• Guillerme (2/5): Le séjour était tellement horrible que nous avons quitté après la première nuit. - Pas grand chose de positif à dire si ce n'est que le logement est vraiment en dessous de la moyenne des prix de la capitale britannique et qu'il est relativement facilement accessible en transport en commun. L'annonce ne correspondait pas à la réalité: le lit double manquait et le canapé lit était inutilisable. La chambre était dans un état désastreux: mobilier cassé et dangereux pour les enfants (miroir cassé et coupant), le frigo était immonde et je ne parle pas non plus de l'état des communs... Le contact avec l'établissement se fait uniquement par message whatsapp. Les opérateurs sont condescendants, désagréables et très peu réactifs.

• Rob (3/5): - De accommodatie zes maanden van tevoren geboekt en betaald. Meerdere mails gestuurd met een aantal vragen die voor ons van wezenlijk belang waren. Uiterst belangrijk was de afstand naar het Wembley en hoe daar te komen omdat een van het gezelschap slecht ter been is. Tot meerdere keren toe geen reactie.

• Abdul (8/5): - It was quite and peaceful most of the time, on a busy high road so lots of cars etc driving by always. Cleaner lady was very helpful and pleasant and promptly dealt with any requests or change of towels if needed. I stayed 5 days last week which was in a room with 4 needs. Rebooked to come stay again for 5 days this week but was given a lift room with double bed, no wardrobe no mirror in room and paid much more for a much smaller room. Also bedsheets and duvet covers and pillows smelt of damp linen. Informed cleaner Diane said will have them changed following day and will need to get some fabric conditioners as run out🤦⭐

• Gara (8/5): - La verdad, por los comentarios iba con un poco de miedo de lo que me iba a encontrar pero cumplió mis expectativas teniendo en cuenta lo que había pagado. En mi caso se cumplió lo que había reservado, excepto el baño privado. La dueña, bastante pendiente y la limpiadora también muy amable. Si vas con amigos, bajo presupuesto o simplemente con la idea sólo de dormir es un buen sitio, además el transporte como en todo Londres estaba muy bien conectado. Recomiendo avisar días antes de vuestra llegada que habéis pagado y vais para allá. Toda comunicación por WhatsApp. Realmente lo más incómodo de la experiencia fue como dicen otros comentarios la gente, desde escuchar una discusión temprano en la mañana justo en nuestra puerta a que el baño por culpa de algunos huéspedes durará muy poco limpio, por suerte coincidíamos en ocasiones que justo la limpiadora estaba limpiando el baño así que pudimos tolerar algo de suciedad. Y si el tuyo se está limpiando puedes ir a otro que no esté ocupado.
• Sandrine (3/5): Pas top. - Que le prix Emplacement très bruyant, 24/24 et 7/7. Quartier sensible. Très petite surface. Ménage absent, sanitaires communs sales, salle de bain commune sale. Un ménage quotidien est nécessaire. Équipements non conformes (manquaient machine à café et sèche-cheveux, pourtant dans le descriptif de la chambre). Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité, chambre vraiment très petite. Déçus.
• Daniela (5/5): Man sollte keine Erwartungen an die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft haben - Die Lage war gut und es war nicht zu laut. Manchen Menschen fehlt aber einfach die Fähigkeit Rücksicht zu nehmen und dann wird morgens um halb sechs schon auf der Terrasse telefoniert und geraucht, die Kaffeetasse nicht gerade sanft auf dem Glastisch abgestellt obwohl einige Zimmerfenster zur Terrasse zeigen. Der Raum war eigentlich eine Küche mit zwei Küchenzeilen aus der ein Herd entfernt wurde damit ein Bett rein passt. Laken, Bettbezug, Zusatzkissen, Handtücher, alles dreckig und fleckig, Haare waren überall auf dem Bettzeug verteilt. Gemeinsam genutzte Badezimmer sind ja teilweise ok, aber wie manche Leute sich dort benehmen ist unter aller Würde. Dreckige, versiffte Handtücher werden auf dem Boden liegen gelassen, Haare bleiben im Waschbecken und auf dem Boden liegen, überschwemmte Böden werden einfach ignoriert, Toiletten werden nicht sauber gehalten. Für solche Menschen kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts aber dann sollten die Bäder öfter als einmal am Tag gereinigt werden. Grundsätzlich fehlt den Badezimmern eine Grundreinigung. Kalk, abblätternde Wand und Deckenfarbe, bessere Beleuchtung. Und es war für die Anzahl an Gästen nie ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden.
• Gáborová (1/5): Špina, Arogantní Nekomunikatívni Majitelia, Dlhé Čakanie - nič. úplne všetko. na prístupový kód do našej izby sme čakali asi 40 minút. naša izba bola neuprataná, tak sme na upratovačku čakali ďalšiu hodinu a pol. vymenili nám izbu za menšiu a bez chladničky. do izby sa nám v noci snažil niekto vlámať, lebo im asi nikto nepovedal, že nám dali ich izbu? a ani jeden z majiteľov nám nedvíhal telefóny, boli arogantní, nechceli nám dať akúkoľvek kompenzáciu, odpisovali veľmi striedmo. po prvom dni už neodpisovali vôbec. v našej izbe sa nedalo riadne otvoriť okno, max tak 10cm. zdieľané záchody boli neustále špinavé a rozbité. terasa taktiež katastrofa.

