• Mugurel (8/5): Pentru luna aprilie a fost o alegere buna - Amplasare excelenta,foarte curat,bucatarie utilata corespunzator,baie cu aerisire naturala,balcon cu pozitionare racoroasa,lift modern ,rapid.Chiar daca nu are loc de parcare inclus in pret,exista o parcare publica in apropiere fara taxa la doar un minut de mers pe jos. Imbracamintea pilotei nu este de bumbac.Nu inteleg de ce exista o extrataxa daca faci chek-in dupa 8pm (nu e cazul nostru) deoarece am communicat cu administratorul proprietatii pe whatsapp, am facut check-in online cu o zi inainte de sosire,cheia a fost in cutie cu cod de acces.La sosire,nici nu iesisem din aeroport si administratorul m-a intrebat cand parasesc apartamentul.

Difficult to get into the building as no parking for loading /unloading but not too much of an issue. Could do with more wine glass & a few teabags/coffee & milk but Dia supermarket only a short walk

• Angie R (9/5): Fantastic view - Lovely apartment, very clean,comfy bed & pillows, everything you need for cooking etc, even though we didn't cook. plenty of eating places within 5mins walk.. plenty of wardrobe & hanging space. view of the sea from balcony was amazing, & it got the sun in the morning. Plenty of towels,hand & bath....washing up liquid, tea towel & scrubber complimentary... Easy access through lockbox on the door & good communication with monica, no luggage storage available here but Monica kindly sent us an address of their other apartments near marina were we could leave luggage all day, (no charge) until time for leaving, as we had late flight home... Will definitely stay here again as it is so convenient & a lovely little studio... Nothing we didn't like. Only thing was, the pool was not open which we wernt told about but maybe march is too early...we would not have been in it anyway but would have been nice to lie in the sun at the pool...

• Lisa (10/5): OVER ALL HAPPY - All off it the apartment the complex the pool very clean and tidy. Problem getting in the main door of the apartment very hard to unlock, I couldn't do it as my hands have got bad arthritis. Thank god for my husband, but he had issues , but it opened after a few attempts most nights. Maybe needed looking at the look or WD40.

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Very good contact with host - simple process to collect keys, Room great with everything what is needed, great location close to beach and town. A lot of good restaurants around. Clean pool and area. Security Bad luck that room opposite was on renovation from 8 - 11am a little noisy due using machines but has to be done so has to be done :) Possibly next few days work will be finished. When go with small baby could be a problem, as said i recond soon will be done and nothing else to not like.

The flat is just a few steps to the beach/pool, near the busstops and supermarkets. I would want to stay here again, and I definitely recommend this flat.

Apartment was clean with plenty of storage space and easy to navigate using the stairs/lift - fantastic value for money.. Would definitely recommend this to others and will, without doubt, be returning.

• Derek (7/5): A1 location - location perfect. very clean but bedroom was too small to accommodate the double bed which, could only be accessed from one side. bed and bedroom size.
• Maryna (8/5): Very good - Amazing sea view, very close to the beach, nice and not crowded pool area with the free sunbeds. Lots of facilities for your stay. However, the apartment is not new, the repair is a bit tired and requires renovation especially the bathroom. Very very noisy. The traffic is very active during the day and night, it's almost not possible to sleep with the open window. Bedclothes were not comfy, I think it's not natural, so it was too warm sleeping on it.

• Benjamin (7/5): Good for a 2 night stay. - Proximity to the beach, the view and the quick communication with the host. Very small, balcony is tiny, and the flight of stairs to get into the studio. The kitchen was poorly equipped, a few more plates and glassware would have been nice to have.

• Alina (5/5): No internet, no coffee maker, bad communication with the host - Good location,nice view, shops and restaurants nearby. To get the key i had do text Javier who told me to call Monica. I had to make 5 calls to Monica who didn't answer. Meanwhile i was calling Javier and after half an hour of calling Monica, Javier stopped answering my messages. After an hour of calling they sent me to the reception and someone guy was there. I don t know why i had do wait and get anxious and he couldn t told me from the start. The apartament was nice but the kitchen could get a better scrub, i did t cook while staying there and the electric cooker had grease next to it. There was no coffee maker which was very disappointing because tge restaurants don't open untill 10am so untill then only canned coffe from the supermarket... There was no wi fi, i wrote Javier about that, he told me to call Monica again, she told me to show her the router and i found out there was no router so wi fi was just a scam. Dear Javier, i want to let you know i m in vacation so i don t want to call anyone for internet or to stay for an hour to get a key, i really thing everything should work and be cheked before the guests arrive. I wouldn t choose to stay another time there, but i would visit Benalmádena again. I guess this says everything.

The floor wasn't cleaned, so there was so much dust around. I had to rewash my white socks after wearing them for only 5mins.
