- Sahira (10/5): Exceptional - Sergio goes really out of his way to make your stay the best it could be. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help you with anything you need...
The location is nice. Full of restaurants, quiet, nice, and clean neighborhood. 5 minutes walking from 2 main roads where you can get the trufis ( mini buses) to anywhere you need in the city..
- Simon (10/5): Best stay in Cochabamba - The hostel is super nice, you can sit outside and relax, or you can enjoy the big salon with the attached kitchen. The kitchen is big and has everything you need. The internet is perfect, and the rooms are big and cozy. The bathrooms are clean, and the shower is warm and pleasant. The owner is really helpful and knows everything about the city and where you can go hiking.
- Florencia (10/5): Exceptional - Excelente atencion
- Christin (10/5): Exceptional - Sergio, the owner of el pueblito is really nice and cares a lot about his guests. He did prepare breakfast and gave us a of of tips what to do in Cochabamba and how to get around. I really enjoyed the stay there.
- Alexander (8/5): Good value for money - Nice hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great for a night or two before going to Torotoro. Location is in a nice area but a little outside of the main city. Breakfast could be better.
- Juzzieglobetrotter85 (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was amazing! Really quiet this time of year. Nice to have a kitchen again after being without one in La Paz. Good location close to Cristo Cordellia and Laguna Alalay where I was able to go birding. Showers and beds are great. Nada.
- Lieve (10/5): Exceptional - Very relaxed atmosphere in the hostel. Loud music coming from a neighbouring restaurant, but in all fairness it stopped at around 10pm.
- Olivia (3/5): Poor -
- Pawel (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hostel
- Marin (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place, great breakfast, good location. Nice comfortable beds and showers. Great barbecue!

- Rhiis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhiis (10/5): A home in Cochabamba - Sergio, the owner, is the best. Really nice guy, makes you feel at home. The property itself is always clean, always smells nice, is a quiet place. Shared kitchen with anything you might need, the included breakfast is always good. We actually stayed here twice. Showers always have hot water, there's filtered water available in the kitchen. Within walking distance of everything, but also close to places where you can take local transportation like vans and mini buses. No complaints.
- Belén (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (10/5): Great! - Sergio and his team have created a great hostel with a large well equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor chill out space.
Sergio went above and beyond to make sure we where comfortable and happy in his home. He helped arrange trips and gave us lots of information when needed.
I can’t recommend this place enough, it felt like a home away from home. We were sad that we could only stay two nights! A little far from the city but we didn’t mind that. It’s very easy and cheap to get a taxi to the city and the hostel is also close to the botanical gardens and the Cristo de la Concordia (huge Jesus statue) which both made for a lovely day out.
