- Amirhossein (4/5): - Even though I had rented a family apartment on the top floor four days ago, the price difference was not much, but everything was really great and I gave it a high score, but I rented this apartment from the same company, but it was not the same at all. First, the washing machine was broken and the landlord knew this, but despite this, he told me to use the washing machine outside, which I had to pay extra for, and second, because of where this apartment was located, it was extremely crowded at night and we had no peace at all and my child had a hard time sleeping…
- Rebecca (9/5): - The location is superb for beach and sea front restaurants. Also great for local bus and train stations. The staff at El Estudio nothing is too much trouble. (Be aware these are different to the staff on the general reception at Benal Beach) The office for El Studio is located on site. The general reception people weren't very helpful but these are seperate. No where to leave luggage if coming in on a early flight so we had to have our luggage with us for a while.

- Davit (3/5): Very disappointing stay with poor maintenance and unacceptable service - The location The property was quite old, and there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen sink in both rooms we rented. In one of the rooms, both the toilet and the shower head were broken. Management repaired only the toilet, and even that took two days. We had requested a baby cot at the time of booking, but this request was ignored. After check-in, we were told we would have to pay an additional €20 per day for it, only to later discover that no baby cot was available at all. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and far below expectations.

- Jerneja (5/5): - The apartment itself is beautiful, brand new, and very well-furnished. We found it to be extremely comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. It is a great space for a family stay in terms of comfort and modern amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a very disappointing policy regarding basic essentials. Upon arrival, we realized there was no toilet paper provided. When we asked at the reception, we were told that because this is a "private apartment," guests are expected to buy their own toilet paper, dish soap, and kitchen paper towels. As a family with children, this was quite frustrating. I cannot imagine the inconvenience for someone arriving late at night when shops are closed and you are in need for toilet paper. Additionally, the kitchen is only minimally equipped for actual cooking; it had only one large pot and two pans (one small, one large). While there were enough plates and glasses, the lack of basic cleaning supplies and cooking variety made the stay less functional than expected.

- Ilona (8/5): Kiva huoneisto lähellä rantaa ja ravintoloita - Itse huoneisto oli kiva, hyvät sängyt ja parvekenäkymä. Meillä oli 1 makuuhuoneen huoneisto osittainen merinäköala, muutoin näkyi kaupunkia ja vuoriakin. Sijainti oli hyvä, sillä lähellä oli rantabulevardi ja ravintoloita. Kauppa pohjakerroksessa oli hyvä juttu. Asunnosta puuttui kahvinkeitin ja pyykinkuivausteline. Tulimme myöhään illalla eikä varausta löytynyt, siinä meni pitkään. Huoneistojen löytäminen oli vaikeaa, meitä oli 4 huoneiston verran ihmisiä. Uima-altaan vesi oli todella kylmää. Huoneiston vuokrauspaikka lähetti jatkuvasti ennen matkaa samaa pitkää viestiä joka koettiin stressaavana. Teimme online checkingin jo ekan viestin jälkeen. Osalla meistä oli studio pohjakerroksessa terassilla, tai niin luvattiin. Terassia ei kuitenkaan ollut vaan jonkunlainen betoniaidattu ikkunallinen lasitettu parveke, johon ei paistanut koskaan aurinko. Joten ulkona et voinut istua siellä.

- David (9/5): King Alberto - Apartment was lovely felt right at home, Alberto went over and above to make my stay as wonderful as ever, location is fantastic your 2mins walk from beach bars restaurants. Etc etc. I will definitely be back and considering its only 2hours 45mins flight from UK. Great value for money.. Things can be a bit expensive at shops etc etc, but Hay the days over getting cheap food and drinks is now over its the same everywhere now. One afternoon I went to reception I know that these guys are nothing to do with the room or bookings, but the girl was very rude and passive aggressive. All I was asking was there anywhere to put my case when checking out as check out was 11am and taxi was not to 5pm. But Alberto came to the rescue and let me use his office, best not to ask receptionist anything in regards to your room or stay etc etc.

Som en stenhård brits! 👎 Kuddarna var hårda! 👎 Hissen var läskig och gick bara till våning 10. Det fanns 2 hissar men en var avstängd. 👎Allmänt slitet! Det kändes som det var ett glänsande hotell på 80 talet typ som nu raserats. Rummen har blivit till privata bostäder för att överleva. 👎 I beskrivningen står det att en pool är öppen året runt, det stämmer inte, poolområdet var ett dött område, trasiga pooler utan vatten. 👎 Personalen i receptionen hälsade aldrig när vi gick förbi, de stirrade rätt in i dataskärmen.. 👎 Ett stort hotell med massor med fd butiker, restauranger mm. alla stängda nu! 👎 Ugn saknas i lägenheten.

Asunto helposti löydettävissä,ei hissien käyttöä,kolmaskerros,parvekkeelta näkymät merelle ja vuorille. Asunto itsessään oli puhdas ja valoisa.WiFi toimi hyvin.Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.Kolme viikkoa kului hyvin,ilman mitään ongelmia. Palaamme varmasti uudelleen! -

Water staying in the shower ,someone's hair were there, rubbish bin so smelly when I exchanged the bin bag first time it was cat.another good tick blanket needed if you travel wit friend or child plus bed linen,the front door you can see around the light comming in to the apartment and you can hear everything and all heat is gone thrue it.for me to high 11nt floor .

- remedios (1/5): Estafa - Absolutamente nada Muchas cosas,el agua caliente no duraba ni para una ducha,me puse en contacto con el propietario y ni caso,me cambiaron el apartamento sin mi consentimiento, cuando ya estaba pagado,yo cogí terraza y era galería, las instalaciones prácticamente cerradas, bajando las maletas por escaleras, sin ascensor, todo el recinto muy sucio y descuidado, un rollo de papel higiénico para una semana, etc

- Sharon (8/5): My family and I enjoyed our stay, and would do so again. - Great location for the beach. Large pool, with plenty of room around it. The apartment was modern and tastefully decorated. There was no oven/grill, which caught us out as we bought pizzas to cook ! And only 1 large pan, which was enormous to boil a few eggs. Could do with a chopping board and a smaller pan, but great otherwise.

Huone oli aika kulunut. käsipyyhe oli tullessa likainen. Auringonotto tuolit oli maksullisia. Sängynalunen oli likainen. Ei tiskiainetta eikä pyykinpesujauhetta. WC paperirullia vain.
