• Daniel (9/5): Good quality/price - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here; the apartment met my expectations. Excellent location with the beach right outside the building. Very discreet and unobtrusive customer service. I give it a ten out of ten, honestly. If you come by car, parking is difficult, but there are quite a few private garages in the area where you can leave your car for a good price.

• Dariusz (10/5): Alles hat uns gefallen :-) - Perfekte Lage... direkt am Strand, in der Nähe ein Supermarket und viele Restaurants. Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Matratzen, sehr gut ausgestatte Küche, ein Parkhaus 5 Fussminuten vom Hotel. Ich kann nur empfehlen. Alles war ok.
• Daisy (2/5): Severe issues with hot water, noise, and communication forced us to leave after one night. - • Good location • Good selection of amenities • Clean and modern • Lovely sea view from terrace • Very limited hot water – unable to have hot showers • Faulty AC in living room – room was freezing • Loud mechanical noise above the bedroom throughout the night – no sleep • Poor and incorrect information from property owners • Poor communication on how to access the building • Bedroom shutters malfunctioned • Small leak in utility room • Automatic lights in hallway/stairway turned off too quickly – difficult and potentially unsafe when entering • Loud recorded bird noises in hallway – audible from the living room • No clear or accessible support when issues arose We booked a 7-night stay but left after 1 night due to multiple issues. The most significant was the lack of reliable hot water. After basic use (e.g. washing dishes), we could not have hot showers, meaning we had to choose between hygiene and other essentials, which is not acceptable on a holiday. That evening, around 9pm, a loud mechanical vibration began above the bedroom and continued throughout the night at regular intervals, making sleep impossible. One of us moved to the sofa, which was not suitable for sleeping. The air conditioning in the living room was also faulty, blowing cold air continuously despite being switched off. Communication was poor from the outset. There were no clear access instructions, and it took time and trial and error to enter the building. When we contacted the property for the WiFi password, the response was delayed, brief, and incorrect. Given the lack of sleep, ongoing issues, and poor communication, we had no confidence the situation would be resolved and chose to leave rather than continue the stay. The apartment itself was clean, with good amenities and a convenient location. However, these positives do not outweigh the severity of the issues. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property.

Gute Ausstattung, elektr. Jalousien, so dass es wirklich dunkel war. Waschmaschine vorhanden Es war ein kleines bisschen laut von der Strasse

• Alona (10/5): - Местоположение отличное. Очень удобный доступ по паролю. Не нужно переживать за ключи. Полотенце, шорты, и на пляж. С балкона прекрасный вид на океан. В квартире есть все необходимое, очень удобно что два туалета. Платные парковки которые рядом чуть дороговаты, есть те что дешевле возле порта, идти буквально 7-10 минут. Я точно рекомендовал бы это место, и хотел бы вернуться.

• Nina Therese Videm (8/5): - Leiligheten var helt fantastisk. Stor med stor sofa, to soverom og to bad. Alt man trenger. De skulle sende meg koden for å komme inn før innsjekking. Det tok flere dager og mye overtaling før de sendte koden. De sa koden til meg når jeg ringte, så jeg kom inn til slutt men dette var veldig stress. Dette trekker veldig ned for en ellers fantastisk leilighet til god pris. De svarte ikke på meldinger før jeg kom. De svarte heldigvis alltid på telefonen. Det var vanskelig å fortå hva de sa selv om jeg snakker både engelsk og spansk. Kanskje lyden var dårlig.

• Leire (6/5): Bien equipado pero con olor a humedad - El alojamiento está bien equipado. El olor a humedad es muy desagradable y además se nota en los cajones, no los pudimos utilizar. Además, el programa para realizar el check in nos dio problemas y al principio, no nos daban otra opción. Envié foto del error y finalmente, lo solucionamos por mail pero nos supuso mucha perdida de tiempo. Al final, lo solucionamos y fueron amables. La TV de la habitación no funcionaba, avisé pero no se solucionó. Si se solucionase el olor a humedad es un buen lugar, pero en esas condiciones, creo que la calidad-precio, no se ajusta.

• Bernd (5/5): Ingesamt etwas zu teuer für die Mängel, aber trotzdem ok als kurze Zwischenstation. - Sehr zentral am Strand, gemütliches Schlafzimmer, geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände funktionierten nicht richtig, etwa der Ofen, er war etwas abgenutzt und wurde nicht heiß genug, die Smart-Funktion des TVs war ebenfalls nicht zu gebrauchen. Außerdem würde die Dusche etwas mehr Zuwendung vertragen, Fugen sind verdreckt und an einem Tag lief nur kaltes Wasser. Als wir da waren lärmte zudem eine Baustelle gegenüber, außerdem störte der Geruch des Steak-Restaurants, das direkt unter der Wohnung ist.

