- Simon (10/5): Comfortable Modern Apartment with Great Parking - We had a great stay at Regalia Suites in Lugano! The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything was in perfect condition and worked flawlessly, which made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The hosts ( Ana & Andrea ) are very professional, responsive, and well organized throughout the entire process. We also really appreciated the great parking situation, which made arriving and exploring Lugano very convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

- THACHIL (9/5): Perfect for a long stay at Lugano , excellent hosts - Excellent communication with very responsive hosts who answered any of my questions within minutes always , fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated apartment, super clean , balcony with beautiful views Bit away from city centre but has bus stop nearby , the aircon would not work but the hosts tells me it is regulated by council to work only according to outside temperature, I had to keep windows open ( which did cool the place )

- Laura (9/5): - The place is comfortable, clean and has what you need. The kitchen has the basics plus some welcome coffee and a Nespresso machine. The location is great and maybe a 5-10 min walk from the lake, Parco Ciani, grocery and restaurants. The area was quiet and we could keep the windows open during the night. It gets warm otherwise without being able to open windows. It was easy to get the key from the lockbox. We were also able to put the luggage away in a safe place before we checked in. Communication was very easy. We are a family of four - for 3-5 nights it's ok, but it gets tight if the stay is longer. The garden helps extend the space for kids.

Kitchen and house is well-equipped. the walls looked like they would need some cleaning as there are black marks on a few areas.

The location of the apartment is near universities and in a quiet residential area. It is a little far away from the center of Lugano, but it offers the peaceful and local vibe. We highly recommend this place if you would like to stay in Lugano for a few nights.

Abbiamo trovato tante piccole accortezze che fanno piacere ( ad esempio i cavi per ricaricare il cellulare , il phon , il ferro da stiro ecc ecc ) Ottimo il posto auto disponibile incluso nel prezzo . Le foto su Booking non mentono ! È proprio bello così come si vede . Siamo stati benissimo e se ne avremo l’occasione torneremo molto volentieri.

We haven't personnaly met the owners, but they were very helpful. We could store our luggage before check-in as we were early and as well at check-out before taking the train. - Stefano (9/5): Comfort a due passi dal centro - Praticamente tutto, l’appartamento è molto accogliente dotato di tutto e si trova in una posizione centrale ad una passeggiata dal centro, c’è anche un supermercato vicino. Parcheggio sempre disponibile Con il divano letto aperto ovviamente gli spazi si riducono sennò è molto vivibile. Forse il riscaldamento non è di facile gestione altrimenti nulla

Ruhige Lage und per Fuss schnell in der Innenstadt 2 Dinge: Das Apartment ist zugepflastert mit Anweisungen: Um die Tür zu schliessen, mache das, um den Herd zu benutzen mache das, Jalousien mache das. Weniger wäre definitiv mehr und wir sind doch keine kleinen Kinder mehr! Ausserdem fand ich die Plastikblumen scheusslich. Weg damit
