• Enrique (10/5): - The location is perfect. It is really close to Termini station. The coliseum is 20 minutes walking, and also other important places like Forum, Trevi Fountain and Trajan's Tower. Everything was ok.
• Asha (8/5): I'd come again! - A really lovely and clean room. As im a solo traveller, they were really kind as they pushed the beds into a double bed which gave the room space for a sofa and table. The room key also locked the external bathroom which meant it was truly private. The room had a coffee machine and they provided coffee pods for each day of my stay. There was also a fridge and there was a drinking water fountain on the road outside which was very convenient. The only small minor is that, even though the bathroom was very clean, the tile grout needs some good bleach on it as is looking a bit worn.

• Inna (9/5): Інна - Дуже зручне місце розташування біля вокзалу. Це важливо при приїзді і від'їзді. Привітний і уважний персонал. Вперше за всю нашу подорож ( а це було 10-е місто, яке ми відвідали) нам надали карту, показали визначні місця і проклали маршрут по карті як і чим до них добиратись та ще багато інших важливих порад. Щиро дякую! Поруч безліч кафе, магазини....тощо. В квартирі все зручно. Якісна звукоізоляція. Є кофемашина. Навіть при заїзді була привітальна корзинка- смачні булочки, чай, кава, вершки. Це все дрібниці, але дуже приємні. Все було добре.
• Aleksandr (7/5): - Perfect location, 6 minutes walk to Termini station. Clean apartment, enough space for 2 people, A/C worked fine, bathroom, hot water, all other facilities were excellent. Staff is very cooperative and punctual. I can recommend for short stay (2-3 days visiting of Rome attractions).

Safe, secure, comfortable, absolutely lovely hosts - who were easy to reach and very helpful. My son and I wanted a room, cheapish and chirpy, walking distance of most places and clean. This fitted the bill perfectly. Only down side was the bathroom was very tight, you can't change in there after a shower - could do with a curtain in the little vestibule between the bathroom and bedroom - This would allow guests some privacy when changing. Places for breakfast, lunch and dinner are literally on the doorstep. The windows protected against street noise. Overall, if you're looking for a room in Rome, that is better than a hostel and low star hotel, thats clean and comfortable - this room is for you! Just be aware the bathroom is a little "tired" The bathroom was a little too small, and not enough space to change in there. Would add a curtain to the vestibule between bathroom and bedroom - allowing for privacy when changing

• Rasari (10/5): Exceptional - The location is in the centre of Rome, it is very close to the main station, and it is walkable to tourist destinations. The owner is very friendly and helpful, this is our spontaneous trip and the owner gladly gave many recommendations, so then we really enjoyed our trip and stay!
• Syed (7/5): A 7.0 but not the 8.5 that is listed. - The room was spacious and fairly close to the station. It was good value for money. The staff was very welcoming and helped us up the 10 stairs to the elevator - and then to the room - with the luggage. They were awaiting our arrival even though we had missed the scheduled arrival time by two hours due to problems at the airport. Mr. Herman who seemed to be the owner was helpful with a map of the attractions but having quickly guided us through I forgot many things. The washroom was very spacious given the central location. I liked the green-blue-red lighting on the shower that also indicated the water temperature. Booking.com should have specially mentioned that it was not a regular hotel with a reception, but, rather, a "Air B&B" type property - or I may have missed the mention. The place was difficult to locate as I was expecting a "hotel" sign while it was a regular residential building with individual apartments. I passed the place a number of times before reaching it - even the grocery store next door did not know about it. Only when I went back to the address was able to locate the "No 31" sign and then press the correct call bell button. It was just one apartment out of 20-odd. Probably no sign was there due to legal reasons. Secondly, although there was a small kitchenette right in the lobby, we were not allowed to use it. Even if we had been able to use the microwave that would have been a boon. I just wanted a small plate to eat some fruit but that was also declined. Perhaps they wanted to discourage eating in the room. Being very tired after a 20-hour flight, we had not energy left to even walk down to have food. So, eventually we had to eat our dinner out a small plastic box that held our tea bags and sugar pouches. I do not think that decent people leave a lot of trash even if they are allowed to eat in the room. What if we had brought our own disposable plates? The bed was very soft and hence uncomfortable for old people like us who need a firmer bed. The single available pillow as very hard - and hence I used the towels as a pillow.
• Suet (9/5): Good. Recommended for the facilities and location. - Host is nice and friendly. Host is unresponsive before the stay, she is replying message few days before the booking. The motor of toilet is noisy throughout the night.

• Imogen (8/5): The best location for Rome, if you’re looking for a safe feeling place and to get some great advice about Rome then it’s - We had a very warm welcome from the host which lead to a safe and comfortable stay. The room was a good size and even though the bathroom was through a common area it was still a great size and a good standard. The locks were a little difficult and you had to get the right angle to unlock to the door but that was our only complaint and was not a problem.
