Kamer heel schoon en badkamer met heerlijke stortdouche. Vanaf gezamenlijk dakterras zicht op de acropolis. Host regelde tegen betaling de transfers van en naar vliegveld tegen normale vergoeding. Abbiamo preso la camera con la jacuzzi che purtroppo non abbiamo provato a causa del brutto tempo. Palazzo moderno e di recente costruzione. Vicinissimo alla metro che porta direttamente all'aeroporto. WiFi perfetto

• Baynic (9/5): Un séjour très confortable dans un établissement moderne et bien géré - La propreté irréprochable avec un entretien quotidien très soigné, ainsi que la facilité de communication avec les gestionnaires, particulièrement réactifs via WhatsApp. Le bâtiment est très récent et se distingue nettement dans le quartier. Enfin, l’emplacement à Gazi réserve de bonnes surprises, avec plusieurs excellentes adresses de restaurants à proximité. Le quartier de Gazi peut dérouter au premier abord : plus nocturne et moins “carte postale” que d’autres zones d’Athènes, il ne conviendra pas à tous les profils de voyageurs. La salle de sport, bien que fonctionnelle, reste assez modeste.

Check in was easy and they were very nice to let us drop our bags off early as were in the area. Bed are comfy and the shower was incredible. maybe some more kitchen wear would have been nice - one bowl and two plates was not enough.
• David (10/5): Modern comfortable apartment - Looks like new - well furnished - very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with walk-in shower, large TV in lounge area and bedroom, balcony and 400m from the subway at Kerameikos and the bar there, which is 2 subway stops from Syntagma Square. Easy entry to the building and room with electronic pin. Lift to all floors and a gym in the basement Nothing to dislike but be aware if you are wanting to cook there is only a microwave, but plenty of places to eat or get a delivery.
• Patrycja (8/5): Great price, very clean but bathrooms need repairs. - We though the rooms and bathroom were very clean, well stocked with coffee/ tea, and water was available in the fridge. Location was good, near a central square that had restaurants and bars, it was 6 minutes away from a train station and very easy to get to. Great Location. Price was fantastic and we overall enjoyed ourselves in the property. We had an issue with bathrooms. We have booked 4 rooms, in 2 rooms the bathroom doors did not close which was uncomfortable and 2 rooms had no shower door (the rails and tracks were there so there were doors at some point but they were taken off or not replaced) , lack of shower doors caused a lot of issues in the bathroom because the shower head is located in the middle of the shower cubicle not at the edge so anytime the shower was on the water would spray all over the bathroom floor and make everything wet. All the towels, out toiletries and most unfortunately the floor. This was our biggest issue. We have found that the boilers don't hold much water so if 2 people are showering one after the other it's likely that warm water will run out before the 2nd person has finished washing themselves but this wasn't a huge deal, we had to just wait a little. Room 223 has both a broken bathroom door that does not stay closed or lock and has no shower door.

• Heiko (10/5): Außergewöhnliches Appartment, riesige Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi inklusive Akropolisblick. - Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, aber nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Akropolis entfernt. Sehr große moderne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Alles war super, es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

• Sebastian (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen - Tolle und neue Unterkunft. Sehr großes Apartment mit einem tollen Bett. Leider hat die Tür zwischen Dusche und Rest des Bades gefehlt, somit war das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Sehe dies aber nicht als Mangel.

• Kateřina (8/5): - Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Uklizeno, nachystáno dřív, než bylo původně avizované, takže bezva! Jedina výtka jsou chybějící dveře v koupelně, ale jsou v opravě. Snad se podaří co nejdříve doplnit. Nicméně pobyt sám o sobě byl s vířivkou fakt bezva. Dost jsme si odpočinuli po prochozených dnech. Byla k dispozici káva a čaj. Lednice, konvice i fén. Paní domácí byla velice příjemná. Je to Řecko, kanalizace je občas cítit. Ale s tím člověk asi musi počítat.

• Maria (9/5): Διαμονή μετά από νυχτερινή έξοδο στην περιοχή - Πρόκειται για ένα κτίριο το οποίο έχει ανακαινισθεί πρόσφατα και η ποιότητα κατασκευής καλύπτει της ανάγκης της διαμονής. Έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί αυτοματισμοί όπως η χρήση του κινητού τηλεφώνου για το ξεκλείδωμα των πορτών και αυτό διευκόλυνε την πρόσβαση ανά πάσα ώρα.

