Alba (10/5): Muy buena estancia, si vuelvo repetiria en la misma por el buen trato y la buena comida. - El personal de restaurante fue super agradable, sobretodo un hombre bajito que hay de camarero. Para desayunar puedes pedir casi lo que quieras, y la comida muy buena tanto el desayuno como las cenas que compramos ahi. En recepción trabajaban 2 chicos jovenes que se iban turnando parece ser, habia uno majisimo que siempre te recibia con una sonrisa y era muy agradable y habia otro chico joven que era borde, que le costaba hasta darte explicaciones de donde estaba el supermercado… y que no sonreía ni pagando. todo muy bien, uno de los chicos de recepción podria ser un poco más agradable… porque cuando pasabamos por ahi ni nos miraba a la cara.

Kahvaltı seçenekleri geniş ve terasın manzarası çok güzel. Uygun fiyatlı bir tercih arayanlar için güzel bir seçenek. Oda genel olarak temizdi ama nevresimler biraz eskiydi.

Emplacement parfait a la limite de la ville, situation dans une rue non fréquenté qui fait que la circulation est minime, pas trop bruyant, logement spacieux et convenable, salle de bain très bien par rapport à tout ce que nous avons eu jusqu'à maintenant, petit déjeuner trop copieux Personnel d'accueil vraiment au top Rooftop avec vue sympathique pour les repas et déjeuner Au bout de 2 jours j'ai laissé la clef en demandant qu'on nous fasse la chambre mais au retour elle n'était pas faîte donc pas d'entretien des 4 jours. Hôtel dans une pente assez raide ou même les voitures ont du mal à monter, il serait bien de le signaler

The location is one of the best things about the property — beautiful, convenient, and close to everything. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the breakfast was delicious with an absolutely breathtaking view. Mohamed at the reception deserves special appreciation for being very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back again.

The location is amazing and very convenient, close to everything while still feeling calm and relaxing. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and offered amazing value for money. The Lazur Sea & City staff responsiveness was great and cleaniness of the apartment. It was also comfortable enough. Warm/hot water was good too. Would've only loved if there was a dryer for clothes but that's on me i didnt look it up on the amenities.

Ubytovanie je v blízkosti obchodov aj pláží, čo tiež považujem za plus. Určite sa ešte uvidíme - see you later 😉🙂 Okná síce boli s výhľadom na more ako sme si želali, ale ulica veľmi rušná, čo sa týka áut.

Acomodação enorme, ficamos impressionados, tudo lindo e perfeito. O rooftop tem uma vista realmente incrível do mar vermelho e tomar o café da manhã lá(já incluso, simples mas atendeu bem) foi realmente incrível O Wi-fi era lento. O hotel fica numa subida íngreme, para nós não foi problema algum

Staff were incredible welcoming and nice, as we arrived earlier than expected they let us do an earlier check in and managed to arrange a taxi for the day after to Luxor (with an amazing and very intelligent driver). Thanks for that! Breakfast is very simple but delicious, we loved the waffle with honey in the morning! Nothing

Roberto Alexander (7/5): Reicht aus aber kein wirklicher Komfort - Die Tachterasse war top und in der Wohnung hatte man alles was man braucht. Leider war es sehr laut im Schlafzimmer durch die Straße vor dem Fenster. Das Frühstück war immer das selbe und das Abendessen mal gut und mal mittelmäßig aber dafür regional. :) Es wird nicht sauber gemacht, wir mussten ein la explizit darum bitten, dass man unsere Wohnung sauber macht und die Bauweise war sehr komisch, die Toilette war neben der Dusche aber so das man sich nicht richtig hinsetzen konnte.

Julie (7/5): Bien pour dépanner - Appartement pas cher qui a été pris pour 4 réelles nuits (3 faites ailleurs). Notre premier appartement avait plein de soucis donc ils nous ont changé. Le meilleur personnel était Mustafa, qui a été d'une grande aide pour tous nos soucis du quotidien et surtout sans arrière pensée, Merci à lui ! Près de la ville pour courses d'appoint Point positif la machine à laver ! Serviettes pas très propres (en même temps vu la couleur de l'eau !) Petits déjeuners bof bof (problème de qualité des matières premières) Pas de quoi laver la table et sécher la vaisselle.

