From the very beginning, the welcome was so warm — Francesco was incredibly kind, always available, and it truly felt like he was genuinely happy to host us. The apartment was amazing: spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed, perfect mattress and pillows. We even had fresh fruits, drinks, coffee and more waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch! Daily cleaning, cozy slippers, and a delicious breakfast made the experience unforgettable. On top of that, the location was absolutely perfect — everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. Thank you so much for this outstanding hospitality — it was a truly wonderful stay!

• Lise (10/5): Beautiful apartment with the ‘perks’ of a hotel stay - The host is really accommodating, made sure we were fine during our stay. We stayed at a comfortable apartment, with fully installed kitchen. And what we liked the most that it has the perks of a hotel stay! Room cleaning every days, fresh linen and towels upon request. Mini bar, bottle of wine, fruit, and everything you need to have breakfast in the morning. Great coffee! Thank you Francesco, we would definitely recommend staying here. -

• Ilaria (8/5): - La camera è davvero spaziosa, moderna e pulitissima, abbiamo apprezzato i welcome kit ed il personale è stato molto gentile, posizione molto comoda. In generale l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Unica nota negativa era l’acqua che non usciva calda dalla doccia ma stando solo una notte non è stato un grosso problema. Il letto l’ho trovato un po’ scomodo perché un po’ morbido ma è soggettivo, secondo le proprie abitudini.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location close to nice restaurants and walking distance to the Vatican. Everything was perfect, we have no complaints.

Location is very good, especially for people who wants to focus on Vatican, but other attracions are also not far away from here. You can go to places like Colosseum or Altare della Patria on foot. Margherita is very helpful and she ensured we are happy and visiting Rome in comfort. We are really grateful for that :) To sum it up: it's great! Nothing.

• Yevheniia (10/5): Very good choice for a small group or a family of 3-4 people - Location is perfect, 13 minutes to St. Angelo’s castle, 15 minutes to Vatican City, 30 minutes to Pantheon. Neighbourhood is very quiet, no tourist crowds, lots of shops and cafes. Apartment was stylish, facilities are new, everything is very clean. Breakfast was nice - fresh pastry and eggs each morning, coffee machine in the apartment, some yoghurts and jams were also provided for us. Host was very polite and kind ☺️

• Sibel (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. The apartment is in a safe neigjbourhood, there were shops of famous brands the street. The apartment was super clean and equipped with everthing you may need. There were fresh fruit, soft drinks, yoghurt, biscuits, tea, coffee as a treat. There is water dispenser and you can fill your water bottle. The breakfast was delicious. Sandwiches, delicious İtalian pastries, eggs. The apartment was cleaned everyday. We were travelling by car so a vale took our car ro a safe garage and took it back when we were leaving. If I go to Rome again, I will definitely stay there. Thank you for everthing.
• Joanna (10/5): Fantastic - We stayed 4 nights in June and Cola Suites was the perfect choice for our family of 5 as we had the entire apartment with two suites. Our 3 older teens each had their own bed. Everything in the apartment was new and well thought out. My favorite feature was the Culligan water dispenser, which was so useful in the brutal heat in Rome. The location is very convenient and close to the Vatican and shopping. Tiffany’s was a block away and Sephora was across the street. The apartment manager Marghe was helpful and easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. She helped us call taxis and when my son left the keys in their suite, she came by quickly to open their door. The elevator was tiny but we had light luggage and just used the stairs

The apartment/suite was designed beautifully and has everything you could need during your stay. I am very particular and honestly I have not one criticism only praise for Cola Suites. Ideal location, bed extremely comfortable, wonderful shower and bathroom! The breakfast and extra treats were so much appreciated. We were able to have sandwiches while doing early morning tours which was great. Fruit, yogurt and the coffee maker with latte worked out great for early morning tours and the pastries OMG were outstanding. Thank you for making our stay the perfect home away from home. We so appreciate our hostess working with every one of our requests she is a delight and we thank her again! Soundproof room we heard nothing! My husband said it was the perfect stay! Nothing

• Carmen (10/5): Excellent stay! - Very nice, modernized and clean apartment, with all you need, located central, close to Vatican, at 10m from the 81 bus station. Modern kitchen which can be easy used to prepare breakfast or more, as Esselunga market is at 20m far. Staff very friendly. Cleaning and changing of towels was done everyday. Received a bottle of wine, fruits and juices at arrival. Coffee and water from machine for free. Breakfast (even according to Italian standards) can be more diversified. We stayed 4 days and received everyday the same sandwiches (with eggs!) and boiled eggs(!).

