Не далеко от моря Плохо работает кондиционер, и плохо что все остальные комнаты только с вентилятором , который гоняет горячий воздух , так как в Испании летом очень жарко , вентилятор не помогает Очень душно было спать

• Oxana (8/5): - Zentrale Lage, sehr Sauber und modern. Die Kommunikation ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad und die Küche sind auch ganz toll ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten und schöne Bettwäsche. Wir waren Ende November in Alicante und es wurde abends ziemlich frisch in der Wohnung. Es gibt da keine Heizung und die kleine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer schafft es kaum die Räume zu erwärmen. Desweiteren fließt das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad kaum ab. Bei drei Personen war es ziemlich unangenehm. Das Wasser steht da richtig.
• Katarzyna (10/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Wszędzie można poruszać się pieszo. Ścisłe centrum Remont na dolnym piętrze który utrudniał spokojny sen bo budowlańcy od bardzo wczesnych godzin porannych hałasowali, leciała głośna muzyka
• 1Nikolay1 (9/5): Perfect location. Perfect flat. - Thanks for the great stay. The location is perfect. Flat itself is beautifully presented. Had all necessary consumables, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen paper and laundry detergent. It was a bit noisy.

• Sissi (7/5): - Centralt och nära stranden. Lägenheten väldigt fin inredd. Sköna sängar. Att det pågick byggnadsarbete i hela källarplanet med mycket oljud vilket inte framgick föränns vi var på plats. Lägenheten var full med sand men det åtgärdades efter synpunkt från vår sida.
• Romy (6/5): - Locație excelentă, la câteva minute de plaja și de Rambla Ferestrele sunt practic inexistente, antice și cu zero antifonare, apartamentul este la parter, nu te poți odihni nici ziua, nici noaptea. Plus ca nu le poți deschide cu ușurință iar apoi nicio șansă să le mai închizi, nu recomand nici dușmanilor această locație până nu se schimbă cu termopane. ATENTIE ! : blocul e în renovare și se lucrează intens, tremura blocul începând cu ora 8 dimineața, lucrări începute din august si probabil că vor mai dura luni bune. Gazda foarte șocată când am ajuns, susținea ca nu știe despre lucrări, care începuseră de peste o lună, în fine. TV fără cablu în 2025, inadmisibil, tv-ul este de formă, doar youtube. De câte ori vin în Spania ador sa urmăresc posturile lor, chiar dacă e vorba de 30 de minute seara, dar tv fără cablu este prima dată când întâlnesc, și merg în Alicante de doua ori pe an. În rest apartamentul arată impecabil, pat comfortabil
• khurram (6/5): - Location, 5 mins walk to the beach. Check in time of 5pm. Only one air conditioner in 3 bed apartment and fans were only working in 2 bedrooms. Toilet has a sliding door without any latch or lock which can slide on its own, so not recommended for families due to no privacy.

• Kazimieras (10/5): - Labai patiko kambarių kiekis. Kiekvienas vaikas turėjo savo kambarį. Gaila vaizdo per langą nėra, bet vieta tikrai puiki. Taip nutiko kad keletą rytų iš eilės remontavo gatvę prie pat namo ir pažadindavo. Tačiau čia jokia šeimininkų kalė, tiesiog sutapo mūsų viešnagės laikas ir gatvės kosmetinis remontas. Neveikė vienas iš lubinių ventiliatorių. Kondicionierius skleidė kiek keistus garsus. Manau reiktu jį gerai išvalyti.

• Luis (6/5): Apparemment très bien situé mais bruyant - Appartement très spacieux Fenêtre en bois pas isolée donc ont entendait tous dans la rue comme ci nous étions. Travaux au réz de chaussée pendant le séjour…. Nous étions réveillés très tôt le matin avec les travaux

• Hita (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación, en pleno centro y muy cerca de la playa. Limpio y amplio, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, uno de los ventiladores no funcionaba pero en realidad no hizo falta porque se estaba fresquito. Decorado con gusto. Una de las camas pequeñas necesita cambiar el colchón, se hunde mucho y no es cómodo para una persona adulta. La puerta del portal es metálica y dilata con el sol y cuesta mucho abrirla, si no lo sabes te crees que la llave no funciona bien y no puedes entrar.

Shower design badly meaning it would leak on to the floor. Noisy upstairs neighbours and lots of noise from the street when trying to sleep. Seemed to be a camera in the apartment

• Laimaliut (3/5): Poor - We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, during which we had no water for 2 days and were unable to use the toilet or the shower. It took a full day to get in touch with the contact person.
• Hannah (9/5): Convenient, well equiped, beautifully renovated & excellently situated. - It’s in a great location, spacious and the bed was very comfy. You are just two roads back from the harbour and beach front, with a very short stroll to bars and restaurants. There’s a Carfour Express just over the road from the apartment too which stocks all essential needs plus more. At times there was an interesting smell coming through the air-con and there should be a sign explaining that the large shower head can’t be put on full power as the drainage isn’t strong enough. Apart from that the place is perfect!
• Luis (1/5): NADA RECOMENDABLE. NO PROFESIONALES. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE SERVICE THEY GIVE YOU, VERY DIRTY, SMELL - Nothing. Awful place and stay. Expensive for the price. There were no profesional at all. Nobody replied to our request for the checking. We had to wait for hours during the night until somebody came with the keys after more that 10 calls. Also we had to pay 50 euros for waiting!!!!!. The place was very dirty, it looks differently on the picture. This property is not well managed. They are no profesional and it does not deserve the price you pay. There are other excellent properties in Alicante and managed directly by the owners with profesionalism. In this case, it is managed by no proffesional staff, while the owner takes no responsability on the state of the property and how the guests are threated. Not recommended at all.

• Yuliia (10/5): Super - I am very happy with the choice of appartement. Everything was perfect. The location is perfect. To the sea to walk 2 minutes, near stores. Very neat and clean spacious apartment. Many necessary appliances: washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker . It is the case when satisfied 100%. The staff is responsive. Not a single problem. Highly recommended. The bar across the street from the apartment closed. So there was not even any noise. If it works out, we will rent the same apartment again. Thank you! • Kateryna (8/5): Recommend for people who do not plan sleep a lot at night but choose night life in the center of Alicante - Clean, comfortable. Full of equipment, furniture and kitchen staff. Modern place Any chance to park you car. lack of blinds to close from round-the-clock noise and light from the street. Broken coffee machine and staff who just says that everything ok you just don’t know how it works

• Rosa (8/5): Great location - The location is amazing. Postiguet beach in a few steps and supermarket as well as restaurants. La explanada very close too. The apartment is big, comfortable and clean. Have all the facilities too. The door of the building is quite old and is iron made so with the heat is very difficult to open. Also with the lift you have to be careful not to overweight it.
• Jo (9/5): Lovely weekend mini break to enjoy the sun - Really nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything we could possible need was provided, including coffee, hairdryer, shampoo. Staff managing the apartment were excellent - really good communication and very helpful. Location of the property in perfect - close to beach and supermarket. Although the shower is really powerful, you have to run it at low pressure or it floods the bathroom.