It’s easy to get around. Some areas could be improved in terms of maintenance and overall finish. A few details in the apartment feel basic, and small upgrades would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Jean Marie (7/5): Lovely rooftop views, a great apartment, very friendly staff, and a convenient location - Overall, the apartment was very good and offered good value for money. We stayed for two nights in a three-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was also very convenient — not directly inside the City, but close enough to reach the city centre on foot in about 15 minutes, even with children. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. There were, however, a few downsides. We unfortunately experienced an internet blackout, which affected the Wi-Fi service, and even after the connection was restored, the internet remained extremely slow and barely usable. Breakfast was also quite limited in terms of choice, and service was slow because only one staff member was attending to guests. Dinner was rather disappointing on the first night, consisting only of rice and salad. It was better on the second night, but still below what one might normally expect from a restaurant. That said, considering the price, the overall experience was fair and the level of service was in line with the cost. Very slow Wi-Fi, the limited breakfast with long waiting time, and a disappointi dinner on 1st night

Guido (7/5): - Frühstück wird, wie das Abendessen, auf der riesigen Dachterasse serviert. Top! Es gibt einfaches Frühstück mit Teebeutel, löslichem Kaffee und frischer Milch, aber keine Säfte. Serviert wird dafür Herzhaftes, wie Salat, Linsenpüree, und Kartoffelbrei, und Süsses, wie Fladenbrot mit Marmelade. Auf Wunsch kann man sich ein Rührei zubereiten lassen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse und auch den nach vorne gelegenen Zimmer ist toll. Hotel liegt zentral: man ist in 2 Minuten auf der Saphire-Road, der Einkaufs- und Weggehstrasse. 3 Minuten zum Supermarkt, einige gute Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Die Matratzen waren eher hart - und trotzdem sehr bequem. Wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Frühstück wurde erst ab 7:30 serviert. Da unsere Aktivität um 7:45 und die Ausflüge noch früher anfingen, konnten wir es leider selten geniessen. Das sonst sehr nette Team zeigte sich wenig gewillt uns irgendetwas 10 Minuten früher als üblich zu servieren. Die zum Meer hin gelegene Zimmer haben eine tolle Aussicht aufs türkisblaue Meer, aber liegen an der Hauptstrasse - und da wird fast ununterbrochen gehupt. Leise ist anders, aber wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

Alexander (3/5): Unterkunft entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen - Die Betten waren bequem und die Lage war zentral, so dass man das Zentrum fußläufig erreichen konnte. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig – auf vielen Oberflächen waren Flecken sichtbar und es lag Staub. Auch die Schränke konnten wir nicht nutzen, da sie innen stark verstaubt waren. Die Küche war ebenfalls nicht ordentlich gereinigt: Am Herd befanden sich Fettflecken und das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Besonders unangenehm war, dass sich im Kühlschrank noch angefangene Getränke von vorherigen Gästen befanden. Auch die Sanitäranlagen waren wenig durchdacht: Die Toilette war so eng platziert, dass man sich nur seitlich setzen konnte, ohne an die Duschkabine zu stoßen. Die Lage war ebenfalls problematisch. Zwar sieht man ein kleines Stück vom Meer, jedoch liegt die Unterkunft direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Besonders nachts war es dadurch sehr laut und störend. Das Bett war zwar bequem, allerdings rochen Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht frisch und hatten teilweise sogar Flecken. Sehr irreführend fanden wir außerdem die Beschreibung eines „privaten Strandes“ – tatsächlich handelt es sich lediglich um einen öffentlichen Strand in der Nähe. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Everything was dirty: walls, fridge, freezer, stove, kitchen, windows... The soap holder had soap leftovers, same as forks and spoons, yuck! Bed with wire views and terrace with trash views. To compensate it, old plastic plants covered in dust. We felt scammed, as we had reserved a room because of the photos, and it was the opposite they are selling. No comment for the breakfast time, like an afterhours in Ibiza.