Me gusta casi todo ,solo que los huéspedes suelen ser muy sucios y desordenados,muy irrespetuosos ,el resto estaría muy bien ,si la gente respetará un poco la limpieza

До метро можно доехать на автобусе, но и пешком прогуляться тоже удобно, не заблудишься Комната была настолько маленькая, что даже третий стул к столу невозможно поставить чтоб не заблокировать входную дверь. Если бы не было окна, то можно сказать что это кладовка, а не комната. Втроём с детьми было неудобно. Шкафа/комода нет. Только трёхъярусная кровать, стол, три стула и холодильник. Даже мусорки нет, только пакет для мусора. Одним словом - годится только для ночлега, проснуться и сбежать....
• Slunečková (3/5): - pokoj uklizen, povlečení bylo čisté, dobrá lednička. poměr cena/výkon komunikace dost opožděná, do ubytování jsme se dostali jen díky náhodě když paní na uklízení vynášela koše (to jsme ji viděli poprvé i naposled), jinak info k check inu jsme dostali až den před odjezdem, (včetně kódu od vchodových dveří na který jsme se ze začátku museli poptat ostatních ubytovaných)po tom co jsem si o info zažádala den předtím kvůli důležitým informacím ohledně check out. koupelný věčně špinavé, a ráno většinou nedostupné. lokalita vcelku nepříjemná obzvlášt po tom co nám jeden místní řekl že opravdu nemáme vycházet po setmění, a zároveň jsme byli svědky krádeže s napadením za bílého dne v blízkém Sainsbury´ s.

More details about the place so people can know what to look for before booking. As in my case it wasn't right. And neither could I get in contact . It was very poor.. it didn't stay. • Karel (5/5): Passable - The room was clean The comunicaton with the host was horrible, she said we could check in at night but she didn't send us any instructions so we were sitting on the floor for like 7 hours. She sent them the next day at 3pm even though she said it was ok to check in early and she didn't respond till then. Our room was in front of the terrance and there were people talking loudly and playing loud music every night all night. When we asked them to tone it down, they didn't. And the bathroom was always a mess

• Marina (7/5): Good, if you don't nitpick - We get a bit larger room on the 3rd floor with kettle, one glass and one plate, fridge, table, 3 chairs. There was no hairdryer, but we asket other room for it. Separate bathroom was ok with shower gel and toilet paper. Many shops and restaurats. Also bus stop in 30 sec walk. Recommend because of price. The door handle was broken before arrival.

• Leslie (5/5): ok if your looking for no frills cheap stay - Not much really room was small for 4 of us and kids wouldn't sleep in the same beds which was a pain as the room on booking.com had two sets of bunk beds but we only had one and a sofa communication to get into the property was great. Asked for an extra blanket and got a 👍 but no extra blanket came. Once the blind was down there was no way of pulling it back up. Online it looks like you get and bathroom to your room but you don't it's a shared bathroom between 20 odd rooms they really need drain unblocker too 🤔 stayed 3 nights and was cleaned once that we could tell. Third night the ex bar under the property had a party and the very loud music went on till 5am which is OK if you don't have to drive 8 hours the next day on very little sleep. I know that's not the property fault.

