• saif alahmari (3/5): Drill in the ear - The room it's was cleanish & tidy 1-Building under renovation so drill sound right in the ear, even deaf could hear it. 2-There was no hot water. 3-The room since the Victorian age. 4-There was no hygiene essentials in toilet such as shaving razor also no tissue available. 5- no A/C Remote or regulator in room so face the music. 6- restaurant, café all closed. 7- windows so dirty.

• Danielle (9/5): Would book again! - Good location like 10 minutes walk to the grand mosque and a few malls nearby. My room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff, including bellboys are very nice, ready to provide assistance whenever required. Wifi is pretty weak

• Hany (1/5): سيئة - لا شي للاسف تم ارسال رسالة للفندق ان وصولي مبكرا حسب موعد رحلة الطيران وقد افادوني انه متاح الدخول المبكر وعندما وصلت لم يدخلوني للغرفة وانتظرت 3 ساعات وبعدها جاء الموظف ان يدخلني مقابل قيمة مالية اضافية بخلاف سعر الحجز المحدد ولكن رفضت ذلك وبعد ساعة ادخلوني بالموعد المحدد ولكن الحمام كان يوجد حشرات وغير جيد

• Coordinator (1/5): - I am writing to formally complain about a very unpleasant experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked a room for three days. During my stay, I invited a friend to visit me. At reception, your staff asked my guest an excessive number of personal questions and spoke to him in a rude and disrespectful manner. More seriously, the receptionist questioned whether I was his customer and implied that I had a sexual relationship with my guest. These assumptions and accusations were completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and deeply offensive. I have never experienced such treatment before, and it made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, and disrespected. Because of this incident, I no longer felt safe or comfortable staying at the hotel. As a result, I decided to check out one day earlier than planned, despite having paid for a three-day stay. I believe this situation should be taken very seriously. I respectfully request an explanation for this behavior and appropriate compensation for the unused night, as well as assurance that your staff will be properly trained to treat guests with respect and professionalism in the future. One bad experience in my life