• Peggy (10/5): Great location and stay! Recommend. - Room layout and complimentary snacks, fruit, and beverages in the room. The location was perfect and in a nice area. Also, having an elevator for moving in and out of the unit with baggage was a huge plus. Breakfast was delivered into the main hall at 4am. Which with doors and noise woke my husband each night. He is a light sleep but it did seem odd.
• Kirill (10/5): Great stay close to Vatican - We had really a great Stay at Marghe's appartment and she was ready to help us with all our requests, and we feel ourselves like at home:) The apartment is located in a nice and safe area, very close to San Pietro Basilica in Vatican. To get to the Rome downtown we always took a bus (there are a lot of options and the nearest bus stop was about 2 minutes by foot). If you're going to travel from the airport Fiumicino, we strongly recommend to book a SIT shuttle bus, which is quite cheap, direct (without the need to switch the bus) and in the same time very convenient (it departures every 20-30 minutes from Fiumicino Terminal 3 and does have a stop in Vatican, which is just 5 minutes away (by foot) from the apartment). The apartment is clean, equipped with modern technic and looks like a new one, and does have more than enough space for 2 people (since there is an additional sofa, I think it might be used for a 3rd person as well). We were also provided with a wine, fresh fruits, muesli and some products and drinks in a fridge, which has been refilled every day. Thus, we can only strongly recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here the next time again:) Nothing really
• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful accommodation, excellent location, all the main attractions are in the pedestrian zone. The apartment is cleaned every day, we had a lot of juices, milk, beer, fruit yogurts in the fridge. Every day after cleaning the room, the maid left fresh fruit. The room is equipped with everything you need: coffee machine, slippers, hair straightener, umbrellas, toothbrushes with toothpaste... excellent accommodation without complaints.
• Δήμητρα (9/5): Superb - The room was very clean, breakfast was satisfactory, there were free snacks for us like a bottle of wine,fresh fruits, beverages, yogurts, a water machine was available outside the room. The stuff was kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed the area, it was safe and only a 20-minute walk to the center. Bonus points for the hair straightener, the hair dryer and the espresso machine.

Close to Metro line A, and also within a walk to the Vatican, piazza del Poppolo or Castel Sant Angelo. The host provides foodstuffs for breakfasts every morning and you are also provided extra drinks in the fridge, and fruits, coffee etc. on arrival (but also after a daily cleaning) so I think it can't be any better:) Nope

Francesco is a great host who was very responsive to our arrival time. The daily breakfast placed with care every morning in the hallway - the sandwiches, eggs, and pastries - were enough to start the day. The 'welcome fridge' was definitely stocked beyond our expectations - with Coke, Fanta, Peroni, milk, fresh fruit, and water (still and sparkling). The room, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean. There is a giant outer door to the apartment building, inner door to the apartment rooms, and the room itself, all of which are locked with separate keys. The whole experience was great and we would go back again. Nothing negative!

Sure, the location is fantastic, but it's the way they take care of you - from the owner to the cleaning staff. Seriously. People write that all the time, but this time, really let this sink in. We felt like anything we would ask, anything we needed, anything - they were so sweet and accommodating. The space is quiet, though on a busy street, and comfortable enough to make a few meals. Felt like home, also felt like noone else had been in before us, which is a credit to the cleaning and maintenance team. It had all the facilities you would need. Excellent location for getting around the city with great places on the doorstep. Margherita our host was so knowledgeable, kind and flexible with us. Great hospitality! Best nights sleep in very comfortable beds. 12/10 place! There is nothing not to like.
