• Annette (10/5): Eine hervorragende Unterkunft - absolute Empfehlung! - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Wien und kommen definitiv wieder (sogar schon gebucht). Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, modern und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die hochwertigen Holzböden und die insgesamt stilvolle Atmosphäre. Alles war äußerst sauber und gepflegt - vom Geschirr bis zu den schönen Handtüchern. Die Ausstattung ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen: Waschtrockner (gerne eine Anleitung, wenn man nur den Trockner einschalten möchte ;-), Spülmaschine und alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage im 17. Bezirk ist gut, gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Billa Supermarkt, mit allem was man so braucht. Wir sind immer mit dem Uber in die Stadt gefahren und haben one way +/- 10 Euro bezahlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die tolle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wir haben ohne jegliches Zögern einen Late Check-out bekommen, so konnten wir vor dem Rückflug noch den wunderbaren La Biosthetique Friseursalon besuchen!

There is aircon in living room but not effective for bedrooms. Window open is not really an option as you are first floor so can get noisy with passers by. Not a deal breaker though.

• LouisLLW74 (10/5): Ausgezeichnet - immer wieder gerne! Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen!!! - Ausgezeichnetes Apartment - sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Unkomplizierter Buchungsvorgang sowie einfache "Schlüsselübergabe" (Türcode) am Anreisetag. Bemerkenswert, dass wir frühzeitig einchecken konnten, obwohl wir bereits sehr früh angekommen sind. Gute Lage, da ausgezeichnete Anbindung an den ÖPNV und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zudem fußläufig erreichbar. Beim nächsten Besuch in Wien werden wir mit Sicherheit versuchen wieder in dem Apartment unterzukommen. Grundsätzlich nichts, da es sich um ein ausgezeichnetes Apartment handelt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Auch auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen untersagt! Innerhalb des Apartments voll verständlich - auf dem Balkon hätte ich jedoch morgens zum Kaffee oder nach dem Frühstück (noch im Schlafanzug) sehr gerne eine Zigarette "genossen". So musste ich mich erst umziehen und dann vor der Eingangstür "meinem Laster" nachkommen. Ist jedoch zu verkraften, da das Apartment wirklich wunderschön ist.

Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allem Wichtigen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung und die kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The location is in a very quiet residential area. Nothing around it. However access to public transport into the centre within a 5 min walk. Public transport is excellent. V frequent service.

Even though the building doesn't have own parking, you can find a parking garage 5 minutes by foot from the apartment. The name of the garage is WePark. Everything! There is nothing that we can say that wasn't okay. Super clean, cozy, nicely designed, great location, all the best really!

• Barbora (7/5): - The location was excellent, and The bedroom was quite small and had a noticeable cigarette smell coming from the outside courtyard. Since the TV is located in the bedroom, it would have been nice to have speakers in the living room that we could connect our phones to for music. Additionally, the cupboard door beneath the sink was broken, and we were unable to find separate bins for sorting rubbish, despite being instructed to do so.

• Παυλος (10/5): - Μας άρεσαν όλα , το δωμάτιο καταπληκτικό πολύ άνετο καθαρό και όμορφο νιώθαμε σα το σπίτι μας , η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή ακριβώς απέναντι σούπερ μάρκετ και φαρμακείο αυτό όμως που έκανε την διαμονή ξεχωριστή ήταν ο οικοδεσπότης ο οποίος ότι ζητήσαμε μας το παρείχε και ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας με ευγένεια σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε ! Αν πάω ξανά Βιέννη σίγουρα θα ξανά μείνω εκεί !

• LUCIAN (9/5): Nice apartment. Nice and tidy. - The hosts were very nice and helpful. You have a store near the building. The location is great if You are an active person. It was nice and tidy. It looks just like in the photos they uploaded. The building is very clean and newly renovated. The location. Nice neighbourhood, but could be a little bit closer to the city centre or main U-bahn station. You need to walk like 7-10 minutes from the U-Bahn station, 4-5 minutes from the tram. It is cumbersome with a lot of luggage or children. The clima control. In the beginning it was chilly, then we sorted out, and also the AC needed to be cleaned (it had a bad smell).

