• Christian (9/5): Würden wieder buchen - War super es war sauber und zentral gelegen Die Schlafcouch müsste mal über arbeitet werden für Kinder ok aber für etwas größere Erwachsene leider nicht angenehm für den Rücken. Es wäre auch von Vorteil wenn für 4 Leute gebucht ist auch für 4 Leute Besteck da ist für den Herd gab es auch nur eine Pfanne aber alles in einen war es eine super Unterkunft für den Preis
• Fongyee (6/5): Adequate to stay in but could be improved with work from the host. - very helpful - the host met with me and gave me the keys himself. very good service and very friendly, provided washing pods and was very helpful. The bathroom was clean and spacious with good water pressure in the shower. The location was also quite good- a few minutes walk from Vauxhall and there was a hairdryer provided and an iron. The flat generally was quite dirty - the sheets were not that clean and the whole place needed a deep clean. The oven was so filthy that it smoked and could not be used. The freezer was completely frosted up. The cooking implements and pots were inadequate and the whole flat seemed rather run down. The bedroom did not have any black out curtains, so it was hard to sleep and the bed was very uncomfortable. Only one hangar was provided (!) which was quite ridiculous and there was no clothes drying rack. It potentially could nice to stay, but was lacking in accessories and cleanliness.

• Vanessa (10/5): Ubicación Limoieza y Tranquilidad. Una suerte encontrarlo. - Muy bien ubicado, edificio de pisos con acceso por portal seguro y ascensor. Piso luminoso, tranquilo, muy cómodo y limpio. No le falta detalle, cocina completa. Todo muy limpio. Totalmente recomendable y a un paseo del BigBen. protección en el colchón, colchones más cómodos.

• Luciana (10/5): Maravillosa estadía! - Excelente ubicación! Instalaciones limpias y espacio funcional. Fácil comunicación con el anfitrión obteniendo respuestas inmediatas. La estación de metro y bus están literalmente en la puerta, y el supermercado a 500mts. Muy fácil acceso a los puntos turísticos principales (30 min andando) Sin dudas volvería alojarme con mi familia. :)
• Lauren (1/5): Beware of the scam where an apartment is offered and when you fly in the plumbing is broken! - Place was not available that I booked. Taken to a leaser quality apartment. Did not stay there. Second time this has happened flying to London! Both times plumbing problems! Will not book any apartments again when coming tp London. Wasted loads of time and money finding better accommodation.
• Morgane (5/5): - Nous avions rendez-vous pour la remise des clefs à 17h. La personne ne s'est pas présentée. Nous avons envoyé des messages et téléphoné sans succès. Nous avons fini par appeler le service client de Booking et suite à cet appel, nous avons enfin eu des nouvelles de notre interlocuteur. Il ou elle nous a envoyé une série de messages et de vidéos à 18h15 pour nous orienter. Nous n'avons jamais croisé la personne qui devait nous remettre les clefs et n'avons reçu aucune excuse de sa part. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement, il y avait un mégot de cigarettes dans le cendrier et le lave vaisselle n'était pas vidé...
• Şevkat (10/5): Great Stay, amazing city - Secure building, tube and bus transportation really close by. Restaurants, supermarket and many more in walking distance. During tube strike there was a heavy traffic around building.
• Ruben (10/5): EXCELENTE PROPIEDAD EN LONDRES! - Un lugar increíblemente cerca de todos los puntos de interés en Londres. La propiedad es muy moderna y con muchos buenos detalles. Fue una agradable sorpresa que el anfitrión nos recibiera y hablara español. Todo muy bien, no encontramos nada que mejorar en este lugar.

• Injeti (8/5): “We enjoyed the stay, but a few improvements in kitchen cleanliness and a microwave would enhance the experience.” - The cleanliness of bedroom, hall and bathroom. The linens and towels were clean too. The kitchen cabinets were quite messy, and there were some old rags left inside. The oven tray below wasn’t clean, and the tea bags and coffee in the cupboard were left open. It would have been more hygienic if the sponge used for washing utensils and the duster for wiping surfaces had been replaced for each new guest.
• Baichuan (9/5): Great! recommend to other traveller. - Great Location! Subway entrance and Train station/ bus station are just at the door. Easy for traveller with big luggage. Room is a little bit small for four of us. Bathroom without enough space to lay out girl's cleaning essentials. But we are comparing it with New Zealand and Australia, maybe this is not comparable.
• Abigail (3/5): Great location for transport connections but facilities need improving - Great location for taking the Uber boat along the Thames to Westminster or Greenwich. Easy connection to Vauxhall. Unfortunately, there were issues during our stay. 1. No microwave despite the listing. This was especially inconvenient as we had brought a microwave meal with us for dinner for the first night, which we were then unable to eat. And with a young, tired child with me, it was not appropriate to go back out. 2. No oven glove - using the oven very difficult. 3. No knife available for chopping veg etc 4. Sink drainage - there seems to be a problem as water takes a long time to drain away. It is only possible to rinse one plate every ten minutes or so as you have to wait for the water to subside. 5. Dirty cups in the cupboard. 6. The lift broke several times during our stay. 7. Rooms were uncomfortably hot. In addition, the message on arrival about recent break ins was not a great way to start a holiday. The communication was friendly and we didn’t mind the request to enter the property during our stay in order to get something from the cupboards but the numbered points above did impact our trip. 
We tried to raise these issues and provide feedback privately several times but have not received any response. We feel a partial refund would be appropriate but have heard nothing.
• Glen (10/5): Nice apartment, good location and value for money - Great location for my work but also if you wanted to explore London. Lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed during a heatwave, the fan in the apartment was a godsend ! Maybe leave a toaster and microwave

• Chanel (9/5): Clean & Lovely Apartment Situated Next to Station - Exceptionally clean. I am travelling with a slightly germaphobic friend who is hesitant to use provided towels at independently managed short-let apartments, but this time she was welcome to it. From the carpets to the bedding and towels, the place is so clean, you can literally feel it. AJ is also a very responsive and nice host. There was no microwave to reheat food, we had to use the oven.