• Γυφτάκη (9/5): - Τα δωμάτια ήταν σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, τόσο κεντρικά και τόσο μέσα σε όλα που δεν το μετανιώσαμε καθόλου. Η κυρία Μαριέτα ήταν πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα, μας υποδέχτηκε με το που φτάσαμε Αθήνα και όσες φορές χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε στο τηλέφωνο μαζί της ανταποκρίθηκε αμεσα. Εμάς μας έτυχε και ένα τεχνικό πρόβλημα το οποίο όμως χωρίς να χρειάζεται να μπω σε περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες δόθηκε άμεσα λύση!!!. Ήταν καθαρό και πολύ όμορφο και σίγουρα αν ξανά επισκεφθούμε την Αθήνα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή για να μείνουμε 🙂

• ΜΑΡΙΑ (6/5): ΠΑΓΩΝΙΑ - Η τοποθεσία ήταν άριστη για τον λόγο που την θέλαμε. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει κεντρική θέρμανση. Υπήρχαν 2 κλιματιστικά τα οποία λειτουργούσαν σε μια θερμοκρασία όχι ικανοποιητική για να ζεστάνουν τον χώρο. Ο χώρος δεν ζεστάθηκε ούτε μέχρι το επόμενο πρωί ενώ είχαμε ανεβάσει την θερμοκρασία των κλιματιστικών. Το πάτωμα ήταν παγωμένο, και δεν υπήρχαν παντόφλες μιας χρήσης. Άρα για να πατήσεις κάτω έπρεπε να φοράς τα παπούτσια σου. Το πιο σημαντικό όμως. Ενώ χρησιμοποιούσα το ντουζ το νερό πάγωσε. Περίμενα 20' θεωρώντας ότι "τελείωσε το ζεστό νερό". Αλλά μάταια. Μετά από επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρετικότατη, κατά τα άλλα, κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο που υπήρχε, ήρθε κάποιος τεχνικός, 20΄αργότερα και αφού κάλεσα 2 φορές. Ο τεχνικός μας είπε ότι λόγω υπερφόρτωσης του δικτύου γίνονται συχνά διακοπές ρεύματος το ΣΚ και θα έπρεπε να θέσει σε λειτουργία ξανά το θερμοσίφωνα και να περιμένουμε 45' ώστε το νερό να είναι χλιαρό για να μπορέσουμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο.
• FILIPPOS (9/5): Ιδανικη διαμονη για οποιον ζητα ανεση, ιδιωτικοτητα και προσβαση σε ολα τα κεντρικα σημεια - Ανεση, τοποθεσια, διακοσμηση, καθαριοτητα, παροχες, ευκολη σχετικα σταθμευση στους γυρω δρομους, αριστη ανταποκριση απο τον οικοδεσποτη σε καποιο προβλημα που παρουσιαστηκε με το κλιματιστικο και που λυθηκε με αναβαθμιση δωματιου. Θα ηταν ολα τελεια, εκτος απο μια μικρη ατυχια με την δυσλειτουργια του κλιματιστικου που ομως λυθηκε.
• Fotis (9/5): Όλα ήταν ωραία - Όλα καινούργια και ωραία πραγματικά με κάθε λεπτομέρεια Θα ήθελα να είχε κάποιο καθαριστικό Θα ήθελα να είχε παντόφλες μιας χρήσης Εάν Τσακ λίγη καθαριότητα ακόμα (με άριστα το 100 παίρνει 85) Επίσης το αιρκοντισιον είχε μια ρύθμιση που δεν μπορούσες να την αλλάξεις και επειδή αυτές τις μέρες είχε πολύ κρύο δεν ζεσταθήκαμε καθόλου γιατί αυτό είχε πολύ λίγη ζέστη και δεν μπορούσα να κάνω κάτι

• Ιωαννης (10/5): Ενα υπέροχο μέρος για να μείνεις στο γκάζι. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, καλή θέα, μείναμε στο 322 ήταν ένα άνετο δωμάτιο. Το προτεινόμενο ανεπιφύλακτα ♥️
