(8/5): Schönes Haus, schöne Lage. - Wunderbarer Blick, schöne große Fensterfront, hell und geräumig, gut ausgestattet, gut in Schuss gehalten Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das eine oder andere könnte modernisiert werden. Es gab Ameisen in der Küche, die wir erstmal vertreiben mussten. Der Wasserspender in Küche, den die Freycinet Holiday Homes wohl immer haben, halten wir für unhygienisch und unnötig.
• Robert (8/5): A nice but basic property in a great location with wonderful views - The views; the location (ease of driving to wineries and walks, and walking to the beach); the spaciousness of the open plan living/dining/lounge. Not keeping the clothes lines under the house clean for hanging out clothes; lack of pantry items that other properties have available; requiring washing, drying and putting away of dishes and cutlery rather than just running the dishwasher and then the cleaning team (which is part of our fee) doing it.

• NC (9/5): - Beautiful West facing sea view. Location which is very close to Freycinet National Park. There is only 1 toilet and 1 shower room. My group of 6 managed to get it to work. For those who prefer 2 shower room, may want to reconsider.

Maybe more information regarding the area would’ve been nice ie closest s - View was beautiful All the beds were not made up needed to wait a full day to get all the bedding required. There wasn’t any way to contact anyone on our arrival just after 5:00 even though we followed their instructions. Was surprised the house shook so much while walking around. Was especially terrible one night when there were strong winds - we didn’t sleep well at all because of the shaking of the house.
• Melinda (10/5): Wonderful location, view and accommodation. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. - Everything about this accomodation has been carefully thought through. Everything you need, with a view to watch all day long. Plenty of space, clean and a walking track down the road. You will need a car to visit this part of Tassie, but highly recommend it. Would stay here again.

Very clean. Short walk to pathway to waterfront The BBQ on the back deck was not covered, not usable in wet weather

The 49 No at the entrance was not shown but once found, not a problem! Perhaps some more local information could have been helpful? Map, diagrams etc.?
• Dilru (6/5): Pleasant - One of the beds were not made (bunk bed both top and bottom bunk) even though we booked for 6 people. Not enough supplies. Kitchen didn't have any hand wash supplied, not enough paper towels. The house also moves as it is on stilts.

We were told we would get the lock box code by 1450 which is a late checkin. I rang during the morning to see if there was a possibility of earlier. Rang again at 2 to be told still 1450. We decided to go to the house and wait. Arrived there to find nobody there and the back door was open. I waited till after 1450 and advised no cleaners there and the back door was open Was then told I’ve sent you the code. Would be interesting to know what time the house was available. Also the ceramic water filter was not clean and had a smell to it.

• Pamela (9/5): Fabulous home in every respect with spectacular views. The perfect holiday-home-stay-away. - The location and views are superb. The home and the deck are in excellent condition and both are beautiful, very comfortably furnished and very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking on site for multiple vehicles. Surprised there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and no tea-towels provided in the kitchen.

A bit dated, but didn’t take away from the comfortable coastal feel. So relaxing. We could have stayed a week. One bathroom only. Not a negative for us, but could be challenging for a large family. No cafes or food within walking distance.