• Ami (9/5): Silken Atlantis Playa - Holiday Home - La experiencia fue muy buena. Destaca sobre todo su ubicación junto a la playa de Las Canteras, perfecta para pasear y disfrutar del mar. El apartamento es amplio y muy bien equipado, con todos los utensilios necesarios y tres televisiones (una en cada habitación y otra en el salón). Sin duda, lo mejor es la terraza, desde donde se puede ver el mar y el paseo de Las Canteras, un auténtico lujo.
• Rubén (7/5): Buena alternativa con respecto al apartamento que me cancelaron anteriormente. Muy cerca de la playa - Habitación y baño principales, salón, cocina y salón, amplios. La segunda habitación muy pequeña, con un ventanuco que da a la cocina y bastante sucia. Había como polvo y suciedad encima de la cama y en el suelo.

Al no existir recepción con personas físicas, lo mínimo es que el teléfono de contacto preste un poco más de atención, ya que hubo que estar encima de ellos para que te dieran los códigos de acceso al edificio y la habitación. Habiendo hecho el checking con antelación como pedían. Así que un 0 en atención al cliente. Como crítica constructiva, ya que en este país los trabajadores andan muy quemados en todos los sectores. Pero unos mínimos, ya que la estancia era para dos personas mayores y hay que prestar un poco de atención a los accesos del siglo 21.

Très confortable et propre, il y a une salle de bain avec toilettes et un autre WC séparé (pratique avec des enfants). Nous avons eu du mal à faire le checking et quand nous avons envoyé un message, nous avons reçu des messages automatiques type chabot (pas très agréable). Nous avons eu l'impression qu'il n'était pas possible de contacter facilement l'établissement.

El accedo al edificio por la noche y por la mañana lleno de orines, vomito, etc

En dos días se me bloqueó el portal de entrada tres veces hasta el punto en que hubo que cambiar el código. Seria buena idea revisar este punto

Persoonlijk ook omdat het niet kindvriendelijk was, maar dat zou zonder kind het geval niet zijn. Deur van binnen niet af te sluiten, een glazen losliggende plaat op tafel, kasten die omvallen.

• Roxana (8/5): - - The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. - The apartment was well-equipped. - Although we encountered a few issues, the woman who resolved the problem provided us with a bottle of wine as a gesture for the inconvenience. - Was good value of money for 110 euro/night. - I reccomend it. - The one-room apartment did not have the ocean view as depicted in the picture, which was actually taken from a two-room apartment. While you can still see the ocean, it's not as portrayed in the image, and the balcony screen obstructs the view when seated at the table. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with no option to pay for an additional 1-2 hours. However, they do offer free luggage storage if needed. - It would have been helpful to know that by pressing '4 A' at the door, you can speak with the staff directly (which is in the building) instead of calling their general phone number on the booking site (which is not in the building).
• Freddy (5/5): Helt greit for et kort opphold. - Praktisk nøkkelsystem, når vi fikk NY kode. Sentral beliggenhet. Stor og lys leilighet med masse skapplass også på badet. En motor til vifte på badet setter i gang ca. hvert 15. minutt og går, med støy i ca. 10 min. Forstyrrer/ødelegger nattesøvn. Vi sa ifra, men ingenting skjedde. Naboen over «flytter møbler» sent på kvelden, med forferdelig skrapelyder. Felles dyne er (for oss) en uting. Vanskelig å sove med en felles dyne gjennom hele natten. Sikker bare en vane, men for oss, negativt for et komfortabelt opphold.

• Károly (10/5): A beautiful week on the beach in Las Palmas - Modern apartment. New and clean, located about 100 meters from the sea. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The best feature is the keyless access: entry and exit are possible with a code. This is a huge advantage when going to the beach, as there is no need to worry about carrying or losing a key. There were no real negatives, but if one has to be mentioned, the kitchen was equipped with relatively few utensils, and in particular there was no sharp knife available.

• Teresa (8/5): After the kitchen issues were sorted we had a great stay. Loved the location. - The location was excellent . We had clean towels regularly over our 16 days stay & sheet changes. We liked the apartment very much, having a family bathroom & a separate WC was a bonus.The apartment was a really good size. The kitchen items were limited…only 2 wine glasses ( apartment for 3 people) no chopping board ,no scissors ,no baking tray ,no over proof dishes. We planed to cook so had to buy the above items! The toaster blow the electrics when we used it, this surely should be checked. The washing machine wasn’t working again this should be checked after every stay. After complaining toaster & washing machine were replaced/fixed. Also the details listed that there was WiFi in all areas of the apartment… but Netflix was not connected even though it was on the tv, again many texts back & forward before being told Netflix was not working. The pillows on the beds too soft no support for your head .
• David (10/5): Nice apartment in great location. Beach and facilities and restaurants a minute walk away. - Nice spacious apartment with comfortable bed, great shower. Small balcony gives a view down the street to the beach. Kitchen area is good with all basic facilities and good oven. Room was cleaned every 3 or 4 days. The lighting is a bit harsh but that is a very minor criticism. Otherwise all was good.

Just steps from the beach, also the room was spacious and had everything we needed. A little bit difficult to find and access but once we got it figured out it was all good.

A lot of calls,and above all no in what apartment we should have. No info at all how to use the electronic doorlock. Braking the GDPR rules in full. Nothing, the absolutely worsiest place ever. Absolutely no security, for ex emergency doors, it does not excist Really low class. Kick this company out from your booking system directly.
