• Gabriela (9/5): Check-in super flexível, acomodação confortável e super completa - A proprietária é muito atenciosa e flexível com horário de check-in, e nos permitiu fazer check-in as 5:30 da manhã! Chegamos de onibus vindo do Uyuni esse horário, no frio, e ela organizou para deixar as chaves da acomodação em uma caixa correio na porta do prédio com código. Foi ótimo, pois pudemos dormir mais um pouco. Além disso, a cozinha é muito completa, com todos os utensílios que você imaginar que precise para cozinhar.

Der Innenhof war gemütlich, und die Lage ruhig aber trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Beim Check out durften wir unser Gepäck bis abends im Büro lagern. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. • Isabelle (9/5): Gezellig appartementje - Heel gezellig appartement. Erg schoon. Geweldige locatie. Keuken is uitgerust met vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt. Geen warm water uit de kraan in de keuken.

• Brian (10/5): Perfect unit for a solo traveler. Amazing shower! - Excellent room with a very good hot shower. The location is great, a short walk from the main square, the hosts had excellent communication and I checked in early as I had arrived on a night bus. For some reason there was often repetitive banging around 8-9 pm and during the day. Perhaps some construction was happening, anyway, it wasn’t a big deal, except when I tried to have a siesta on Sunday!
• Tham (10/5): - Hotel pas cher dans le centre ville avec petite cour très agréable. Les lits étaient super confortables. Nous avons bien été accueillies par la dame qui s'occupe de l'hôtel. Ce n'est évidemment pas un 5 étoiles mais nous n'avons pas payé le prix d'un 5 etoiles. C''est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

• Hanna (5/5): I don't want "free" stay - 위치가 너무 좋았고 시설도 괜찮았어요. 침대도 편안했고요. 그리고 공간이 안전하게 느껴졌어요. 커뮤니케이션에 있어서 많은 아쉬움이 남습니다. 처음에 3박을 예약하고 체크인 전 1박을 연장 예약하기 위해 왓츠앱을 통해 연락하였습니다. 왓츠앱 번호가 주인 분 번호인지 직원 분 번호인지는 모르겠으나, 1박 연장 가능하다고하여 부킹 닷컴을 통해 1박을 더 예약을 해야할 지 물어봤습니다. 그럴 필요 없이 그냥 와서 결제하면 된다고 하였습니다. 그래서 당연히 연장 처리 되었다고 생각했는데 3박 숙박 후 오전, 체크아웃 해야되지 않냐고 직원 분께서 방문을 두드렸습니다. 그래서 직원 분께 이미 왓츠앱을 통해서 1박 연장을 했다고 말씀드렸는데 의아한 표정을 지으시더군요. 그리고 왓츠앱으로 연락했었던 번호로 연락이 왔습니다. 오늘이 체크아웃이라면서 제가 3일치만 결제 했다고 말하면서 연장을 취소해야한다고 하더군요. 그래서 나는 결제할 때 이미 연장이 되었다고 생각하고 결제를 한 것이며 내가 연장 숙박을 요청했을 때 당신이 그걸 받아들였다면 예약을 연장하는 건 당신 책임이지 않냐고 물었습니다. 또한 연장 금액은 당연히 지불하겠지만 이런 방식은 적절치 않다고 말했더니 갑자기 돈을 내고 싶지 않은 것이냐, 무료를 원하는 것이냐 라고 하면서 알겠고 내일은 다른 손님이 오니 가능한 빨리 나가라는 식으로 말하더군요. 너무나 불쾌했습니다. 무료 숙박을 요구한 적도 없지만 이런 식의 태도는 용납할 수 없습니다. 부디 고객과 소통하는 법을 배우시길 바랍니다. 첫 날이후 방에 불이 들어오지 않아 수리 요청했고 새로운 전구로 갈아 끼웠으나 그 이후로도 계속 방에 불이 들어오지 않았습니다. 샤워할 때 따뜻한 물을 틀려면 오히려 중간이나 오른쪽으로 돌려야 합니다. 뜨거운 쪽으로 물을 틀면 얼음장처럼 차가운 물이 나옵니다. 이에 대한 안내가 없어 첫 날은 샤워를 못했습니다. I am deeply disappointed with the communication and service at this property. Before checking in, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to extend my 3-night stay by one additional night. I was told that an extension was possible and that I didn’t need to book through Booking.com; I could simply pay upon arrival. However, on the morning of my supposed 4th day, a staff member knocked on my door asking why I hadn’t checked out. When I explained the situation, the person I had messaged on WhatsApp contacted me, claiming I had only paid for three nights and must cancel the extension. I pointed out that it is the host's responsibility to manage the reservation once an extension is agreed upon. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they rudely asked if I "didn't want to pay" or "wanted a free stay" and told me to leave as soon as possible the next day because other guests were coming. I never asked for a free stay, and such an insulting attitude is completely unacceptable.

Une communication très simple et rapide avec le personnel, nous ayant même permis d'accéder au logement plus tôt que prévu suite à une arrivée très matinale dans la ville. Merci beaucoup, je recommande vivement !

• nelly (10/5): - Petit studio très pratique pour faire un peu de cuisine. Literie très confortable. Patio. En retrait de la rue donc très calme. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous avons eu accès au logement à 8h00 du matin et l’avons quitté à 17h00 à cause des bus de nuit. Merci au propriétaire. Très appréciable.

• DCH (10/5): Un hallazgo en el lugar más bonito de Sucre - Olala House tiene una ubicación privilegiada, se encuentra a 3 cuadras de la plaza principal de Sucre. La habitación que me tocó es aislada y cómoda. Si buscas privacidad o tienes que trabajar o estudiar, este es el lugar ideal. Cuenta con calefacción monitoreada, un baño muy cuidado y limpio además de una ducha rica. La Anfitriona se preocupa por sus inquilinos y es atenta. El internet es bueno y a pesar de que no miro tele, cuentan con canales de todas partes y netflix gratis Sin duda, volvería a quedarme en esta casa. pediría que pongan unas cortinas que permitan oscuridad total en la habitación