• A (6/5): Okay. You can’t ask for too much for that amount. - Pros: A place to sleep. Mattress is firm though bed is three bunks and hence short for a tall person. Cleaner is polite and helpful. Contact is reachable via WhatsApp. Cons: Different faces everyday so you can’t control guests habits like smoking outside while the smell seeps to the bathroom. The property is on the major road. For a light sleeper, there is noise from outside from cars passing from 4am. Depending on where your room is.

• Nina (6/5): Pleasant - The bank for the buck was really good. To be quite honest I did not expect much going into this. The location was nice, rooms relatively clean, but the bugdet speaks for itself. If you are looking for a place where you can just sleep, be safe in and is bugdet friendly, this should be your choice. I would especially reccomend if you are going as a group of friends. The biggest downside were the shared bathrooms because of all the waiting for them to be free, but we counted with that. What I did not enjoy was the unproper communication when checking in. It was not seamless the owner send us a code an hour and a half after supposed check in time and we had some difficulties with communication, but it got resolved pretty quickly.

But contact to get in was beyond a joke and with 20 shared rooms with only two small bathroom - Prime location for tube No blinds in bathroom had to use a towel not good with kids, also from 10 till 3am music and people so loud from ground floor, reported and not even a recognition
• Rasa (5/5): Passable - A working kettle. It was good to have roof above my head. The staff contacted me to give instructions how to enter the place, sent a video and photos, suggested to download an app for parking the car. The room was too tiny for 6 people and not even a spot to hang jackets, we had to store everything on top of other things. Only one cup and one glass for us were there. There was a kettle and a microwace that did not reach the socket - had to take the microwave from the fridge and put it on the floor to be used. Two showers are not enough for all the people staying in the whole place. One toilet seat was broken. A shower/WC has a seen through window (view from/to the terrace) ... One of the towels had stains and we only found 5 instead of 6. Although the place should be non-smoking, people were smoking on the entrance to the terrace and all the smell was coming in. Nobody was there to look after the order. They advertise the place is convenient for families, but staying with kids when nodoby is keeping quite at night (weekends) contradicts the idea. Handles of doors of one of the bathrooms and the hallway are broken.

• Tija (9/5): Simple, but comfortable enough and unbelievably cheap option for a stay in London. - Everything was great! Easy check-in, friendly staff, very good public transport in 5 min walking distance from the guesthouse. It wasn’t a problem for us (teenagers group with teachers), but the loud music whole night through from somewhere nearby might be a bit disturbing.

• Roman (8/5): Very good - The room was perfectly sufficient for the price we paid. We had a relatively clean bed, fridge, microwave and a small table and chair. What more could you ask for in an overnight stay. Bathroom was ok. The location is just perfect! It's true that the bathrooms werent completely clean, toilet paper was missing all weekend. But as I wrote before, it should be mentioned that the price was fair. I was positively surprised by the place.
• Paul (9/5): Spend more time in london and less money to stay in this fab guesthouse. - So many hotels have all these facilities and charge extra even if you dont use them, cleaners waking you up or having to go out so they can clean even with the do not disturb sign on it. This place is simple, clean and found it enjoyable in the area and getting to other parts of london for the shows. My second visit here, certainly not my last. Tricky, access to toilet rolls. Found 2 days the toilet I was using had none, being male for the most part didn’t notice nor bother me, last time there were 2 in my room as a back up, not this time.
• Pei (2/5): Stay away! - We booked a room with a double bed. The room was very small, unter the roof so my husband could not stand up straight. The toilets are also very small. The walls are very thin, one could hear other tenants. For ventilation you have to keep the window open and sleep with the street noise. The bedsheets were clean. There was no charging point near the bed, one had to move the bed away from the wall. And there were no hooks to hang coats. Disappointing We left after the first night even though we had booked the place for 3 nights.

