- Prae (1/5): Strongly not recommended!! we will not go back again - Location is great we are travelling a lot on business trip and we had stayed at this place on 2023 and booked it again on 2024 the owner said upgraded us to other place. But it's NOT. It's so dirty and no towel. We arrive at 23:00 and we have no towel provided for taking shower after long flight. We found false eyelashes on the bed which is unacceptable. Kitchenette in the cabinet not cleaned like someone used and just put it back on the tray. We ask for changing the room to be the one we booked in original as the photos but the owner said he will send someone to clean again. It's actually NEVER cleaned the room before.

- Oriana (2/5): Very bad experience never again! - Only good thing is that it was close to Excel London Very dirty apartement bathroom, bed sheets smelling really bad, the window in the bedroom broken it was cold and raining during my stay so couldn’t sleep properly with the broken window, central heating more switched off than on, cutleries nothing only 1 fork had no knives had to buy myself

- Daniel (7/5): pretty good place to stay and handy for the Excel. - location is very good and the high floor and balcony are nice. Bed is comfy. cutlery and crockery was a bit hit and miss and a few bits of the apartment could have been cleaner e.g the grill. The bath water seemed to heat up intermittently and unpredictably.
- Jan (10/5): We were satisfied and we can strongly recommend this accommodation. - Private accommodation with nice and modern equipment. Quite location very closed to Jubilee line metro. Good comunication with a host. Lack of some kitchen equipment (only two cups, no cutting board). A little dirty floor.
