• Shuo (4/5): 卫生极差，空气质量极差，无法相信评分 - 离海边近 1.house不得免费取消，当预定者有突发临时事件发生，不可商量，更无法协商退款 2.house内部空气质量差，进到房间可以闻到长期未有人住过的空气味道，因家人有鼻炎，整体房间内空气极差，一直打喷嚏，导致过敏，通风了也无法缓解空气质量 3.house紧邻垃圾桶，总能听到咚咚咚扔垃圾的声音，很讨厌，总是感到被惊吓的状态 4.house有超级大的蟑螂，特别恐怖，做饭的时候，爬到厨房岛台上面的鲜牛肉盘子！一层单人床卧室内，也有大蟑螂爬来爬去，环境卫生极差！太恶心了！幸好因个人突发事情需要提前离开。本次预定，这么高的评分是怎么评价出来的？……好伤心 5.house临街，汽车驶过的噪音太吵了，夜间根本无法入睡，即便入睡也会被频繁吵醒，太糟糕了 6.house内如果选择在一层的卧室休息，那么二层的人们在上面走动时候，楼板就会产生吱吱嘎吱的声音，听起来也很刺耳，太难过了 7.house虽然配备的1个停车位，但是在一个斜坡上，且路面是倾斜的，根本无法驾车开上坡道，根本无法停入车位，非常考验车技，即使拥有20年驾龄，但是仍然很难开进提供的免费车位。通过这个斜坡，将行李箱推上坡道，走到house的门口也是超级费劲的，年龄大的长者，根本很难自己将行李箱推到house门口，而且因为房间的楼梯很陡，长者也不能把行李箱拿到二层，所以对住在二层的人们，是很不友好的。
• Judith (8/5): Beautiful place to stay. - Excellent location, great walking paths nearby. Golf Club and Cafe within walking distance, serving delicious food. A must is the real hot chocolate at Minnamurra Cafe.
• Sarah (9/5): Loved it here, but be aware of the bed situation - Loved the location and the view! The house was stunningly presented as well. The two single beds were barely sleep-able in. One was a single bed which was short and uncomfortable, and the second wasn’t a single bed at all - it was a rollout from under the single bed. It was even shorter, very uncomfortable and creaked extremely loudly. Since it was a rollout, it sits right next to the single bed which means whoever is in the single can’t easily get out of that bed without standing on their sleeping friend! Two of us ended up having to share the large bed upstairs which wasn’t ideal. An upgrade to two proper single beds is in order, and if not, definitely don’t advertise this place as having two singles. The floorboards were also very loud so be aware if you’re sleeping downstairs that you’ll hear most of what’s going on upstairs - walking around etc.
