• Silvia Decio (8/5): Viaggio di famiglia - Bello il quartiere, con case tipiche e viali con alberi di ciliegio in fiore. Si raggiunge facilmente sia il centro che l'aeroporto con i mezzi. Appartamento super attrezzato non mancava nulla. Proprietario molto disponibile anche per il check-in anticipato. Appartamento comodo per 4 persone. Servirebbe un po' più cura dei dettagli, come la doccia o il parquet ma in generale tutto bene

• Marta (7/5): Luminoso, bien situado, cuidado con la bajada del dormitorio - Limpio, luminoso, bien situado, agradable, bonito Las escaleras de acceso al dormitorio requieren valentía y mucho cuidado al bajar. Son estrechas, empinadas y puedes resbalar fácilmente. No apto para personas con agilidad limitada.

• Gemma (8/5): Allotjament agradable molt ben comunicat amb el centre - Comunicació amb el propietari fluida. Barri molt tranquil i calefacció molt confortable La mampara de la dutxa estava trencada tot i que el propietari ena va avisar un dia abans de l arribada
• Angela (7/5): Un allotjament correcte. - L’allotjament és bonic, la situació és bona. El llit principal és en un altell de dificil accés. La mampara del bany estava ben trencada, ens dificultava l’accés a la dutxa perquè no la podíem tocar. Ja surt en els comentaris de clients anteriors i no s’ha arreglat. Es va avisar al propietario i es va excusar dient que havien estat els llogaters anteriors i no havien avisat. No va fer venir ningú a arreglar-la.

• Leti (8/5): Muy buen apartamento y zona, aunque alejado del centro - El apartamento era cómodo y limpio, además de estar decorado con muy buen gusto. Todo un detalle los adornos de navidad. Una zona muy segura y tranquila. La mampara de la ducha estaba rota y al centro hay 40 minutos caminando.
• Silvia (7/5): - Appartamento caldo e accogliente, situato in un quartiere silenzioso e comodo per gli spostamenti. Autobus vicini N.12 per aereporto N 29 per centro città e stazione centrale. Ma volendo si arriva tranquillamente a piedi sia in centro che alla stazione. Il letto matrimoniale si trova nel sottotetto, molto bello ma la scala per salire è un po' troppo ripida......andare al bagno durante la notte risulta scomodo. La pulizia poteva essere un po' più accurata.

Scările din bloc si mai ales cele din apartament, foarte inguste,abrupte si alunecoase. Produsele cosmetice diverse,puse la dispoziție de gazda,erau niște resturi ramase de la alți turiști,multe recipiente goale sau pe terminate.

Quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient à ajouter. Une fuite ànoter dans les toilettes laus non réparéepar le propriétairealors que visiblemebt déjàidentifiée. .
• Iryna (10/5): - Хороше місце розташування. Поруч багато кафе та ресторанів, два досить великі супермаркети, зупинки громадського транспорту також за кілька хвилин ходьби. В апартаментах було зручно, тепло. Не можна сказати, що це не сподобалось. Це лише зауваження для майбутніх подорожуючих. По-перше, квартира на третьому поверсі, а до неї треба дістатись вузькими сходами, для деяких осіб це має значення. І по-друге, підлога деревʼяна і чутно через неї чудово. Апартаменти на останньому поверсі, тому вам ніхто не заважатиме, а от вам треба пересуватись акуратно ( але це насправді актуально тільки для сімей з дітьми, які можуть бігати).

• Robin (5/5): Not quite worth the money - Clean, simple, comfortable couch and bed Shower hot water did not last long (<5 minutes) , and I could not stand up straight in the shower (anybody above 185cm would definitely struggle), hosts writing style is a bit too "joky", it's just cringe. I prefer communication straightforward and clear when it comes to accommodation, if I want comedy I will go to a comedy club.

• MARTYNA (10/5): - Apartament gustownie urządzony, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Salon i w nim sofa połączony z kuchnią + pokój antresola u góry na poddaszu i tutaj z łóżkiem małżeńskim. Bardzo czysto, pościel pachnąca, wyprasowana, ręczniki również. Apartament na 3 piętrze beż windy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, wszelkie informacje przekazane o czasie. Parking przed budynkiem płatny od poniedziałku do soboty. Przystanek autobusowy za rogiem. Sklepy, kawiarenki obok. Polecam serdecznie.

• Saadati (8/5): Mon séjour était exceptionnel - L’établissement était spacieux,lumineux,calme, bien équipé,propre et bien décoré. Ce que j’ai moins aimé sont les escaliers du bâtiment qui étaient trop dur à monter.Pas accessible à une personne à mobilité réduite .
• Jose Luis (9/5): - Estaba cerca del centro, a 15 minutos en autobús, o 30 minutos andando. El espacio justo para cuatro personas, todo bien equipado y funcional. Son tres pisos sin ascensor. En nuestro caso no es un problema, pero quizás parte otras personas pueda serlo.

• Anna (5/5): Passable - Clean and calm place The owner tried to be of help solve probs encountered, without success. She suggested to cancel the booking with full refund since the apart didn't meet the expectation but it was the night of the staying, so I had to buy removal curtain to have a bit of shadow for sleeping. She promised to refund the costs of curtains. Not suitable for 4 adults: It's ok for a family with one or two small kids that can stay in a small- medium size sofa bed. No curtain at the windows, so be careful if you are sensitive to lights for sleeping!

Water pressure excellent,same for wifi,the windows they have the blockout curtains,the office in living room really helped me for my work.(the chair from the office is a high end chair) Chic neighbourhood near EU.
• Edmondo (7/5): Cheap place. Worth it if money is more important than comfort. - Cheap and clean No wifi, terrible water pressure and very little hot water. Host was quite pestering, complaining about noise at 1pm whilst we were having a lunch. Even a basic conversation with 4 people would get a noise complaint.

• Nikolay (10/5): Nice quiet and peaceful place - The apartment is located on the top 3rd floor, wonderful views through the roof windows, the bedroom is on the upper level, accessed by a wooden staircase, in a sloping attic with lots of space and comfort. The place is a 20-30 minute walk from the center, close to bus stops that run frequently and follow a scheduled schedule. The neighborhood is quiet and trouble-free. Nearby - 100-200 meters there is a Lebanese restaurant with a varied menu, quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. Apartment is furnished with everything you need - a comfortable sofa bed, a table for 4, a kitchen, a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, dishes, gas stoves. The heating is a gas boiler with a central thermostat, it works perfectly and can create the necessary comfort according to everyone's feeling.
• Mariia (10/5): A great choice for comfortable and pleasant stay in Brussels. Definitely recommend! - Very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed and more. The location was excellent with easy public transport access and supermarkets nearby. The owner was nice and responded to our questions very fast. We arrived to Brussels early morning and the owner was flexible to check us in before the given time. The apartment had a really comfortable bed, kitchen with all tableware needed. There is also a good coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a bath tub, also shower gels, shampoos, conditioners and a whole box of beauty products and sewing kit were provided. The whole apartment was very clean and smelled good. The apartment had a dishwasher that did not work properly and did not wash the dishes even though we tried different washing modes. Since the owner asks to not leave the dishes in the sink and the sponge was a bit old to use, if we stayed longer, we would run out of clean dishes.
