a comfortable terrace which we enjoyed at the end of the day. The entire place was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the coffee pods, sugar, cookies and cold water in the fridge when we arrived. We only used the kitchen facilities to store fruit and other things for breakfast but there were pots, utensils and dishes to prepare larger meals. The back of the restaurant on the other side of the narrow street was a bit noisy at night but we all sleep with ear plugs under normal circumstances so it didn't bother us. You can also close the windows and turn on the air conditioning which was not necessary while we were there. I purposely seek out this kind of central location in Spanish cities with lots of restaurants and bars around me so I don't expect them to be quiet at night.
• Nicolas (10/5): Recommended for a family or group of friends. - Excellent location to visit all places of interest, very nice house, with plenty of space (we are a family of 5). Two bathrooms are a real plus. The coffee machine was welcome to get a first expresso in the morning. Air conditioning was working very well, much appreciated during hot summer season.

• Ann-marie (9/5): Superb - This is a wonderful value for money. The house was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. We felt right at home, especially when we were able to wash our clothes and air dry them. Except for the hop-on-hop-off bus, we didn't need to take public transportation or drive anywhere, as everything that we needed to see was within walking distance. The check-in and checkout process was quite seamless. Late night noise coming from the backdoor of a restaurant across the street. You could hear the loud conversations and cleanup activities (plates clattering, garbage bins being rolled, etc). If I had earplugs, it wouldn't have bothered me much.

• Joyce (8/5): Overall ok stay but the location makes up for it. - The location is perfect, walking distance to cathedral and many shops and restaurants. Good separation of the two rooms and washrooms as they are on different floors. It was very noisy, front door facing the back of a restaurant where the staff always comes out to talk and smoke. You can hear everything as the windows don’t insulate well and you get woken up by motorcycles coming into the street. The bottom washroom is very small. You couldn’t really have two people shower at the same time in the two washrooms because one will not have hot water.

• Gemma (10/5): Perfect place to stay in centre of Seville - Perfect place in the centre of Seville. Pictures exactly as you find it. Has all amenities needed for the stay. Bottom floor has a very compact toilet and shower but perfectly fine especially if staying in bottom bedroom. There is a bathroom on next floor where there is another decent sized bedroom and a small living area. Very clean. It is literally 5 minutes walk from main pedestrianised street and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Has a small convenience supermarket (Carrefour) no more than 10 minutes away. Communication with owners is very good. Its worth noting the apartment has many steps and may not be ideal for families with very young children. Definitely recommend this apartment. There's nothing we didn't like however if noise bothers you then it's worth knowing that many people coming and going to the bars and restaurants walk through the street where apartment is.