They gave me a bad code from the room when I was accommodated, so I couldn't get to my room. It took 3 hours to give me the right code from the room. The order of the hostel is not entertained by all spinava, broken. And in a lot, young people who do a mess overnight and the owner don't care. I asked for compensation because nothing worked but refused compensation. I do not recommend this hostel !!!!

The space in the room may be a little small, but it is super comfortable, the heating is super functional, we had a refrigerator and an electric oven. The location is very good, meters from subway and bus stops. The bad reviews that complain about the dirty bathrooms are because the guests themselves are dirty, they don't take care of the common areas and they don't seem to have respect for other people. The bathrooms have what you might need but people don't know how to behave. It would be nice if someone cleaned the bathroom at night.

• Facundo (2/5): Room is not what they show in pictures - An absolute disaster from start to end. For starters the room they gave us was different from the one on the pictures, it was a crammed and filthy loft that offered no space for moving. Checking in was a nightmare because they gave us the wrong code so we just stood by the door for 15 minutes until they answered, with our bags, and it's not a nice area no hang around. Communication with the owners was choppy and they didn't offer solutions. When we complained they straight out ignored us. Booking couldn't even get in touch with them when we asked for a refund.

There are much nicer places to stay which are more value for money - Nothing When we booked the property we gave an estimated check in time through booking com. We were told that we would be contacted on the day of arrival with specific instructions on how to access the property prior to the arrival time. Despite several phone calls and a message through booking.com we did not . We decided to make our way to the property, hoping someone would call us back or inform us how to get in. Once we arrived we could not access the property and were left outside in the freezing cold with young children. After 30 minutes of constantly calling the owner, we finally got a message with information on how to access. However this was for a totally different property! Again we were left in the dark awaiting the owner to get back with information on this property. I had asked to arrive at 3pm but we didn't get into the property until 6pm! I felt this was very unorganised and poor management by the owners! They did not even answer my calls to reassure me that they were looking into the situation. Once we finally got in to the property we realised that the room was very small. It was not cleaned to a great standard and the TV was broken. The walls were so thin we could hear other people talking in their rooms as if they were in the same room as us. The bathrooms were shared and were disgusting. They were dirty and had mould all over the ceiling. I did not feel comfortable at the property and wanted to talk to the owners. Again they refused to take my calls or reply to my messages. We left the property to find somewhere else to stay. I have asked the owners for a refund as we had an awful experience and felt the room was not up to standard. They have again ignored my messages

• Abril (5/5): Passable - Only the price/rate and that there was a Bus Stop 100mt from the building.The host was in contact all the time so this helped. It was around 50min far from central London. You could take a bus but it was far. Neightbourghood was not the best, you could feel a bit insecure but during day time it was okay. There were no linens, sofa cama was uncomfortable so beds. Shared bathrooms were not clean and it was challenging to use it as it was shared with multiple rooms/people. It was a cheap price so if you prioritize price over all other things, it is "o-k-a-y"

• Ioannis (3/5): Very cheap room for London, but with less than basics. - It is one of the cheapest available hotels near London, and it was renovated recently. There are plenty of food stores and restaurants nearby and it's near (10min) from a train station (Jubilee line) that takes you to the city center. From where to start.... We where a family of 4 people. 1)They deceive us during the booking process. The description mentioned that the room would have a private bathroom and a king size bed and one sofa bed. We found to have only one bunk bed (for 2 adults and 2 kids) and a shared bathroom for 7 rooms. 2) Before our travel, i texted and called them multiple times but they didn't respond at all. 3) The bathroom had almost no toilet paper of anywhere to hang the towels. We didn't use the shower at all. Also very difficult for the very young children to use the toilet, because you had to wait more than 30min not to be occupied. For sharing it with 7 rooms, needs more cleaning. 4) The room was tiny for a family of 4. We had nowhere to place our stuff. In fact we couldn't fit altogether at the same time. It was like a submarine. Someone should always stay in the beds....It had only one fridge but no tea/coffee maker as was described for our room. Also, only 2 body towels for 4 people. The beds where very uncomfortable. They should provide or at least to inform to have an adapter for the sockets. Totally different from European. Luckily we bought in a nearby shop.