• Prabha (10/5): Excellent accommodation , would use them if they have one next time in Hungary. - The place was super clean,tidy , ventilated and the bedding and towels were clean and fresh. They had left some long life milk and pop corn and tea and coffee sachets , very thoughtful of the host. The apartment didn’t have any keys which was so easy to lock and go out. It had an airer to dry clothes and wet towel, they had left some washing pods so we did a wash of clothes. Very accessible to tram and bus have to walk 10 min for these services. We used the uber services mostly. The supermarket was just 2 minutes opposite to the apartment. On Sunday all the shops are shut,so make sure you get something and keep handy, I can’t pin point to a certain th8ngs as our stay was superb as d comfortable on the whole. The shower door seeped some water outside the door, so had to soak off the excess with the foot mat. And it didn’t hinder our stay in anyway .

• Gabriela (10/5): Wir werden die Wohnung beim nächsten Urlaub in Wien wieder mieten. - Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war neu und alles war sehr sauber.

• Sandra (10/5): Superschöne tolle Unterkunft, einfacher Check-In, diese Wohnung werde ich wieder mieten :) - Was für eine schöne Unterkunft! Top ausgestattet, alles da, Wäschepods, Seife, Spültabs, Handtücher, Fön, tolles Bett, gute Küche mit genug Geschirr und Geräten wie Wasserkocher und Toaster, superschön eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, selbst am Freitag und Samstag Abend hat man keinerlei Lärm gehört. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Apotheke in der ich sehr freundlich beraten wurde und ein paar Meter weiter ist ein Billa mit für Wien guten Öffnungszeiten. Das Internet ist schnell, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, gut geschnitten und man kann durch die Vorhänge die Unterkunft sehr gut zum Schlafen gehen abdunkeln. Extrem gut gefallen hat mit auch der unkomplizierte Check-In, man erhält einen Tag vorher den Haus- und jeweiligen Wohnungscode. Dazu hat man einen Aufzug und muss keine Koffer oder Einkäufe irgendwelche Treppen hochschleppen. Selbst einen Tresor hat man in der Wohnung sollte man etwas einschließen wollen, doch ich habe ohne Probleme Wertsachen wie einen Laptop den ganzen Tag auf dem Tisch liegen lassen können. Bei meinem nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt werde ich diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder mieten und ich habe schon viele gehobene Unterkünfte in Wien gehabt, doch diese gefällt mir am besten! Ich habe nichts auszusetzen, top top top! Unbedingt mieten!

• valentina (10/5): Soggiorno a Vienna - Appartamento non troppo grande ma bello pulitissimo e funzionale con tutto quello che serve ma sul serio. Zona tranquillissima soprattutto di notte. Leggermente fuori dal centro ma con 10/15 minuti di tram siete alla stazione centrale e poi si va ovunque. Inoltre i mezzi pubblici passano con frequenza Nulla , neppure la distanza dal centro che si copre in breve tempo con un tram.

• Pogorelova (9/5): The only thing that we couldn’t find in the apartment was a corkscrew, but it was not a big problem. - The apartment was very nice and comfortable, cosy and clean. The check-in can’t be easier. It is very convenient you don’t need to bring keys with you all the time. In general the apartment is great and we will definitely come back! The area is very nice and pleasant, however it’s within 40-45 minutes walk from the centre of the city. We knew it at the time of booking so it was not a surprise. Transportation accessibility is good. Right across the street there is currently a building reconstruction, so the noise works started from 7am, but it was not a big deal for us since we are early birds.

• Mohammad (8/5): - The location is very good, you have a pharmacy, a grocery, a cafe, and two restaurants on the same street. The tram line is 3 minutes walking distance, and the public parking is 1 minute walking distance, but with a € 29 fee per day. The building and apartment are accessible with a code number, so there are no keys to carry around, which is convenient. The rooms were very small and there was no cabinet to put your clothes except for a hanger and a low cabinet in one room, and nothing in the other room.