Room was clean, equiped with a washing machine appliance and everything we needed. The room was on the noisy side of the street and sound isolation is not great so if somebody is partying you better party too. Not for light sleepers.

Hanna (7/5): - Fint läge, och det var faktiskt havsutsikt. Takterrassen var väldigt trevlig att sitta och äta frukost på. Utöver en vanlig egyptisk frukost så kunde man beställa lite specialare, omelett, våfflor mm. Det var otydligt hur det fungerade med sophämtning och städning, men personalen var snabba att hjälpa till. Stranden som man kunde köpa kort till via boendet hade bytt namn och var därför svår att hitta. Den heter Eden beach nu.

Maryam (10/5): Comfortable Apartment in the heart of Hurghada City - Lazur Sea and City Apartment in Hurghada was a comfortable place to stay close to Sheraton Road and the busy area. The apartment is well-equipped and provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, very comfortable apartment and a lovely traditional breakfast at the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city and red sea. Lots of space to relax and chill on the terrace too We had a very lovely experience at Lazur Sea and City Apartment, and in particular Abadi at the front desk was very helpful from the moment we arrived to the day we left, always willing to give us tips and recommendations on how to get around Hurghada and Egypt. Abadi was willing to help us at all times throughout our stay, we would highly recommend Lazur Sea and City Apartment during your next stay! Wish we could have stayed longer Great apartment for a short stay

Korkmaz (10/5): Deniz manzaralı 6 gün - Otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Tam merkezi bir konumda, ulaşım zaten ucuz ve ayrıca yakın olması inanılmaz zaman tasarrufu sağladı. Deniz manzaralı bir odada kaldık, teras katın manzarası zaten muazzam. Bizi otelde karşılayan ve tatilimiz boyunca bize yardımcı olan Mohamed Abady inanılmaz sevecen ve yardımsever bir insan. Her konuda yardımcı oldu, nerede market var, nerede para bozdurulur gibi her konuda usanmadan bilgi verdi. Kahvaltı kültürleri bize hitap etmese de aç kalmıyorsunuz, özellikle sıcacık waffle çok güzeldi ve teras da deniz manzarasında kahvaltı yapmak ayrı bir keyifli. Tekrar gidersem muhakkak tercih edebileceğim bir otel. Sürekli turlara katılmak ve her anı dolu dolu yaşayacak etkinliklere dahil olmak istiyorsanız sadece kahvaltı dahil tutmanızı tavsiye ederim. Çünkü turlar nedeniyle bir çok öğünü yollarda ve turlarda yapıyorsunuz. Herşey dahil otellere yüksek paralar ödemenizin anlamı yok, otelden edeceğiniz tasarruf ile daha fazla gezebilirsiniz. 6 günlük konaklamanın 3 gün kahvaltısını dahi kaçırdım çünkü tur saatleri çok erken başlıyor. Öncelikle Mohamed Abady ve onunla birlikte bize yardımcı olan ismini bilmediğim diğer arkadaşa herşey için çok teşekkür ederim. 🙏 Odaların camları dışarıdan fazla tozlanmış, camlar ve balkon demirleri biraz daha temizlenebilir, bu sadece bir tavsiye çünkü tatilimizi etkileyen bir durum değildi, genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Ramazan (8/5): Tam bir fp konaklaması. - Otelde konaklamamız oldukça keyifliydi. Bizimle ilgilenen Abady her konuda çok yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Otelin konumu merkeze yakın olmasına rağmen oldukça sessizdi. Kahvaltısı ise beklentiyi karşılayan, yeterli bir seviyedeydi. Yataklar temizdi ancak koltuk, mutfak ve banyo için aynı şeyi söylemek zor. Mutfaktaki tabaklar yağlıydı, banyoda ise sararmış lekeler vardı ve genel olarak tozluydu.