The bathrooms was clean and there is options of baths or showers and the rooms are well numbered and easy to finnd your way around. from the outside it doesnt look promising but the rooms are very nice The check in process is complicated and require a visitor to have WhatsApp which is the only way to receive all the information needed to access the property. If you are someone who dont own a phone with whatsapp please be aware that you will be left standing outside as there are no further instructions with the booking

• Tom (5/5): Unprofessional handling of good value rooms - Incredibly cheap for a place in London whilst still having a great connection through public transportation. All the equipment in our room worked as intended (fridge, microwave, kettle, TV). The room was good considering the price we paid! The shared bathrooms lacked hand soap and toilet paper most of the time and we eventually bought our own. both the bathrooms and bedroom could have been cleaner. The doors are also very loud, meaning you could just hear everyone moving around the house at all times. the contact with the hosts was very complicated and happened through multiple WhatsApp chats and an additional group, just for us to still have to wait outside for about 45 minutes before getting the code for the door. this got to a point where it felt a lot like a scam, and not a professional rental for travellers.

• Gilbert (1/5): Bad - While spartan facilities are to be expected for that price, finding my room to be a bed put into an ex-kitchen was not predictable and contrary to all the preview pictures. Additionally, listed services like an electric kettle and fridge were not available and not supplied on request.
• Natalia (6/5): Low price = low quality service - Location wasn’t too far from city centre. Multiple public transport options. Good wi fi. Had a fridge and microwave. Bed was not the most comfortable but was ok. Host made us contact them via WhatsApp (every other host I have dealt with has used the booking.com messaging system fine). Only instructions received were on how to get into our room and to not smoke. Hosts did not check in on us at all and we had no toilet paper for the majority of our stay. One of our towels provided was stained and there were a pair of dirty socks left in the cupboard space. Having a fridge and microwave was nice but for the price point, unnecessary. I would have preferred a better service than to have these amenities especially as things such as crockery and cutlery also weren’t provided. There also was no bin in our room. There were a lot of steep stairs to access our room - not a major bother for us, especially given the low price point but something for other travellers to be aware of. I also don’t think the heating worked the entire time we were there either.
• Sabrina (1/5): Bad - There is nothing to like here! Yes, it's cheap for a stay in London, but cheap doesn't mean filthy! We still paid good money and didn't expect luxury. Just basic cleanliness. Unfortunately, this place failed miserably. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum for any accommodation, budget or not. We booked for 4 Nights, but didn't even stay for one night. Tried contacting the owner, but he just read the messages and didn't respond. We grabbed our bags and found a better option elsewhere. I'm now in contact with customer service for a full refund because this is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this to anyone. The pictures speak for themselves!
• Greta (1/5): Bad - Nothing They don’t clean anything, the bathrooms are dirty and have MOLD, the toilets and furniture are not finished. The host is really unorganised and has no idea what’s going on in the house. First we were given a room that was different from what we have booked, it had only 2 beds for 3 people and a sofa that had no bedsheets on it. Also, the door didn’t close and we couldn’t lock it from inside, so they moved us to another room. The room had a bunk bed which was definitely a children’s bunk bed, and the room was clearly a kitchen which just had a bed in it. This would have been fine considering the last room, but it didn’t have a radiator, so no heating. I contacted the host to do something about this because we were freezing, but he just kept telling us that he will fix it, so we had to stay there for a day. Finally he moved us to another room after I told him I contacted Booking, this room was fine, but it still wasn’t the room we booked and it didn’t have a kettle, hairdryer, etc. I kept asking him for a hairdryer because we needed that the most, but he never brought it. We contacted the host after our experience to ask for compensation, but he refused, despite Booking contacting him too. Overall, really bad experience, I would rather go to a hostel than book this place again, I don’t know how they can still stay on Booking.

• Daniel (5/5): Cheap but toilets need attention - It was very cheap so wasn't expecting much and the bed and small room were fine. It was warm and handy for the tube Toilets broken or blocked and weren't very clean. Seemed to get worse the longer I stayed (3 nights) in the end I didn't use them on the last day
• Julie (2/5): Very poor - Location Nothing like it was advertised . Not a decent room. One bathroom between 12 at one point. Fire exits blocked with furniture.
