The pool, spa, gym and sauna were great. Views were amazing. Loved everything about it. Nothing really. We did get locked out for majority of one day when the keypad stopped working. Someone told my partner we should be getting some kind of refund for that but I’m not sure that ended up happening. I don’t believe it was anyone’s fault just one of those things. It didn’t ruin our stay.

Das Bett ist bequem Der Check-in hat nicht gut funktioniert. Die Emailadressen, die uns über Booking zum Einchecken geschickt wurden, haben nicht funktioniert, sodass wir am Ende recht umständlich mit den Vermietern telefonieren mussten. Außerdem hat keiner der PIN Codes für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche funktioniert, die vom Vermieter gegeben wurden, wir haben uns dann welche an der Rezeption geholt. Das Zimmer hat Teppichboden und ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche war nicht richtig geputzt
• Sarah (8/5): - It was a great location, very well equipped kitchenette, balcony accessible from both lounge area and bedroom,. Washing machine and dryer had an excellent set up! Excellent view. Allocated parking spot. Overall very good. . Bed was a bit soft for me. AC was very noisy, but effective, however pointed straight at head of the bed so turned it off at night which was fine. Different access code for the garage on welcome pack letter (that accompanied the parking pass) to the emailed version caused us some difficulty until we worked that out.

Great location close to supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, and village. Traffic noise can get loud during the day. There was a large group at the pool for 2 days which was annoying at times. Balcony too narrow for comfort. No coffee pod, filters or cream in the room as promised, but the front desk gave me some.

It was really good to have parking and also to be able to access the hot tub and pool, as well as be in the centre of the village. Remembering all of the codes to get around and into your room can be a little bit tricky!

• Nicole (8/5): Beautiful Whistler - We really enjoyed staying at Whistler. We were there for 3 nights. The resort was very quiet due to the change of seasons. Great location but not quite sure why I could'nt pay for parking at the front desk. Maintenance on plumbing while we were there and couldn't use taps or toilets from 9am - 3pm was a bit of an inconvenience. Only found out by reading a small notice in the elevator.
• FREDERICH (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights with this hotel. Very peaceful and relaxing. Close to everything and we had a lovely mountain view to wake up to each morning. Thank you to Adam at reception for helping us with regards to the parking payment. 😊
• areige (4/5): - I stayed at Ace Cascade Hotel in Whistler for two nights and paid $319, plus $29/day for parking and a property fee. While the charges were shown on Expedia, I was surprised that there was no housekeeping at all. On top of that, I got a message before checkout telling me to do the dishes—something I wouldn’t expect from a hotel charging this much. For what I paid, the experience felt more like a rental than a hotel. Disappointing overall, and not great value for the price.

• Tomas (8/5): - Property a little dated. Rug seemed dirty. Room itself was functional and fine. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen useful. Nice pool but frankly cold to swim since it’s an outdoor pool. Excellent proximity to shuttle bus to slopes or you can walk seven minutes to the gondola. it was really convenient, nice and pleasant.
• A (10/5): Beautiful condo in the village with a view of the hill. Excellent place! - Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Great view of the mountain! It was a little far to walk to the lifts, but excellent shuttle nearby and close to everything in the village. The fireplace timer was a bit noisy, but everything else was perfect.

• Ida (10/5): So great that we added another day! - We really enjoyed our stay here, they have the biggest pool out of all the places that I've stayed in Whistler, and there are not one but TWO hot tubs! Even if one is under maintenance, the other one is working. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. My favourite part was having tea while looking out the window in the morning. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by another day! Will definitely be back again. :)

• Nelia (8/5): - It was out first time and was there only for a night.The fan was on all night and was loud. The wall hanging hook in tue bedroom fell soon as something was hang on it. Thanks to the fast response from housekeeping. For the property owner, it is a bit petty for them not to provide cable channels given the nightly price they charge. We could not watch news or any sports during our stay.we went to sleep instead but the fan was too loud!
• Peter (9/5): Good but if your checking in online make sure to follow closely - Clean, as advertised and good location Check in was confusing, two front desks one for guests and one for other rentals and then this is an online check in had to phone to get access codes and had to phone multiple times. Very inconvenient no early check in or bag storage or parking garage access.
• Y (8/5): Mostly an Invictus visitor - Comfortable furnishings and bathroom facility was perfect, shower pressure really good and kitchen items available was perfect for any length of stay. The view is breathtaking, around the area too but there was a balcony available which was a wonderful addition to the apartment. There's a local store for food items, I'd bought a single amount to suit my stay I found useful to getting a box of cereal and there's a great choice of eateries around the centre nearby should you want to eat out. The bonus was the pool and hot tub to end a busy day out on the hills. The bedroom light was bedside but I'd bought along a sensor nightlight which I'd found helpful getting about in the night without the need to put a bedroom light on.
• Won Pil (8/5): 그럭저럭 - 갈때마다 다른 숙소를 이용해 본다. 더하지도 덜하지도 않다. 위슬러의 숙박 시설들은 대부분 비슷하다 위치는 버스룹 대각선 위치라 편하다. 마트도 가깝고.. 차를 안가지고 다니게 되는 이유는 많지만 위슬러 주차비가 만만치않을 뿐더러 옛날 건물들이라 주차장이 좁은건 뭐.. 객실은 사이즈도 좋았고 간단하 주방시설이 있어 혼자 여행하면 먹기 좀 껄끄러운 스테이크도 한번 해먹었다. 다음에도 가격만 착하면 또 방문 의사가 있다.
